The spa is spacious and quite beautiful. The utensils that are used are opened from the sterilized package right before you. The foot bath is protected with a plastic covering guaranteeing a sterile environment. My tech is so incredible, I enjoy the hot towel on my arms and legs after the delicious and through massage. Their selection of colors is in point. I am so excited to have found this nail spa in AZ. I plan to make this my weekly mani pedi spot. I really love this place. Great job! A cute and quaint nail salon, super intimate where it's kinda like everyone is participating in convo. They have these amazing and vast option of designs, colors, etc... I can finally say, I have officially found my nail place. My sister had recommended me to come to this place and after reading reviews, I was set on making an appointment. I had booked my appointment here, and the lady is fantastic! Everyone there is very nice as well, but I will keep my review towards since she is the one who did my nails. She was super sweet and worked hard to make sure my nail shape was on POINT. Then she was amazing with painting and putting the holo dust and made my nails look gorg. I didn't catch the owners name, but she was very kind and was a great conversationalist (very funny) and even stayed a little later to make sure everyone got their nails perfect. She's super sweet and very easy to talk to, on top of that she makes your nails literally perfect. Since I'm not sure how to start I'll go in order of the services I got done. I got a gel pedicure, got seated quickly on a massage chair that didn't work (no biggie), the girl who did my toes was great, professional no complaints about her. I will say that 40 dollars for a gel pedicure is a little crazy! I just moved here from SoCal and a gel pedicure with a design or rhinestone bow is anywhere from 25-30...is 40 the norm out here? I will mention that a lady was sat next to me and the lady who was doing her toes pretended to throw in the little blue thing they put in your soaking water but didn't put one in..I thought it was crazy.  I had to wait to get my nails done because the girl that did my toes didn't do nextgen nails...again no biggie. Turns out little miss pretend to throw the blue thing is doing my nails. Hardly said a word to me aside from confirming  next gen, color and shape. Whatever I'm not the talkative type either...I understand. She shapes my coffins nails horribly, rushed, all different shapes all crooked! I let it go initially thinking she will do them and then shape. The whole time she is super rough, almost jerking my hand around and is very rushed! She finished my nails which are all crooked and gets all sassy when I ask her to fix them! She starts speaking and laughing with her coworker in her native tongue, I couldn't understand but she kept saying crooked! She somewhat fixes them but again is rough, literally cutting my fingers with the file and digging her nails in my hands while she is "fixing" them! Don't go to kellie!!!! went there for a pink & white ombre set & it turned out horrible. did not blend at all & had distinct lines where the pink & white met. went back the next day to have them put shellac over the horrible “ombre” & that started chipping 3 hours later. i’m very disappointed because i’ve been going here for years but will not be returning after this. I've gotten my nails done here a few times simply because it's close, but I'm never very happy when I leave. The last 2 times were not so great. I got a pedicure and gel manicure, and the girl who did my gel manicure did it so thick that there were sharp edges on the sides of my cuticles and it peeled off faster than has happened in the years I've been getting gel. Last time I went in it was to have the gel removed, and it literally took an hour for the woman to remove the gel, and I finally had to leave without finishing my manicure. My daughter and I got manicures and pedicures here.  We did not have to wait even though we were "walk-ins".  Both of our manicurists did a very good job.  Prices were a bit higher than what I am used to paying but worth it to have such a nice nail salon in the Estrella Mountain community. I have had a few pedicures done at this location and they consistently come out well and last for a couple of weeks.  My only complaint is that when I went with a friend of mine, she asked to have her toenails buffed, but did not want any polish.  They did not tell her upfront that it would be an extra $5.  Not that $5 is a ton of money, but she was surprised to learn this at the end of her pedicure.  We had our pedicures start at the same time and hers was done before mine, so the time involved wasn't any longer.  Also, since she did not get polish, they weren't using up any product on her.  I feel as though this is a bit unreasonable and it turned my friend off that they did not make her aware of the $5 upcharge at the beginning of her session. Pedicure was awesome! I got the coconut milk pedi and had no complaints. However, I was given a Mediocre manicure. My gel nails were not cleaned properly and they stuck to my fingers. Today is two days later and my gel manicure has already started to lift. Disappointing experience. Read Less

I have been to this nail salon multiple times and after my last experience I would give it 0 stars if I could. I made an appointment for 11:30 for two pedicures and one gel fill in. I arrived before 11:30 and every single worker was busy with another customer, which is fine and completely understandable. Almost 20 minutes past before my sister was seated for her pedicure and 30 minutes before me and my grandmother were seated. The best part was a walk-in was seated for a pedicure before me and my grandmother, which really irritated me. And on top of the walk-in being seated before me, my sister, and grandmother, her pedicure lasted longer then mine and my sisters put together. I do not like the service at this place. There are tons of better salons around the area that have better service and cheaper prices. Would not recommend at all. Side note: As I am sitting getting my pedicure a lady getting a manicure starts crying because the worker had cut her pretty badly which just shows you these people do not take their time what so ever. My first time going in I only had a pedicure, which was awesome!! My second time I returned to try NexGen Nails which they promote a lot and is a bit more pricey than regular acrylic ($35). The set lasted me SIX weeks!! I had no lifting nor did my hair get stuck. Definitely will be returning. Read Less

