This place is nice but when they are busy they don't seem to know what to do. I got an awkward stare last time I came in and no one said anything to me. The next person who came in asked how long the meeting wait was an they were told 1 hour. I had to leave because I couldn't wait that long. I suggest having someone come up front to speak to customers rather than shouting. Otherwise everyone seems friendly and they did a good job on my nails. Read Less

Went there for the very first time today. Was greeted with big smile and was given a mimosa. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. It is a bit more costly than what I am used to paying however was worth it. Will be definitely going back, I am ditching my older nail salon and also making this one my new spot. Read Less

I love it here. I come here for my birthdays and for homecoming and prom and get mani pedi's. The staff is amazing. They laugh and joke with you and ask about you. It's never quiet unless they are really really busy, but they still find the time to make small talk. They always ask if you need anything and they are just great people in general. I recommend this place. A full set is about $30 which isn't that bad considering some places charge $40-$50. Read Less

They do a great job on nails. I've gotten SNS nails and a pedicure. It's hit or miss if calling to make an appointment is helpful or will get you in on time. I've gotten right in and I've also waited quite a while (both having an appointment). I've received water and I haven't. I think it really depends the day and how hectic they are. Their front waiting room and sign in sheet is a bit awkward this could be improved. That's not a deal breaker to me though. Read Less

This was the worst place I have been. I came in to get a pedicure and was never offer any water. The older white couple came in and right away they offer them some water. They rush to get my pedicure done and made my daughter wait almost a hour to get her nails. They never check the list to see who was next they just start calling random people back while my daughter was sitting waiting for her turn. Read Less

Love this place the check in process needs some improvement but its clean....the staff is friendly and very efficient. It's very close to my house hopefully they'll increase the staff so if you can't wait dor superior service call and make an appointment. I called on a Saturday to have a full set done by Louis,  the gal on the phone said he would be available in 15 minutes, to come in, they only take walk-ins on Saturdays. I walked in 5mins after my call and Louis said he was full and they were not taking anymore clients for the day. It was inconsiderate and rude. I've been coming to this Spa for a while now and out of the dozens of services I've received, I have never left unhappy or displeased. I appreciate the attention to detail and courtesy every single staff member displays. I was reminded, this most recent visit, or Yelp and to post a review. I am a loving a loyal customer of theirs and cannot believe I haven't been leaving reviews since (Not really a big "Yelper"). I thought I should show the Yelp community my most recent set of nails so they could make a sound decision in their nail business. ***Note: My nails are naturally the length in the images. Awful service the lady that did my nails decided she didnt like the color I chose and changed to another 2 nails in without changing the first 2 just putting a top coat of the new color on. Rushed through and my thumb nail looks like it has wrinkles in it Read Less

Two of us came here with a call in appointment.  We called to check when they had available and they said at 1:30pm on a Monday, so with us since we had the day off.  The place is very clean and the staff was very nice.  It was $25 for a pedicure and they don't push too much on up selling you.  I would return!
