I went here twice, one for my senior prom with my friends, and other for my graduation with my grandmother. The first time, they were nice, but not that kind, to me when I was with my group of friends, they did a pretty good job with a decent price BUT when I chose the regular/basic acrylic nails, they kept on downgrading the fact how it's not going to look pretty and etc so that I can get the pink base acrylic(which is more expansive). I refused to get the pink base because I didn't want to spend more money than I already had for prom. I didn't feel good about that and for the rest of the treatment, she rarely talked to me. The second time was when I was done with this place. I went with my grandma for her birthday and my graduation and they weren't making any conversation with the both of us. I felt they were (honestly) a little racist, the other ladies were making conversations with their "white" client but mine and my grandmother's were mute the entire time (I'm not white by the way). My nail lady looked like she didn't even wanted to be there. To add on, she burned and scraped my cuticles and skin with a nail filer! Not one but three fingers, it hurt but I was going to get over it but she kept going and didn't even say sorry until I winced when she put this acid liquid to make the cut better which obviously didn't. They didn't offer a discount, free service, nothing! And at the checkout, I told the owner's husband, I assume, about what happened and even he didn't apologize! I was mad by then.I'm not going back as my experience was troublesome, bad, and painful. I'm not trying to bash this place, but I'm just giving an honest review about what happened and how I truly felt about it. Read Less
