Friendly environment. As a cosmetologist I wasn't happy to see that the nail tools weren't cleaned & were put back in a container after it was used on me. Basically they arent washing & disinfecting the tools after each use. About 5 days later one of my fingers fully infected. This place doesn’t even deserve a star, good thing this place is in a nice area and it’s nice inside but other than that they don’t look like they sanitize there tools the guy that did my pedicure cleaned the tools with the water and put it back in his tool box, my nails looked all uneven I was so pissed I was like your sure as hell not doing my manicure, I’m going somewhere else they need professionals that know how to do a proper pedicure and manicure there nail jobs are ugly and so fake and ghetto looking! I would have given them more stars because I really like the place, but got my nails done a few times by different people but this last time they didn't even last a week. Cracked nails. Chipped nails. Broken nails. I work in an eye doctors office no reason my nails flub up so quick. But every one is nice, and its clean. Just stick to the lady tech's I guess. Read Less

This places doesn't deserve a star at all!!! Came in for a mani and pedi. The water was cold. I asked for warm water. The two older ladies and a young lady began speaking in another language rolling their eyes. I felt uncomfortable so I said never mind. The said I can do it. I had a lovely first time experience at Attractive salon last week. I was immediately greeted and brought back for my pedicure. Rachel did an excellent job. Thorough cuticle cleaning (main thing usually lacking), she listened to my requests, was super helpful and courteous as well. The atmosphere is relaxing and the salon is kept immaculately. They did an amazing job on my gel manicure for my wedding. They also did the flower girls nails and they were both so delighted with their nails. My gel nails lasted 3 weeks before I took them off because of growth. The price is very reasonable and the staff and owner were very friendly. Read Less

I LOVE this place. First of all all of the nail technicians are kind and helpful. They have a great rewards program too and you hardly ever see that. They have brand new chairs that are amazing. They will try to talk you in to things so beware. I love getting my nails done, but I always dread to have to listen to someone try to make me pay for more services or get my nails done a certain way. This is one of those places that do that. I've been here twice. I'll talk about both experiences. 1st: First time I went here I went with my best friend. We both got the most expensive pedicure on there and it included everything. It was really nice and relaxing. Then I got acrylic nails. They talked me into getting gel polish and I agreed because I didn't want to smear them or anything. The nails actually turned out perfect and I loved them! (They are the ones in the picture) The gel polish did seem kind of old. It looked gloopy going on, but once it was all on it looked great. My friend wasn't happy with hers. She got gel nails on her natural nails. She wanted a sparkly gold for prom. I guess they didn't put enough coats, because you could barely see it. 2nd: I went in there wanting the same shape as the first one with gel polish. I was told my nails were to small for that shape and that I should do square because that would look better. I really wanted the oval shape but he kept saying they would break and square would look nicer so I said ok let's just do square. I told him I wanted long nails and he said I should go shorter so I don't scratch my face on accident. And I wasn't being talked into that one. I wanted long. So he's putting the acrylic on and he's just putting on huge globs and making it really thick. In the end my nails just looked really fake and thick. They weren't terrible, they were alright. I still got compliments on them. They just weren't exactly what I wanted. They did take me in right away both times though. I never had to wait. The first visit they were very nice and took us in even though they were closing in almost an hour. It was for prom so that was generous. So, this place is decent. Not horrible, but not the absolute best. The prices are pretty good. Around $40 for acrylic with gel polish. But, I think I'll just keep looking for the perfect nail spot though. Read Less

Was told they could take 3 of us so we started soaking, then both the girls I was with got started on theirs and I was left sitting soaking for over 30 mins waiting for someone so by just shy of 40 mins I took my feet out of the tub and put my shoes on. The others looked to get nice pedicures but my day was ruined this is a once a couple year splurge and It was ruined. I will not be back. Read Less

I and my close friend came here a month ago, I think it's a pretty nail shop. I love it's decoration and relaxed music. It's also clean and most people there quite polite. But sometime when there are so many people come at the same time, you have to wait for your turn. One more good point is many beautiful nail designs available there. Read Less
