Horrible experience! Purchased a gel mani & pedi Groupon for $35, offcourse to try to save money. When I first got there I asked if I could use the groupon for a fill & pedi instead and the lady who I believe was the owner said "normally we don't do that but I will take care for you since you first time here, you wait we busy". So I went on to wait for about an hour. Then a new girl got there and so owner asked her to do my nails. I believe it was her first time working there, and seemed like she had maybe little to no experience, over filed my nails to the point were they burned, I thought maybe I was having an allergy reaction idk my nails burned and turned pink, my cuticles were hurting, and she was super slow!
I felt so bad for her being her first day and I didn't say anything so kept on proceeding to getting my pedi, after filling. But before the girl doing my nails got done painting, the owner comes and tells me, "well you pay extra for fill because Groupon doesn't cover fill, i thought you only get fill not pedi, so you pay for fill". So I said, but I asked you before I ever got the fill if you would honor the Groupon and you said yes. Anyways she kept arguing with me that she said it would only cover fill, not fill & pedi. So I asked what the price was of gel mani and fill? Turns out gel mani is more, but she said fill takes too long and that's why I should pay and also because Groupon gives her only 50%of her money. In which I was like well how's that my fault? Anyways, after I sat there through a horrible experience for 4 hours because the new girl took forever I went on to pay. She discounted my fill to $15, which was originally $20 she said, vs the gel mani which she said was $25. So I ended up spending $35 for groupon that should've covered gel mani, that I didn't get, and pedi, so basically paid $35 for a basic pedi and extra $15 for fill, total of $50 for basic pedi and fill. Not only did it took a long long time and my Saturday evening, my nail polish was horrible! It's bubbly and looks like my kids painted my nails. I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else! It was embarrassing and humiliating to have to argue and try to make someone who doesn't understand English to understand that they are being unfair and basically overcharging you! So much for Groupon and greedy lady.

I have not gone yet ...i am very busy i finally have time to schedule an appointment..i was scheduling for saturday at 11 and she was gonna book me until i mentioned i had a groupon then it was no u can come monday through thursday but not tomorrow...she was nice about it but its like are u serious!...the coupon doesnt say only valid monday through thursday...i have a groupon to try you out im as important as anyone else (should be) but because i have a groupon im treated differently...ill be going since i paid for the coupon but will not return for the lack of customer service.

Every time someone new walked in they were taken in and made my simple gel manicure last two hours. The gel remover was left on my nails so long it eventually dried and made my nails weak and brittle. I had to walk out. Didn't have time to keep waiting while more and more people walked in and she kept stopping my manicure to help everyone else.

As I am out of town, I read many reviews prior to picking this wonderful nail salon. I am always apprehensive about trying someplace new. About halfway through my gel manicure, I started not to feel well and became very lightheaded due to some congestion and allergies I have been experiencing. I was given beyond the attention I needed- water and oils- to try to calm me. My gel manicure turned out wonderful- as I can be very picky! I definitely plan on going back when I am back in town.

I made an appointment in advance so my sister and I could treat ourselves to pedicures. Upon arrival, the technicians seemed to have forgotten about the scheduled appointment. Only one came to our service, doubling the time we planned to spend there and defeating the purpose of getting pedicures together. The price we were charged was much more expensive given over the phone, and more than I've been charged at any other salon for the same services. Overall, the prices were outrageous for the quality of service and time spent waiting. Will not be returning or recommending.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I saw a Groupon for this place and thought I would try a new nail place. After calling this morning to see if I needed to make a app, and saying I had a Groupon I was told to return my Groupon. That made zero sense to me, and then I was told that it is only for people that knew the nail place. After speaking to the manager and a variety of explanations that made no sense among them being that they had a deal to only sell 25 coupons with Groupon (which is not my problem, that the offer was still there). And it was the first the manager heard of it which seems sketchy to me since the mani/pedi Groupon was sold out and other had purchased the mani. only groupon I don't see how she had not heard of this problem. End of story will NEVER GO TO THIS NAIL SALON AND FOR SURE WONT RECOMMEND. Being somewhat newer to the area this place lost my business for good. The first thing you DONOT do is tell a potential customer to return a Groupon.

