I went to them yesterday got a full set gel and I tipped my nail tech. Turned out I didn't like my nail color I gave it over night so I called back the next day and asked for a polish change, the owner told me 15 and not free but you can ask the tech if she would go lower. I am upset cause it wasn't even 24 hours later and she charged me full . I lost my respect and never going there again.
Not sending people there way. I spend 45 plus a tip all together like you could of helped me a little bit.

I will never come here again. 45 min wait, then got seated to only just sit there WITHOUT even soaking my feet!! Started running the water then told me it would be an extra $15 for gel on top of $15 just to even get painted, $30 total. Dried my feet and left!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Waited 45+ minutes and then watched as my friend got her pedicure before mine even got started. Then told my friend she could not sit by me while I got my pedicure. After my pedicure I waited another half hour for someone to do my nail art but I ended up leaving! Very unhappy with service and I won't go back.

The WORST JOB ever! My wife went in to get her eyebrows done and the lady that waxed them literally took most of her eybrow OFF!!! I am SOOO PISSED! NOT RECOMMENDED!

Waited 35 minutes for pedicure and once I was seated I had to wait again because the technician took a walk in for a wax. I dried my feet and walked out after 45 minutes of waiting. The walk in should have waited as I did you be seated.
Will never return again.

my name is TUAN NGUYEN ,i m the one working in this shop before,let me tell you something ,when you come to the nails shop to do pedicure ,on the basic regular ped will be done in 30 minutes, sepecial ped 1 hour,but the nailstech over here they did soo rush,it not qualify job,90% customer they are not comming back, dont wast your money and your time to come this shop !!!

I went to them yesterday got a full set gel and I tipped my nail tech.
