DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I have very healthy nails and decided to get a full set for the first time. While I was getting my nails done a lady came in complaining that their full set turned her nails yellow after just a couple days. (Red flag 1) My full set came out okay, the French tip was a little sloppy and the nails were thick but I wasn’t picky. The VERY NEXT morning my nails were YELLOWING! I went back in the nail salon that same day (called ahead) and asked them to please take them off and just paint my natural nail with gel (gel manicure is the same price as a full set). I was then yelled at in front of everyone, they were hitting my hands telling me no, forcing me to show my nails to other customers, and REFUSED to paint my nails. They left me sitting there for an HOUR. I asked for my $25 back and that I would just go somewhere else and they yelled at me some more (by this point I’m crying I’m so mad) and told me to call the police. HORRIBLE SERVICE. JUST HORRIBLE. I think one of the ladies ended up feeling bad and she took my acrylics off, but I lost my money, damaged my nails, and got humiliated. Worst place I have ever been to. Read Less

So went to this place earlier today with my daughter's to celebrate my youngest's birthday. I am very disappointed. They nicked my skin while cutting my toe & fingernails. It's still burning & that wa la 3 hours ago! My nails are crooked & not square cut like I asked. We will not be returning! Read Less

This place is terrible. I have never had such a worst experience with a nail salon before. One of the men who did my nails took over an hour to do a fill. The acrylic was sloppy and the gel lines on my french were not clean. I didn't have time for him to redo them after being there for over an hour. Went back the next day and they not only REFUSED to fix them, but would NOT refund my money. The owner kept yelling in a different language and dismissed me from the salon. The guy that did my nails was awesome. Very friendly, helpful, and took his time making sure everything was perfect. But the lady that did my mom's feet was weird. She came in started working on my mom's feet then halfway through she stopped grabbed her stuff and left and never came back. I came to this place to get my nails done, after having them for 2 days my pinky nail broke. I went and got it fixed, they charged me $4. I didn't have cash so she said she'll have to charge me $2 extra for using card. $6 total... LOL and I was planning on going back to get a gel pedicure with a friend but never again. If your customer's nails are breaking off after two days I suggest you DON'T charge them for wasting their time to go back because you make the nails so thin. Avoid this place. Read Less

I called and made an appointment for a gel pedicure with callus remover I called ahead and ask the price I was told it was 30. I verified that it was for a gel pedicure with callus remover the woman on the phone said yes. I came in had my pedicure they asked me which option I wanted again I said I want the $30 pedicure with gel and the callous and the guy said okay. The water was freezing I asked him to turn it off and he emptied the water and made it warm. Overall decent pedicure he cut my cuticle a little bit on my big toe but it was okay. Massage could have been longer but he had to check out a couple of other customers and answer the phone. Upon checking out I was told my total was $48. I said excuse me! How did a $30 pedicure now cost me 48? Obviously I didn't understand what she said and neither did she but she told me the pedicure was 30 gel is 10 and the Calais was five. Okay so why did I call specifically asked the cost was told 30 and ended up costing me 48 but doesn't even make sense nor does it add up. I have never done this before but I left without giving a tip because I figure a $30 pedicure cost me 48 there's your $18 tip. As I got into my car I noticed that they have a new management sign above their business saying spa pedicure 1799. Again I don't understand how a 1799 pedicure turned into 30 which turned into 48th. I've gone to other nail salons and I've had better. For example the massage during my pedicure was more thorough at other places, even at the other salon they wrap both my legs in warm towels and keep them there for a bit. The other places seem more thorough and care about their work, you feel more pampered. This place doesn't give that. Read Less

I don't know why I keep giving this place a chance.  They are nice but they do not care about the work they do.  The men do not know what they are doing.  They try to finish quickly So they are constantly hurting you. They paint over your cuticles so feel behind lifting and catching on everything.  Very cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. Read Less

If I could give this crap place a zero star I would. I went here 5 days ago and got gel polish on my nails.. It was in the evening so I didn't really look at them til the following day when I was in the sunlight and realized how horrible my nails Looked. I even got comments on where did i go for my nails due to them looking so messed up. Due to my work schedule I couldn't go back in til today (day 5). When I went in I explained how the nails weren't fully painted and on the some of the sides you could still see my actual nail, and how the polish was cracking on some nails and I wasn't happy with them. The lady I'm assuming is the owner asked who did my nails and when I told her she was the one that did them she said she didn't, which in fact I know she did. As she looked at my nails she put my hands in nail polish remover and tried to tell me my nails just grew in the past few days, which wasn't the case. She continued to go back and forth me almost arguing that it was due to my nail growth and said the color i picked wasn't a good color. She left me at the table near 10 minutes and I got up and left taking my business else where. This nail salon was beyond crap. If your customer isn't happy with the outcome don't argue with them trying to put the blame on them when clearly you were at fault. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Read Less

Gave this place too many chances and wasted too much money..would not subject a firend to that! Lacking customer service and quality..never enough help and the owner and her mother are not enough. Appointments not honored, just pacificed to keep your money coming in.I strongly say do not fall prey to getting any permanent ink/makeup done there! I did and it was a mess and a bad job and I am currently working with a person I was referred to fix the mess that I paid for there and it has been since it was done. I hated it, it was too dark, eyebrows drawn unevenly and different shapes...it has been a spotted ugly mess and certainly one of the reasons I quit going to this place.Plus in the summer warmer weather, they do not turn on air they turn a fan on and leave door and it is miserable to be in there. Not the highest of quality for sure.They try the best they know how at customer interaction and being pleasanr but sometimes the bickering is too much!!! Went here longer than I should have and am glad I do not go any longer...it just upsets me I paid $250.00 for eyebrows and they were messed up and now I am paying again to get them corrected and looking like they should!