Very nice people. I came in with a groupon and it ended up not loading at checkout after over 30 min of me attempting to get it to load and they honored the price. I have received over a dozen compliments on my nails and I love them. At other places that I have got gel nails done they have only done 2 coats but they did three here which looked really good. Plus their pricing is not bad at all. They are $10 cheaper than traditional places. This is a wierd remark but I like how they did not talk as much. I dont know if it is just me but if my nail tech is talking too much I feel like they are not focusing on what they are doing so I really appreciated that they intensely focused on the job at hand. I am hoping to try out their mani pedi deal next time so I am excited to come back

Loved getting my nails done here with my bridal party. They have massage chairs for the pedicure which is really nice. They used to be based in LA so there are pictures of the salon owners with all kinds of celebrities. The manicures we got were lovely and the techs were all very sweet. The only downside is that a few of my nails got bubbles in the polish. But they are very small and pretty unnoticeable.

Overall this place isn't bad. The only complaint that I have is they focus on more than one customer at a time. This prolongs your time here. Personally if I pay for a service, I like to be the main focus until the service is fully provided. I don't like having to wait with my wet feet in the air while you go service someone else. I also don't like the that they rush my service and cut my massage short when this happens. And I also don't like having to be at the nail salon for an hour in a half just to get a regular Mani/pedi. Other than that everything else is ok. They're friendly and the prices are good. Just try to go when it's empty so that you get the best possible service!

This place is tiny, which is fine. But the plaza is a little sketchy. You have to ask for a tub liner when getting a pedi, and they said it would be $1 extra. How about it's just more hygienic? The lady doing my toes was more concerned with answering the phone. I got gel polish on my toes since I was going on vacation, I don't know what she did, but it bubbled up by the next day and it was all thick and lifting on a few of my other toes. I went back the next day (time I didn't really have) and the same lady was there, she had another guy redo the toes that were messed up. She never said sorry or seemed like she cared. Not the best 1st impression. Too many other places to deal with this shotty service . The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because they were nice. That's all.

First time going here today! I had a great experience. I got a pedicure from the man and a full set from the woman. Both were very friendly and thorough. I just recently had a baby (7 weeks ago) and I hadn't had anything done to me nails or toes in that long! So they both had their work cut out for them. Price is reasonable and comparable to other shops in the area. I typically go to another place but they're closed on Tuesdays. I can appreciate that this shop is open every day! I completely recommend this place for quality work and friendly nail techs!

Paint My Pretty Nails is the best! I came here for a break from the chaos of getting my son settled here at Universal Technical College and what great find. Loann and Steve were so friendly and kind and on top of that Loann paid the greatestAttention to all the details of my mani/pedi. Clearly the best I've had. I'm from Seattle and wish I could find any place that gives even 1/2 the attention and great service but it seems like I'm just going to have to make frequent visits to seemy son so I can have them do my nails often! On top of this most awesome service, they even said that since my son was new to the area that he could use them as a resource if he needs to get oriented to the area. I'd recommend this place to any one! I've been to a couple different nail techs in the west valley, after finding this place I haven't went to another place. It's very clean!! They always do what you ask and if you don't like it they'll change it without a fuss. It's two sisters, so depending on when you go it can be busy. I prefer Monday- Wednesday between 9am and 10:30. I never have a wait! Although I wouldn't mind waiting because it's worth it to me. Check it out if your looking for a good place !

Steve and Loann were amazing! They were very attentive to all my needs. I was overdue for a mini spa getaway and read the reviews so I had to check it out. When I called to make sure they weren't busy I decided to just go ahead and make a appointment. When I cane in and picked my color I was then taken to my pedicure chair where Steve took great care of me. When that amazing treatment was completed Loann preceded to take care of my gel manicure. They kept the conversation really casual and inclusive for the entire shop. I really enjoyed my time there will be back as a regular!

Was seated quickly and they were nice enough to give me a cold water bottle which was refreshing. The nail tech was was awesome. We laughed and literally cried during my time there. She was attentive and assertive of making sure I was comfortable. I love how "bling bling" the inside was very cute! Better decoration then some places I've been to. The location isn't the best plaza but the store itself was great. Will deff go again.

