I decided to stop in this past Saturday to get a gel manicure. The place was busy and packed, but I didn’t wait too long. I am highly disappointed in the quality of my gel nails. The employee painted the gel too close to my nail bed, so by Sunday evening some of my nails had the gel polish lifting up. It was annoying, so Wednesday, I came back in to get it fixed because I didn’t feel right not even getting to enjoy my nails because they were catching on things. They were willing to fix them, however they are lifting again after just one day!!! now they’re just thicker and catch more easily on things. Seriously, I only enjoyed my nails for a day and a half before they became a pain. Hopefully I can find a good place on this side of town for the future and not end up wasting my money and time. We were in town visiting and it was the best pedicure and dip experience we have ever had. It was very clean. During the pedicure they took their time and you didn’t feel like they were rushing you in and out. Great attention to detail. Also, reasonably priced. 10/10 recommend! Read Less

This place is the worse!!! I came in to get a full set baby blue matte coffin shaped nails; the nail shape is like a box, they do not look matte at all, and 3 days later my pinky nail came right off !!! most of them are lifting already and about to come off too.. Met expectations & then some. I went in for a mani, pedi and eyebrow wax. I asked if it was possible to do all by 5pm (it was 4:10 when I walked in). They said yes, had two ladies work on me and got me out at exactly 5:00 without sacrificing the quality of the work. Very grateful for their attention to detail as well. I went there for a pedicure and it came out great! The guy who did it took his time and the massage was the best I've ever had anyone do during a pedicure. They asked if I wanted my nails done and I said no, but at the last minute I decided I wanted one. I realized what time it was and told the lady that it was late and I could come back the next day. She said no it's okay and did my nails. She didn't rush through even though it was well after closing and they came out GORGEOUS! Now, the staff here does seem quiet and they didn't engage in small talk which I'm totally fine with. Honestly, I've been places where the staff was friendly and talkative and I hated my nails. This place is over priced! I wanted to make this my go to place. They charged me $47 for my pedicure and when I questioned them they said it's $22 for a pedicure and to have your toes painted with gel it's an additional $20 and stones aren't included so $5 more dollars!! This place is ridiculous and I will never go back!! Response: I am not satisfied because I have a coworker who goes there and got the same exact pedicure for $25!! I did ask for prices so maybe if you had all your people trained properly and they give correct prices!! Nowhere have I ever gone for a pedicure and paid that much!! By far the worst nail salon I have ever been to! There were four pedicures total in my party so I made an appointment 2 days before the day. Specifically told them that I had gel currently on my toes. We get to our appointment 10 minutes early to pick up polish since we had a child with us I knew it would take a little bit longer for her to pick it up. We were seated right away and started to smoke. The tech got started on the child first and was going back and forth between ...another client. My girlfriend was started on shortly after. Another girlfriend and myself for soaking for almost 40 minutes before the other Tech started working on my friend. The person at the front desk said weren't one of you going to get gel? And I said yes that was me I currently have gel on my toes already. The tech immediately stopped working on my friend and starts to take my gel off. Same friend decided she did not want to get a pedicure anymore and left because before the tech started working on us two other girls walked in and they had gotten started on right away without appointments. The tech that was taking the gel off my toes was really scraping and digging to get this gel off and it really hurt. I expressed that it was hurting and asked her to please stop. She just looked up at me said something to the other Nail Tech and they started laughing. So i mentioned to my friend that I was not going to continue this pedicure and I wanted to leave. Still having gel on my toes and pruny looking feet they stopped me at the front desk and tell me it's going to be $8! $8 for what? You didn't do anything except for waste our time this is why people make appointments and I'm sorry to say but I will never be back! I have referred so many people to this place because it used to be my nail shop not anymore and never again will I refer anybody to this establishment and I left. They are very rude to their customers, I was thinking of making this my regular place but too many times a nail would break (I tried different nail people there to give them a chance) and on top of it they would ignore my questions and just be rude when they spoke to me. One day they asked me if I got my nails done there the last time because they could tell something was wrong with it and I said yes and then they asked me to point out who did them which made it very awkward! When I asked them why, they said no reason when there obviously was a reason. I left a comment similar to this on their Facebook page and they commented back and just tore me a new one! That's just proved how rude they are to their customers. They ended up deleting my comment and theirs. Read Less

I come once a year to this place, to get their nails all the way from Indiana. They are wonderful. I am a professional gardener, their nails stay on and they are beautiful. I love them, wish they were closer. NO One around me comes close to the quality of True Touch. Read Less

Lee the manager has awful customer service skills. Went there and even though I didn't like my pedicure or manicure still gave the technician a higher percentage tip than I thought was deserved. Even though the tech said my nails were dried, when going shopping they were immediately messed up. Because I was on a time frame, when going back to the shop I asked if I could possibly be refunded for the nails because I didn't have time to stay, Lee got really upset and told me the... mess up was my fault, and that her salon was not responsible. No sympathy or responsibility from her at all. I could go on about her awful mannerisms. Even though I went ahead and messed up my schedule and had my nails redone, even after an hour of letter the polish dry they still messed up when I tried to resume my routine.
