They offer SNS dip, which is what I paid $40 for. My initial appointment the "manager" doing my nails was also helping every single client who walked in the door. My nails took double the time they should have. My cuticles were bleeding on the majority of my nails. I've had SNS done before at a different salon and was surprised when the last step was gel- but whatever. However, less than a week later, I am back at the salon because the gel top coat is peeling off. Same manager tries to fix the problem with another top coat of gel. I declined. She finally put the top coat of the SNS dip on and my nails do not look right. I do not feel that she was properly trained on applying the SNS dip. So disappointing. Read Less

I have been going here for a couple of years now. I walk in and have never had to wait long (it takes me longer just to pick out my nail color :-)). The service is excellent. I love the foot and leg massage that are done along with the pedi. The pedi lasts for weeks. Once I had knicked it getting into the car and they redid that toenail for me. Love this place. Incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! I walked and asked if she had time for pedicure, which she said she did (normally this means you get your service started within 5 minutes). She asked me to pick a color and then led me to a chair. There was no water in the tub while I waited, so I assumed that someone would be there soon. A new person walked in and they did the same for her, except they filled up her tub as soon as they sat her. Between the time I walked in to the time that I realized this happened, it had been 15 minutes. When I asked for a time estimate she said soon so I asked for an actual time and she said another 15 minutes. She was going to have me half an hour without my knowledge!!!! I'm not the type of person to complain but I've been going to Pro Nails By Tina once a month for 2 years. This time I got a full set coffin shape nails with Gel polish. When I came in for the service it was about 6 in the evening and I was the last person to leave the nail salon. I didn't notice till I got home that my nails were unevenly shaped and the polish was also uneven. I came in the next day and spoke to the owner Tina to get them fixed and she refused to fix them and was very rude about it. She told me that I have to pay for the service again to get them fixed. It was my first time here and they definitely won me over!!! I brought my sister in law in for her birthday for pedicures and they just were sooo incredibly nice !!!! Both Tracy and Lissa gave amazing pedicures and massages and their manager Tony was very accommodating and friendly.  We felt very spoiled and we're so happy with the attitude of the entire staff.  They could not have been more welcoming and I will be making the drive here for my future pedicures for sure !!!!!! Not a horrible experience but definitely not happy with the outcome. The people were very nice but my nails look crappy. The lady who did my pedicure was sweet but accidentally bumped my big toe and made it all smudgy and then she just put another coat on it and now it looks crappy. I went to get my nails done yesterday, both toes and fingers and had originally went somewhere else but was turned away due to too many appointments in there schedule so I went somewhere I had never been to before because I refuse to go to my other local nail salon because they have ripped my nail off in the past trying to hurry and take off my acrylic nails. This place was a breathe of fresh air with the plentiful staff and the kind and sensual environment! Too busy and not enough staff. Saw many people get skipped over for service or asked to do some self service. Always when getting a gel manicure the staff, including Tina herself, leave large areas of unpolished fingernails. When asking to get it fixed on one of the corners of my nails, instead of adding color and gel Tina decided for the quick fix and filed my nail down so now it is an unnatural shape. Read Less

I had a terrible experience at this salon. A man by the name of "Phuc" did my nails. First, he tried to take off my gel polish with his dirty long finger nail until I stopped him. Then he was being very inappropriate to a child when he thought I was not looking. He was blowing kisses to this little girl who was very uncomfortable. This is my go to Pedi/Mani spot. My mom and I go about once a month and sit together to chat. We have favorites but everyone there is great. It's a happy fun place. We go for the VIP and get a nice shoulder rub at the end of the pedicure which is the best part! They have punch cards so you can earn a free service too. Tina is airways there working her nail both while simultaneously taking appointments and directing employees. I love this because I can clearly see how dedicated and involved she is.Read Less

I don't even know what to say. I've been going here since April for acrylics which have been off and on good and bad. But today I went in just to get my acrylics removed and get a regular mani and I'm more than disappointed. Granted it was only $15 but this was just sad. There's glue all over my fingers. Some of my nails aren't even painted all the way. They're uneven and I could've easily painted my own fingers like this, which isn't saying much. I had her repaint them a second time because she was going to let me walk out the door with awkwardly shaped nails because she wanted to keep my nails long but the paint job is just as bad if not worse than the first time. This place is very unprofessional. The manicurists sit and talk to each other the entire time in Vietnamese. It's very obvious they were talking about me and my daughter. The salon does not appear to be very clean either. I don't like it when I ask for my nails to be shaped a certain way and the stylist doesn't listen. I don't like it when they refuse to file my nails evenly. Don't waste your time and money here. It feels like a sweat shop too. That Tony guy stands over the manicurists like a slave driver. Reeta did my pedicure and did such a great job. The pedicure massage was the best I've had so far and she did an excellent job painting my nails. I refuse to see anyone else and will follow her wherever she goes if she ever leaves she's that good! I was still getting a pedicure after they closed. Apparently you also get a shoulder massage when you purchase the deluxe pedicure. I didn't want to make everyone stay late so I offered to skip the massage so they could go home. They insisted I stay and said that they are in no rush to go home. I was so impressed that they wanted me to have a good first experience at their salon. I have been coming to this location for the last 4 years and today marks their 4 year anniversary! I just want to take a moment to give this nail salon a shout out because they absolutely deserve it! I went here twice, one for my senior prom with my friends, and other for my graduation with my grandmother. The first time, they were nice, but not that kind, to me when I was with my group of friends, they did a pretty good job with a decent price BUT when I chose the regular/basic acrylic nails, they kept on downgrading the fact how it's not going to look pretty and etc so that I can get the pink base acrylic(which is more expansive). I refused to get the pink base because I didn't want to spend more money than I already had for prom. I didn't feel good about that and for the rest of the treatment, she rarely talked to me. The second time was when I was done with this place. I went with my grandma for her birthday and my graduation and they weren't making any conversation with the both of us. I felt they were (honestly) a little racist, the other ladies were making conversations with their "white" client but mine and my grandmother's were mute the entire time (I'm not white by the way). My nail lady looked like she didn't even wanted to be there. To add on, she burned and scraped my cuticles and skin with a nail filer! Not one but three fingers, it hurt but I was going to get over it but she kept going and didn't even say sorry until I winced when she put this acid liquid to make the cut better which obviously didn't. They didn't offer a discount, free service, nothing! And at the checkout, I told the owner's husband, I assume, about what happened and even he didn't apologize! I was mad by then.I'm not going back as my experience was troublesome, bad, and painful.