After reading the reviews I thought I would give it a try. My sister and I went to go get our nails done before I left town. And we were both very disappointed with what we got. We both had different techs and mine just rushed through the entire appointment. What really bother was she filed the TOP of my nails down when they didn't need to be !! I did NOT-have acrylic nails on only gel polish wish come of very easily and doesn't damage my nails. Moving on to my pedicure she w...as distracted the whole time. Because she was talking to some employees that work next door. Ignoring what she was doing on my feet and scrubbing to hard and to long. Then she charged extra to remove the calluses. and then she had the nerve to call me the next day saying she voided the charge on my card and needed me to go in and run it again. Pretty disappointed... I read all the great reviews and the pretty nail art on their Facebook before I bought the Groupon, but despite my research, I still walked away unhappy. The shop is cute and the staff was friendly (the only things keeping me from giving the store one star as opposed to two), but that's where it ends. The message chair didn't work, so I sat with the balls in my back during my entire pedicure. The chemical they used on my calluses left a burn on my arch... (where there are NO calluses, I might add..) I asked for very simple nail art. I even had a picture to show exactly what I wanted. Let's just say, I could've saved my money and done a better job myself at home. The nail on the head was when I went to leave, she charged me a extra $10 for my nail art! TEN dollars for a poor job... Needless to say, I will not be back. See More

When I moved to Goodyear I was in desperate search of establishing my beauty maintenance spots. Finding a good nail shop was one. I yelped about 7 different places, but decided to go to Paint Me Pretty by their prices were very reasonable. One visit and that was it. Beyond their prices, they do such an amazing job and make you feel at home. Their shop is beautifully decorated and they even have their own sense of place. The husband and wife team are wonderful and they make everyone feel welcomed instead of a business opportunity. They build relationships with a smile. Such a great find! I'm a lifer!

The ladies here are absolutely wonderful! I've been here 3 times, and each experience is better than the previous. My first visit, Loan replaced an acrylic nail that had fallen off - she finished it so quickly, and it was perfect! She even gave all of my nails a fresh top coat to make them shine like new. My second visit was to get a full set for Christmas. I was offered a drink - coffee, tea, or water. Had a yummy cup of tea while getting my nails done! After a quick 40 minutes, I left with gorgeous sparkly red nails - had a gel that lasted a full 2 weeks and still looked brand new when I went in for my fill today. I'm sure the gel would have lasted even longer if I had waited! Today I went in for a fill, and got a silver/iridescent sparkly gel color. Loan's sister (I am not sure of her name) has done both my full set and today's fill. She is very sweet and does quick, beautiful work! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at this salon and I will keep coming back as long as they are here!

Horrible experience! Purchased a gel mani & pedi Groupon for $35, offcourse to try to save money. When I first got there I asked if I could use the groupon for a fill & pedi instead and the lady who I believe was the owner said "normally we don't do that but I will take care for you since you first time here, you wait we busy". So I went on to wait for about an hour. Then a new girl got there and so owner asked her to do my nails. I believe it was her first time working there, and seemed like she had maybe little to no experience, over filed my nails to the point were they burned, I thought maybe I was having an allergy reaction idk my nails burned and turned pink, my cuticles were hurting, and she was super slow!
I felt so bad for her being her first day and I didn't say anything so kept on proceeding to getting my pedi, after filling. But before the girl doing my nails got done painting, the owner comes and tells me, "well you pay extra for fill because Groupon doesn't cover fill, i thought you only get fill not pedi, so you pay for fill". So I said, but I asked you before I ever got the fill if you would honor the Groupon and you said yes. Anyways she kept arguing with me that she said it would only cover fill, not fill & pedi. So I asked what the price was of gel mani and fill? Turns out gel mani is more, but she said fill takes too long and that's why I should pay and also because Groupon gives her only 50%of her money. In which I was like well how's that my fault? Anyways, after I sat there through a horrible experience for 4 hours because the new girl took forever I went on to pay. She discounted my fill to $15, which was originally $20 she said, vs the gel mani which she said was $25. So I ended up spending $35 for groupon that should've covered gel mani, that I didn't get, and pedi, so basically paid $35 for a basic pedi and extra $15 for fill, total of $50 for basic pedi and fill. Not only did it took a long long time and my Saturday evening, my nail polish was horrible! It's bubbly and looks like my kids painted my nails. I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else! It was embarrassing and humiliating to have to argue and try to make someone who doesn't understand English to understand that they are being unfair and basically overcharging you! So much for Groupon and greedy lady.

As I am out of town, I read many reviews prior to picking this wonderful nail salon. I am always apprehensive about trying someplace new. About halfway through my gel manicure, I started not to feel well and became very lightheaded due to some congestion and allergies I have been experiencing. I was given beyond the attention I needed- water and oils- to try to calm me. My gel manicure turned out wonderful- as I can be very picky! I definitely plan on going back when I am back in town.

