I and my daughter just left this nail salon. I haven’t had such great services! The salon is decorated and serene peacefully. I cannot say enough great things about them. For months I was satisfied with the service. They have many nail technicians that are great at their craft. My last time there I got my nails done by one of the techs. She forced me to get the wrong color because she refused to listen when I told her the color she brought was the wrong one. I always get the dip in nails on my own natural nails. Usually, the nails last me well over the 2 weeks. I went a month once without any problems. For 5 months I have been getting them done at least once a month.This time my nails started chipping within the two weeks period. The first time it happened it was a small chip so I just filed my nail as I didn't have time to go get it fixed. Then it happened again on my thumb, I went in and they fixed it free of charge. I asked the girl who fixed it to check my other nails, hoping to prevent them from chipping again. Two days later and 1 day after the 2 week period my nail from the initial chipped finger chipped again. I didn't have time to get the whole set re-done so I went in to get the tip fixed so as to prevent my own nail from breaking. They made me wait 30 minutes letting other customers that arrived later go before me for the same service (fixing a chipped nail). I had to wait for the tech who initially did the job to tell me that she had to charge me 3 dollars because it was past the two weeks period (something to which I was okay with paying). Then, when I tried to find the color, we were unable to find it because despite having the number from a picture I took on my phone it did not matched because she made me get a different color when I initially got it. So after waiting now for about 45 minutes, she started talking to the other tech in her language obviously about me. I got frustrated and had no more time to waste and decided to not get the chip fixed. I came home with the idea of going on my day off and getting all the nails done again. But, I am disappointed on the service and the way they treated me like it was my fault and I was trying to take advantage of them. I don't plan to come back to this place. I made appointments a week in advance for a COUPLES PEDICURE. We arrived a few minutes early and checked in. 15 minutes later we are still waiting. So I asked how much longer and was told soon. When I tired to explain we had appointments I was told they were backed up. Finally 20 minutes later we were seated. A man started my pedicure, but my bf was still waiting. 3 more times I asked how much longer. Any minute I was told . When I said never mind we will just leave . Right away someone came and started his pedicure. Sadly his pedicure only lasted 15 minutes and both of us were very unhappy with the service we will never go back again. Read Less

I was able to understand my nail technician, the place was clean and calm, I did not feel rushed or pressured into something other than what I wanted, and the price for a full set was fair. Relaxing, nice and clean atmosphere. Friendly technicians. I've gone twice and both times were good however they do not tell you how long you will be waiting to be seen. Had I known my wait was going to be 20 minutes I might have been more patience. The next time I just planned on waiting it was a better service for me. It's definitely one of the better nail spas! Amazing! First visit, and I am a picky diva when it comes to my long nails. I was referred to Q nail bar by a friend.... And believe to have found my new favorite nail tech Tammy . She listened to my needs, desires for nail service and took her time to make them perfect! No rushing, no rudeness, simply AMAZING! Since we recently moved further West, I Decided to try out a new nail salon this past weekend. I found  this place on yelp with pretty good ratings and good reviews.  First impression, the place is awesome. Very clean, wonderful atmosphere, love the ambience lighting, and the nice music.  Staff was very pleasant and spoke very good English.  I had a gel pedicure and a gel fill for my nails. They did a good job with both.  However, the only downside I will have to report is they are very spendy for a pedicure. $73 without a tip. Really? A little too pricey for what you get.  I have been going to another salon for two years that charges less than $45 for the exact same service.  Then I noticed a basic pedi is pretty reasonable, but then you have to add in everything you would normally get at other salons like the callus removal, etc. as a la cart items. New to this side of town, needed a pedicure. Had a great exfoliating one. Massage was great and I loved the coffee sugar scrub. Not a huge fan of the cooling gel, so probably skip that next time. The smell wasn't the best. Otherwise great experience I'll be back. Read Less

ASK FOR ALL PRICES UPRONT. The atmosphere was okay. Your usual nail salon. Seemingly clean. I was looking for a new asking because my current tech is now too far. They sit me down and make me wait at a station staring at the back wall for the longest time as I hear people walking in and out and the techs talking with them. Finally someone sits down in front of me and asks me for my color which I hadn't picked because they rushed me to the chair. They start treating my nails to take off the gel and half way through tell me to move chairs.... the guy is almost done and he couldn't he didn't like the quality of the paint so he puts another color different to the one I chose over the one I chose. What was once a solid color is now glittery which I did not want. I deal with it, it's not at all what I wanted but I can live with it for two weeks so I calm down... they make a design on my nail. I go to pay and all of a sudden they're charging me for things like cutting my nail... $3 for cutting my nails! Not for removing acrylic, not for removing a fake nails literally charged me for reducing my natural nail length by 2 centimeters.. it was not at all a drastic cut (that would have been worse and not wanted). Hidden fees? Hell no. I do not want to return here. They didn't even pass the machine under the nail. I'm sure they would have charged if I asked. This experience makes driving to Happy Valley worth the drive. I was looking for a place to frequent but I will never come back here. Read Less

From out of town & looked up nail shops on yelp around the area and this place seemed to have the most good reviews. So happy with them! Not sure what his name was but younger gentleman did my fill and fixed one nail for me. Also changed the shape for me bc I wanted to go back to square. Totally recommend them. THANKS AGAIN! Excellent nail spa in Goodyear!! I have been here three times now. I love the customer service and the vibe in Qnail Bar. Rest assured (pun intended) you can relax in the big comfy chairs as smooth jazzy music plays over the ceiling speakers. The staff is very friendly and do a fantastic job. I have ingrown nails and this is the first place who actually cares and removes them. I've tried three other nail locations in Goodyear and haven't been satisfied. The prices are affordable for pedicures and manicures. Qnail also offers higher end pedicures with sugar scrubs that I will have to try soon! I love QNail Bar. I've been here a few times with different services but I always forget to do a review. I've gotten a full set of acrylic done and they looked fantastic. I was excited to see new nail place in the because the others r always busy and really don't treat you like they care if u r there or not! From the minute I walked it the owner greeted me and told me to take a look around and check in if I wanted anything done. The check in system is so cool and the decor and lighting is so neat! Saw this place when it was being built and wanted to try it and boy are we SO happy we did!! Beautiful place, great personnel who are friendly and funny! This is the best nail salon I have been to in years and will definitely be going back! The atmosphere is very relaxing! The decor has a modern feel. The tray ceiling with changing color soft lighting is a nice touch. I love the tall bar table with pendant lighting.
