Horrible experience!!!! The owner is so crazy and rude!!!! I've been going there for two years and always tipped very generously. They over charge first of all. I went in today for a basic gel manicure. First off the tech was on her phone the first five minutes having me just sit there. I thought no big deal. Then, she had an another appointment come in but I still wanted to continue working with just her. The owner told me that wasn't possible EVEN IF I WAITED. So the next tech completely screwed my nails up and knew it, so she put 10 layers of polish on them to try cover it up. I had an appointment to get to and everything took wayyyyy longer than normal so when she tried to put another coat on I told her I had to dry them and go. I told her I would come back later to have them fixed. Then she offered to remove them and I said please just do that. Then the owner said I'm the boss and you're not wasting your time removing those for her. She said if she doesn't want to pay for them, finish painting them and have her leave. COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF WHAT I WANTED! I asked to please have them removed and told her I would have no problem paying. She just kept saying no you don't want to pay you can go. I wish I would have read the reviews. I assumed it would be a great place given the location and nearby markets. I have to be extra careful given that I have hang nails. I asked before I sat down if they knew how to take out hangnails and she had tonwork on me 3 separate times and I think did didn't complete the hangnails. I have this new guy working on my pedi. He was rough and I think k he made my feet raw due to flexing has he was scrubbing my feet. I was trying to guide him and the manicurist but they don't speak English and it makes it difficult to communicate my needs. He was rough while filing and didn't know how to cut toenails, the main owner had to redo everything. The manicurist was also rough and had a whatever attitude. I'm not coming back!!!!! Read Less

She broke my nail while pulling out the polish (!!), asked the same question 3 times and was trying to do completely different thing. The stuff doesn't listen to customer because even after writing "Mani/Gel" in check-in paper and telling NO PEDI they wanted me to take for pedi. Read Less

MUST READ: Just no. I've never bled so much while getting a pedicure!!! She took a personal call while she was "massaging" my legs. Soooo overpriced for what I got. She stuck a super pointy object in between my toenail and skin and made it bleed a LOT. Not to mention that it really hurt. After everything, she was YANKING my leggings down my legs so much that they almost ripped. When I told her that I would handle it, she looked at me and continued to yank. So sad that I had a bad experience here.UPDATE: I now have an infection where she made me bleed. This is very painful. Thank you nail depot for wasting my time, money AND giving me an infection!!! So I'm sitting here getting a pedicure and it's the first time I've been here. Just had a fill on my nails. Diem did my nails and is now doing my pedicure. I have no clue what the bad reviews are all about. This place is not all frilly and Perfect. The reason I am on here is because I looked at the walls that were half painted so I wanted to see what people wrote. I've NEVER EVER been to a salon where they take their time. She spent an hour on my nails and has already spent 30 on my pedicure and she's just now doing the massage. My nails look AMAZING! She speaks good English. Has chatted with me about my children etc. I realllllllly like this place and will be back every two weeks. They say in life that looks are not everything. Well. This has got to be one of the most unorganized nail salons in town. I have been coming here for years and it has steadily declined, but safe to say I have made my last visit! I walked in with two others at 4 pm on Sunday (they close at 5) for acrylic fills. They were pretty busy and I asked what the wait time was. The owner told me no wait at all, she could start me now and start my mother and sister in 10 minutes. My mother and sister were a bit skeptical, because the place was packed and there were others who were seated and hadn't been helped yet. They decided to pass.I was seated and told I'd be helped immediately. 15 minutes go by and just as I was about to leave, a nail tech sits in front of me and apologizes for the wait. He began right away and I felt that I was in good hands. He was with me for a total of 10 minutes before a client walked in saying she has an appointment with him. He then tells me, hold on, the owner is going to finish you up. She'll be right out.The owner has me wait from 4:35 to 4:50 until she starts my nails. Mind you, she CONTINUES to tell others coming in the door, 10 minutes before closing, she can help them, and it'll be a 10 minute wait. There are people who had STILL not been helped yet and she was still taking more clients! I watched 3 women put their shoes back on after soaking for 20 minutes and huff out in frustration because they hadn't been helped after waiting for pedicures. The owner took 90 minutes for my fills. She left repeatedly, sliced my pinkie badly, which I told her, and she looked at me and poured alcohol right on it! Are you kidding me?! She rushed the entire process and I have uneven polish, bubbles from the gel on the acrylic, and the sides of my nails aren't painted. HANDS DOWN worst manicure I've ever had. I am usually a generous tipper, and this was my first time not tipping for a service, ever. Take it from me: DO NOT COME HERE FOR A QUALITY SERVICE. They overcharge and they try to accommodate too many people, without taking into consideration others who have been waiting. There are much better and more organized nail salons in the area. So far, I'm a huge fan.I've read some of these reviews and can agree with one thing. "The owner" can be aggressively friendly. I'm not for sure if the woman I encountered was the owner, but when I read "aggressively friendly" I thought "Yup. I know her."Now it's a little unfair to review a nail salon when you "don't like being touched" as one girl did. However, to be honest, pedicures tend to make me feel anxious. I've never been big on people cutting my nails or removing my calluses. Sharp objects used on me by strangers is not what I call relaxing. I have used a few places around the area and have decided to stick with this Nail Depot. They are always happy and helpful. They use a rough sponge - like tool to remove my calluses instead of that awful cheese grater thing. They time your massage, so you actually get a 15 minute massage and you never feel rushed.As for eyebrows, my friend has gotten hers done there and has never had a problem. I do my own eyebrows. I wouldn't trust anyone else, but my suggestion for that would be to stick with one place you know does a good job instead of jump around every time you need your eyebrows done. One word: mediocre. My mother, sister, and I made an appt for 10 am and the owner sat us right away, which was nice. The owner, whom I cannot recall the name of, was aggressively friendly if that makes sense? None the less, at this point I had high hopes. I go straight to the gel mani table because I cringe at the thought of getting a pedi (I hate my feet being touched). And my sister and mom go for the spa chairs. Kim was my nail technician. As she slides into the chair she starts asking me what color I would like without showing me a visual aid, like one of those color wheels with the nails on it, which struck me as odd but didn't necessarily bother me. She was very sweet but quiet. After awkwardly trying to make some conversation and receiving only a smile in return I sat in silence for the next 45 minutes. I believe the only thing she said after that was that she was going to cut my nails short to even them out, which I was fine with. By the time my gel had gone in the "oven" for the last time she whips out a timer out of NO WHERE. And says she'll be giving me a massage. Like I said earlier I don't like being touched, well by strangers. Now, I had assumed that she was going to do the typical hand massage, which i could prepare myself for. But she quickly jumped behind me and tied up my hair and started massaging my back and shoulders. I understand for some people this might be great but I felt extremely uncomfortable. Then she proceeds to force my hands into the gel oven for the entire 5 minute massage (not to mention the entire time she was doing my nails at least one of my hands was in there). Which I'm sure I received some stage of skin cancer from. I was quite happy when she said all done and shoed me off to go sit with the rest of my family. Tldr: I've had MUCH better manicure experiences before. Uncomfortable massages and too long in the gel oven death trap made me give 3 stars, the nail part alone was just okay. Read Less

Pedis are fine here not extraordinary just alright and that's the reason I give 2 stars. I also got a manicure and frankly it is by far the worst manicure I've ever gotten. The woman that was doing my manicure painted each nail and it was like a five year old had painted them. The polish was all over my fingers. Then she proceeded to dip a brush in acetone to remove excess polish on my fingers. I've never had that experience before and hope to never have it again. I do like that they put a new cover in the pedi thing where the water sits. Each new patron that walked in had a new one put it. Read Less