I made an appointment in advance so my sister and I could treat ourselves to pedicures. Upon arrival, the technicians seemed to have forgotten about the scheduled appointment. Only one came to our service, doubling the time we planned to spend there and defeating the purpose of getting pedicures together. The price we were charged was much more expensive given over the phone, and more than I've been charged at any other salon for the same services. Overall, the prices were outrageous for the quality of service and time spent waiting. Will not be returning or recommending.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I saw a Groupon for this place and thought I would try a new nail place. After calling this morning to see if I needed to make a app, and saying I had a Groupon I was told to return my Groupon. That made zero sense to me, and then I was told that it is only for people that knew the nail place. After speaking to the manager and a variety of explanations that made no sense among them being that they had a deal to only sell 25 coupons with Groupon (which is not my problem, that the offer was still there). And it was the first the manager heard of it which seems sketchy to me since the mani/pedi Groupon was sold out and other had purchased the mani. only groupon I don't see how she had not heard of this problem. End of story will NEVER GO TO THIS NAIL SALON AND FOR SURE WONT RECOMMEND. Being somewhat newer to the area this place lost my business for good. The first thing you DONOT do is tell a potential customer to return a Groupon.

Very nice people. I came in with a groupon and it ended up not loading at checkout after over 30 min of me attempting to get it to load and they honored the price. I have received over a dozen compliments on my nails and I love them. At other places that I have got gel nails done they have only done 2 coats but they did three here which looked really good. Plus their pricing is not bad at all. They are $10 cheaper than traditional places. This is a wierd remark but I like how they did not talk as much. I dont know if it is just me but if my nail tech is talking too much I feel like they are not focusing on what they are doing so I really appreciated that they intensely focused on the job at hand. I am hoping to try out their mani pedi deal next time so I am excited to come back

They used to be based in LA so there are pictures of the salon owners with all kinds of celebrities. The manicures we got were lovely and the techs were all very sweet. The only downside is that a few of my nails got bubbles in the polish. But they are very small and pretty unnoticeable.

Overall this place isn't bad. The only complaint that I have is they focus on more than one customer at a time. This prolongs your time here. Personally if I pay for a service, I like to be the main focus until the service is fully provided. I don't like having to wait with my wet feet in the air while you go service someone else. I also don't like the that they rush my service and cut my massage short when this happens. And I also don't like having to be at the nail salon for an hour in a half just to get a regular Mani/pedi. Other than that everything else is ok. They're friendly and the prices are good. Just try to go when it's empty so that you get the best possible service!

This place is tiny, which is fine. But the plaza is a little sketchy. You have to ask for a tub liner when getting a pedi, and they said it would be $1 extra. How about it's just more hygienic? The lady doing my toes was more concerned with answering the phone. I got gel polish on my toes since I was going on vacation, I don't know what she did, but it bubbled up by the next day and it was all thick and lifting on a few of my other toes. I went back the next day (time I didn't really have) and the same lady was there, she had another guy redo the toes that were messed up. She never said sorry or seemed like she cared. Not the best 1st impression. Too many other places to deal with this shotty service . The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because they were nice. That's all.

First time going here today! I had a great experience. I got a pedicure from the man and a full set from the woman. Both were very friendly and thorough. I just recently had a baby (7 weeks ago) and I hadn't had anything done to me nails or toes in that long! So they both had their work cut out for them. Price is reasonable and comparable to other shops in the area. I typically go to another place but they're closed on Tuesdays. I can appreciate that this shop is open every day! I completely recommend this place for quality work and friendly nail techs!

Paint My Pretty Nails is the best! I came here for a break from the chaos of getting my son settled here at Universal Technical College and what great find. Loann and Steve were so friendly and kind and on top of that Loann paid the greatestAttention to all the details of my mani/pedi. Clearly the best I've had. I'm from Seattle and wish I could find any place that gives even 1/2 the attention and great service but it seems like I'm just going to have to make frequent visits to seemy son so I can have them do my nails often! On top of this most awesome service, they even said that since my son was new to the area that he could use them as a resource if he needs to get oriented to the area. I'd recommend this place to any one! I've been to a couple different nail techs in the west valley, after finding this place I haven't went to another place. It's very clean!! They always do what you ask and if you don't like it they'll change it without a fuss. It's two sisters, so depending on when you go it can be busy. I prefer Monday- Wednesday between 9am and 10:30. I never have a wait! Although I wouldn't mind waiting because it's worth it to me. Check it out if your looking for a good place !

