i went in to get my nails done today, and showed the man at the counter what i wanted, i sat down with another man that was doing my nails, and he actually measured my nails to see that they were all even and the same length which i really appreciate since the last place i went to didn’t do that. i didn’t even have to show him the picture to get what i wanted. i definitely recommend this place! So, I followed my nail tech from a different location. Amy has done my nails for years and I highly recommend her. She is meticulous and is able to do super fancy interesting one of a kind nails or something from a picture. If you are not sure, give her a color and let her come up with something fun. People complain about nail salons they go to, but it is not about the name on the door, it is about the nail tech. When you find someone good, that' who you go to regardless of location. I have been here a few times her name is Donna she did an amazing job. However, I went with a friend this morning for full sets. She gets the moon shape still (old style we know) the whole time he kept saying shes stuck in an attick for 10 years, she's stuck in the past, grow out of it, update your nails, etc. So I stepped in and said she's paying you isnt she? I left with acrylic and dust all over my hands because he was so messy as well as being incredibly rough. You are suppose to go in and come out feeling great, but that is hard to do when you have your nail person dogging you the whole hour you are in there.  Learn some customer service skills. I usually don't do reviews but I felt this was necessary. I came back to this salon after about 5 years thinking the place might be different with different technicians and maybe management, but no that wasn't the case. I had the worst pedicure ever. I paid for the $36.00 deluxe pedicure where you're supposed to get a 15 min message. OMG all this women did was rub my leg with one hand...no message whatsoever. I had to ask her to message my feet and again all she did was rub my feet. I also did a fill and they did it at the same time as the pedicure. It was very uncomfortable having to twist my body to the left for her to do my right hand. I should have known better coming back here to give them a second chance. Never again. My new favorite nail place! They are super nice here and you never have to wait too long even when it's packed. I recommend the gel - it last 2-3 weeks and sometimes longer depending! They have a ton of different options to choose from as well! Highly recommend. Read Less

This used to be my favorite nail place and the only place I'd go. I stopped going a couple years ago after I began to notice changes in quality and attitude. I decided to give it another try last week. My gel manicures usually last me several weeks (obviously grown out, but never chipped). This has been in 4 days. The end. Won't return. Read Less

I have been going to this place for a few years now. I haven't been able to treat myself for quite some time since having a baby. I went with my 5 year old daughter as a special treat. They were so rude to her! The lady who did her pedicure never bothered to ask me what I wanted done for her, didn't do the full pedicure, and talked on her phone the entire time she trimmed her nails. Before we left I asked if her nails were dry enough and was told yes. Her nails smudged immediately after we left. That was the last straw of the experience. I will never go back! Horrible. Absolutely terrible. Cut my finger. Left my acrylics un-set and tried to convince me that it was "normal" when the underneath of my nails looked like gum. Refunded my money but that doesn't make it right. Read Less

They are always busy. They try to keep the wait to a minimum and always do exactly what I need. I get gels and they never chip or peel. Best place! I don't know who wrote the bad reviews, but if you are grumpy with someone, you have to expect they will be grumpy back. Read Less

I go to Ricky every time. Does a great job. I'm pretty rough on my nails. Rarely do they chip, crack or fall off. I don't have to tell him what I need, he already knows. I've moved since I started going there but I still make the drive to Peoria and the cost just to get my nails done. Read Less
