This place is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. They all have bad attitudes, besides the main guy. I was getting my nails done by one person and he told me he had to go and to wait 10 minutes for a new person to help me, which is fine. But after waiting 30 minutes for someone to help me and no one does as I see new people who had just shown up being helped before me was my last straw. I was getting ready to walk out and then they decided to care and try to help me after I was already over it. I do not recommend

Never going back. Fish tank hasn't been cleaned in forever and it literally makes the place stink. Also I sat waiting for a pedicure for so long the water went cold. I felt ignored and like they didn'...
Never going back. Fish tank hasn't been cleaned in forever and it literally makes the place stink. Also I sat waiting for a pedicure for so long the water went cold. I felt ignored and like they didn't care about my business. Awful.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE! I purchaced a $40 gift card about a year and a half ago and misplaced it. I recently found the gift card so I gave it to my daughter for Christmas. She went in to get her nails done (which were done awful by the way) and when she tried to use the gift card they would not honor it so my daughter had to pay cash. Apparently this place switched ownership and the new owner (who doesnt even speak english) refuses to honor gift cards purchased prior to her taking over the business which still has the same name, address, and phone number. I'm out $40 now. Very unhappy.

Visited or the first time last week at the recommendation of a friend. Holly and Lee did my manicure/pedicure simultaneously, it was great! They were both super friendly, and all around the atmosphere...
Visited or the first time last week at the recommendation of a friend. Holly and Lee did my manicure/pedicure simultaneously, it was great! They were both super friendly, and all around the atmosphere of this salon was friendly and entertaining. I will definitely be coming back!

My teenage daughter just returned from this place with the skin above her brows rippped off and above her lip burned from getting an eyebrow and lip wax. This is devastating and unconscionable and has never happened anywhere else! We are considering litigation and will be asking the esthetician for her license and reporting her to the board.

This place used to be my go to when I live in the area a couple of years ago. I was in town recently and got a gel manicure- while my technician was wonderful and gave an amazing massage, the polish was crap. One nail chipped in the first 24 hours, and the rest started chipping throughout the week, something which I have NEVER experienced with a gel manicure which I get regularly. I waited about a week so I could get my nails re-done before I left for Vegas that weekend.m, and went back in hopes that they would give me a discount or something. I was told that because I didn't come in within a week, that they wouldn't give me a discount. I figured I would give them another shot and that maybe it was just the polish.... Nope! Picked a different brand, one that I use regularly, and the same thing. Chipped and my natural nail SHOWING THOUGH THE POLISH. Again, I get gel manicures regularly and have never experienced such a terrible quality of polish.
Went back to my regular place today and my tech was astonished and the terrible quality. She figures it's the top/bottom coat they use. Don't waste your money at this place, it's definitely what I remember from years ago!

the past few times I've come here I've gotten my acrylic fill and gel polish done by (I believe her name was) Jackie? she does a really thorough job with making sure the nails are really smooth and I've always been happy with her work. noticed she has people request her frequently! :) thanks new world nails! they also have a good rewards program that saved me some money today :)

This place is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. They all have bad attitudes, besides the main guy. I was getting my nails done by one person and he told me he had to go and to wait 10 minutes for a new person to help me, which is fine. This place used to be my go to when I live in the area a couple of years ago. I was in town recently and got a gel manicure- while my technician was wonderful and gave an amazing massage, the polish was crap. the past few times I've come here I've gotten my acrylic fill and gel polish done by (I believe her name was) Jackie? she does a really thorough job with making sure the nails are really smooth and I've always been happy with her work. noticed she has people request her frequently! :) thanks new world nails! they also have a good rewards program that saved me some money today :)