Steve and Loann were amazing! They were very attentive to all my needs. I was overdue for a mini spa getaway and read the reviews so I had to check it out. When I called to make sure they weren't busy I decided to just go ahead and make a appointment. When I cane in and picked my color I was then taken to my pedicure chair where Steve took great care of me. When that amazing treatment was completed Loann preceded to take care of my gel manicure. They kept the conversation really casual and inclusive for the entire shop. I really enjoyed my time there will be back as a regular!

Was seated quickly and they were nice enough to give me a cold water bottle which was refreshing. The nail tech was was awesome. We laughed and literally cried during my time there. She was attentive and assertive of making sure I was comfortable. I love how "bling bling" the inside was very cute! Better decoration then some places I've been to. The location isn't the best plaza but the store itself was great. Will deff go again.

After reading the reviews I thought I would give it a try. My sister and I went to go get our nails done before I left town. And we were both very disappointed with what we got. We both had different techs and mine just rushed through the entire appointment. What really bother was she filed the TOP of my nails down when they didn't need to be !! I did NOT-have acrylic nails on only gel polish wish come of very easily and doesn't damage my nails. Moving on to my pedicure she w...as distracted the whole time. Because she was talking to some employees that work next door. Ignoring what she was doing on my feet and scrubbing to hard and to long. Then she charged extra to remove the calluses. and then she had the nerve to call me the next day saying she voided the charge on my card and needed me to go in and run it again. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and DISORGANIZED.! See More

Pretty disappointed... I read all the great reviews and the pretty nail art on their Facebook before I bought the Groupon, but despite my research, I still walked away unhappy. The shop is cute and the staff was friendly (the only things keeping me from giving the store one star as opposed to two), but that's where it ends. The message chair didn't work, so I sat with the balls in my back during my entire pedicure. The chemical they used on my calluses left a burn on my arch... (where there are NO calluses, I might add..) I asked for very simple nail art. I even had a picture to show exactly what I wanted. Let's just say, I could've saved my money and done a better job myself at home. The nail on the head was when I went to leave, she charged me a extra $10 for my nail art! TEN dollars for a poor job... Needless to say, I will not be back. See More

I came here when I saw a groupon online. I moved to AZ last year and hadn't found a new nail place yet. So glad I came here! Loan took great care of me and she took her time! I got a gel manicure. She did a phenomenal job getting my nails back into shape. Fair prices, even without the groupon. I will be back soon! Thanks! :)

When I moved to Goodyear I was in desperate search of establishing my beauty maintenance spots. Finding a good nail shop was one. I yelped about 7 different places, but decided to go to Paint Me Pretty by their prices were very reasonable. One visit and that was it. Beyond their prices, they do such an amazing job and make you feel at home. Their shop is beautifully decorated and they even have their own sense of place. The husband and wife team are wonderful and they make everyone feel welcomed instead of a business opportunity. They build relationships with a smile. Such a great find! I'm a lifer!

Loan and her husband are so sweet! I had a great experience here. Loan replaced my broken nail and polished over my pink and white nails. I'll be back in 2-3 weeks!

Nice place got a mani and pedi for $32. Very nice people and nice big salon with good working pedi chairs. It's right by the Frys on Avondale and buckeye.

The ladies here are absolutely wonderful! I've been here 3 times, and each experience is better than the previous. My first visit, Loan replaced an acrylic nail that had fallen off - she finished it so quickly, and it was perfect! She even gave all of my nails a fresh top coat to make them shine like new. My second visit was to get a full set for Christmas. I was offered a drink - coffee, tea, or water. Had a yummy cup of tea while getting my nails done! After a quick 40 minutes, I left with gorgeous sparkly red nails - had a gel that lasted a full 2 weeks and still looked brand new when I went in for my fill today. I'm sure the gel would have lasted even longer if I had waited! Today I went in for a fill, and got a silver/iridescent sparkly gel color. Loan's sister (I am not sure of her name) has done both my full set and today's fill. She is very sweet and does quick, beautiful work! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at this salon and I will keep coming back as long as they are here!
