Went there with my sister to get new set and rebase . I was asking about how much certain nails and designs would cost and I believe his name was Tony was getting very rude and had an attitude. I decided which nails I wanted and They tried charging me 60$ for mine and 45 for my sisters we kept asking if we could leave and they told us no and we didn’t want to be rude so we didn’t just walk out . my Sister kept asking for shorter nails and Tony told her they are fine where they are and proceed to do her nails . They were not the shape nor length she wanted and asked for . Then they proceeded to tell me I could have the dark blue nail polish I wanted that I picked out . They finished my nails and I went to pay and told them to stop working on my sister because we are leaving they tried to charge me for a full set with polish for my sister and she didn’t even have polish on . Then I called in 10 mins later asking for a refund they told me no . Then I said I need my refund or else bad reviews will be coming their way and they will lose mine and my family’s business they said they didn’t care and hung up . Went to glamour nails to get them fixed and they took such good care of us. Will never be going to pretty nails again . Glamour nails is the place to go if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Worst experience!!! I was there for a hour and a half for a pedicure . The nail technician spent a total of 30 minutes with me, as he was also running around doing other things. My water was cold, I politely told him that and he made the water luke warm. He rushed everything he was doing. Did a horrible job at removing my calluses, massaging the lotion into my legs and giving me French tips. I can still see some of my old polish on my nails, he got the new polish all over my toes and didn't wipe it off and he didn't even put the shiny top coat on my nails. This place really needs to examine how they treat their customers and hire more people so their technicians focus isn't split. Read Less

The owner refused to pay his employees for their final worked week and demanded them to work for him one additional work week.Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the owner is illegally withholding wages and refusing to pay employees for their time worked. His unfair business practices on exploitation of labor are in direct violation of the FLSA and many other laws that surround labor in the United States.He also refused to give his employees a copy of their signed employment contract.
