SAVE YOUR MONEY! My gel peeled off in 4 days. When I called I told them I couldn’t come back until a week from when I got them done and they said that was okay. LIES! I was greeted with rude attitudes and was told I needed to come in sooner for them to fix it. They were clearly talking bad in their language because they were mad. They charged me $35 again which totals up to $70 in two weeks and my nails look HORRIBLE! Acrylic is thick and uneven, my nails are crooked and the gel is still coming off. Very Rude and Unprofessional!!! The salon is gorgeous absolutely beautiful nice relaxing chairs too. The service however is outright POOR. The first technician made a mistake on one of my nails instead of correcting it to be uniform with the others she just polished over it making the polish way to thick. I asked her to fix that one and she COMPLETELY BLEW UP & STORMED OFF on me. She didn’t communicate with the staff in regards to her not wanting to complete my nails. The next technician came asking me what I wanted in a very bothered and frustrated manner. She swiftly & carelessly completed my toes and told me to wait for them to dry and leave. My sister and I went for full sets and pedicures, the pedicure was great however the gals that did our nails did a horrible job. Both of our nails came out crooked & even though we pointed them out to the techs, the techs seemed bothered that we pointed it out. Best looking nail salon in AZ, best staff, best service. Maya does a great job every time, she's very thorough. Tommy does the best acrylic sets ever. Jordan does a good job too, and so does Milly. I give this place an OK RATING because this was my 3Rd visit in 3 months. I was a regular customer years ago when it was under another management. Hadn't been there in years... but I had recently gone back two prev times (May & June) & enjoyed the service I received from Lynn & one of the guys (forgot his name). HOWEVER on THIS VISIT (7/8), my 50th BIRTHDAY I expected that I would enjoy a nice pedicure and I PAID for the SPA PEDICURE. I asked before I sat down if the lady doing my pedi massages with extra pressure since I do like a nice firm massage when I have my pedicures. I asked her several times before and she did not respond was not sure if she understood me or not??? HOWEVER during the pedicure i asked SEVERAL TIMES if she could use firmer pressure ; at one point asking if I can get someone else because her pressure was non-existent!!! she responded as if I was annoying her & had a conversation with other workers there which I did not understand but there was some laughing between them. I was offended & ANGRY because it was as if I was being ignored. his particular day which just happened to be my birthday was not good at all and I left there very upset enough not to even leave a tip which I never do... I always tip. So I will say to the Management your facility IS very nice & elegant BUT be careful of how you treat your customers especially when a customer comes with a BIG 👑 on THEIR head! It was a SPECIAL DAY for me & a shadow was cast over it when I came to The Nail Room! I wanted to treat myself to a NICE PEDICURE...not to be mocked on MY Birthday. For the love of God, DO NOT get eyelash extensions here. I had the worst experience possible. First off, I am almost 100% completely positive that they aren't certified to do lashes in the first place. When I first got into the room she pulled out lashes that looked like they purchased from target & when she opened the glue it smelt highly of chemicals. I definitely should have have left at that point because that was a huge red flag.Second, getting lash extensions is suppose to be painless but throughout the entire process I was literally in tears. The glue started burning my eyes from the very beginning & got progressively worse as the appointment went on. It got to the point where I asked her to stop & I tried to open my eyes but was unable to because she had GLUED one of my top lashes to my bottom lashes! I asked her to take them all off & she said no because "It would be painful to get them off now that they're all already on" again, LASH EXTENSIONS ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO BE PAINFUL EVEN WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO TAKE THEM OFF! So at this point I really knew she had no idea what she was doing. She kept trying to fan my eyes but the glue continued to sting. It hurt so bad I was crying & the lady told me not to leave the back room until I was done crying. This was obviously to not let the other customers see. Once I finally leave I get into my car & touch the lashes & the glue feels SO HARD & is in visible clumps on my lash line. I spend 2 & a half hours putting oil on the glue trying to soften it up so I can take them off but in the end all my natural eyelashes got ripped out & I woke up this morning with a swollen lash line from all of it.STAY AWAY from this place. It's awful how people will be willing to give you a poor service, while being UNCERTIFIED just to make money for themselves. Read Less

My 7yr old daughter and I got spa pedicures.  Hers was great, mine was ok. The whole process is suppose to be relaxing and instead it was rushed. Only 2 others getting pedicures, so they weren't busy. The Polish was done nicely but my feet were left dry & rough. Some of my nails were square while others rounded. For the price I really expected more. I've had better pedicures for half the price. The shop is beautiful & the staff is very friendly but we will not be returning. Read Less

I usually like coming here but not anymore. I came in last week to get my naturally long nails done with the Gel Overlay because "it never lifts" yet not even a week later they are lifting. I am a stylist and my hands are wet and in hair all day I can't have this happening. Not only am I upset because I paid $55 dollars for this but when I went in this morning to have them fix them, all they had to say was it's not their fault and nothing they can do about it!!! So this was my first time there. My daughter earlier went and had her nails done. She actually had nails put on. She told me to check it out so I did. I only went to get my nails painted. My nail specialist asked me one question, if the polish was mine or if it was theirs. She did a horrible job and took my money and on to the next "guy" literally. As he was walking in he said he was getting a manicure. And right away the nail specialist said "me" turned on the fan for my nails and was out. Not even a thank you come again. They dont calm the skin after the wax.6.  What ever wax they use is terrible.  My lip and eyes reacted poorly.  They itch like crazy.Even after I made my concerns known....I still had to pay.  There was no resolution.Spend the money and go to the European wax center. I have only been here twice and Each time it's been amazing service! They are really helpful with your needs here. I came in for a full set gel polish nails I had a specific look I wanted. Milly helped me she was very kind and really worked to help me get the nails I wanted! My friend was with me and milly helped her with finding a color she really wanted for her nails that she was told they were out of. I would recommend the nail room to anyone and everyone I know! there prices are a little higher than most but it is defiantly worth it they do an amazing job! And I am in love with my nails! Visiting from out of town, I ran into Ulta to grab a polish and saw this across the parking lot. Did a quick Yelp search and saw it had decent reviews, I checked the prices online and decided to get a pedi and brow wax.This was one of the nicer "random" nail places I have been to. I was greeted and serviced quickly. I liked that she introduced me to the person that was going to do my pedicure. Jared did a wonderful job, he was very nice and attentive. He didn't talk much, but I was fine with that. You could tell he was very knowledgable of his job and took pride in it.