Gentlemen who checks you in is nice & addresses you as you enter. Lots of colors, nice decor. Today I only needed a pedicure, which he said "Amy will take you now." Great! I can get right in! WORST experience I have ever had in my entire life at a nail salon!!!!!! I really want to give this place no stars but one should get the point across. I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt and have gone here a couple times since it's close to me but after my last experience I will never go again! The first time I had a problem was when I was getting my eyebrows waxed. The lady does a descent job on one side but almost took off my entire eyebrow on the other side!! I actually started crying in the room after I saw what she did and my husband was in there as well and he just started busting out laughing when he saw what she did. I was humiliated and they still charged me full price!! What's worse was the lady told me that's just how my eyebrows are!!!! Jaw dropping she would say that and was not the slightest bit empathetic. I actually hated leaving my house for a couple weeks because I was so embarrassed with the way my eyebrows looked The second issue was just yesterday when I asked for a lady to put a flower on my big toes and let me tell you, it looked like my one year old scribbled on my feet. I hate complaining so I stared at me feet contemplating if I should say something but it was so bad I couldn't keep it in. When I tried to kindly asked the lady if she could fix it she looked at me like I was a complete bitch and started rambling off in Chinese. The gentlemen who owns the store came over and randomly says I need to pay for the work she did because it's not fair to her ( I never mentioned money and was always going to pay for the work that she did I just wanted it fixed!)I looked at him and said excuse me but it's not my fault she did a bad job I just want her to fix it . He goes on to tell me well now I'm taking away her time to do somebody else's feet (as if I somehow responsible for her poor work  and should leave it )Can you believe that! He looked at my feet and said she had to fix them but the whole time I could just see her wanting to stab me with one of her nail clippers and she made it clear by her body language she had no interest in fixing my feet. Just so everyone sees i will post the photo on here too! It made me feel very uncomfortable. To make matters worse while I was trying to do my nails the guy would answer his phone and run around the nail salon just about every minute disregarding the work he was doing on me to handle something else. It was very unprofessional and what should have taken no more than an hr took over three hours for me with no wait because I was the first one in the salon!! Love this wonderful gem. Everyone is so nice and very polite. Very clean and lots of room. I alway get something called NexGen nails they look amazing. Everywhere I go women ask me about them. You definitely need to try them, much better for your own nails than acrylic. I alway make sure I make an appointment.  They do book up real fast.  Thank you for making my hands and feet look beautiful. Last Sunday I got a gel nail fill with designs and shellac. By the following Thursday my nails were starting to lift, my polish had chipped off, and it just looks crummy for only being a few days after! It was my first time coming to this salon only because my salon I go to was closed and I was in need of getting my nails done badly. Walked in to look at the menu, and spoke with Tommy who suggested I try NexGen on my natural nails. I took his recommendation and was so pleased. He assured me it would only take 30 minutes to do and he delivered a beautiful job in said time frame. I used to love this place, they were always friendly and did a good job on my feet. But my mother went in for a visit and granted her toes aren't the prettiest, but she cant help it and is already very insecure about them, one of the girls asked my mom what she did for her work and my mom told her and said that she is basically on her feet 24hrs a day, the tech replied 'I sit for my job do you think my ass looks as bad as your toes" NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY BE GETTIN OUR SERVICE OR FRIENDS SEVICE.  I can not believe she insulted my mother so badly! My favorite nail salon by far!!! Just moved to the area and decided to give this place a try! I had Amy and she was so so so nice and did a GREAT job on my gel mani and pedi!! Got an eye brow wax too and it too was great! They massage your legs with hot stones which was such a relaxing bonus I wasn't used to...and I only got the standard pedicure!! The staff was absolutely wonderful with my daughter and made her feel so important for her first pedicure. They were all sweet and friendly and gave great pedicures!! This nail salon is very clean and client-centered. The staff is professional and hardworking and the prices are more than fair. I had a pedicure there and I had a very positive experience. The polish has lasted weeks with no chipping. I was a walk-in, but I had very little wait, even though the salon had a steady flow of customers. This new salon in EMR is wonderful. It's clean, the chairs are comfortable, the staff is professional and extremely friendly, and the prices are in line with other salons in the valley! I highly recommend this place, especially to the local residents who have been driving "down the hill" for this service.
