I went here before a special event, I wanted to get a gel manicure, they kept persisting I try SNS. So finally I did agree to try it.
I got my nails done and went home and did my hair and makeup by the time I was going to my event that evening which was just a few hours later my nails were already flaking on the top.
I was upset, but there was nothing I could do because I had no time to change it or go anywhere or do anything.
The next day I went in and they did correct it and fix the top coating so that they did not flake anymore and it looked better but they did not offer any discount or return on the money I spent and it was too late I had already gone to my event which was the reason for getting my nails done

Sandy and Jimmy are the best! Sandy does powder on my nails and it lasts for weeks! My daughter loves Jimmy and all his nail art. Great place to enjoy a bit of down pampering time.

They're always so accommodating. I just love them plus, when I don't have a clue what color or design to get, they help with ideas. Like today's nails for example.

Sandy did an amazing job on my set. The time and work she put in was amazing and I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to all my friends and family!

First time was pleased but would have liked to have been pampered a bit more slowly I chose the Classic Pedicure and would have liked the hot stones rubbed down my legs a bit longer, the towels left on longer and a better massage it felt a bit rushed as I had just recovered from the flu but all in all it was a good experience at least my nails were allowed to dry before they put my sandals on 😊, pricing was comparable to other salon’s. Will definitely return, but will speak up and request a bit slower pedicure,😉

LOVE THIS PLACE, they have the best service and best prices. If you get acrylic nails they actually stay on very well.

I've been going here for over 3 years now! I absolutely love this place! Jim does my nails and I never have to tell him how I want them he already knows what I want..And he makes them look great and I've gone almost 2 months without a fill and they were in great condition! And i go to kim for my pedicures..she is absolutely amazing and such a sweet girl! Shes does a great job and not to mention love having conversations with her! 😊

LOVE boutique nails and spa!! Sandy is the best!! I couldn't recommend her and her salon enough!! She is just the sweetest and does an amazing job every time!!

I was a frequent customer(back fills every two weeks) and love the quality of the nails I get ( when done by the owner).... However when I have gone to other employees I am not satisfied with the qual...
I was a frequent customer(back fills every two weeks) and love the quality of the nails I get ( when done by the owner).... However when I have gone to other employees I am not satisfied with the quality of nails and the specifications that I make. My nails grow extremely fast and they don't ever push back my cuticles so I have to make sure before I go in to so so myself or I would be paying to come back every other week due to outgrowth. The major issue I have had with the salon is I will call in the afternoon just to verify their closing hours because they always seem to vary. I called today and verified they closed at 7 and would therefore show up at 6:15 my usual time. I walked to the door and it was locked and the owner popped his head out as I walked away and said you come back tomorrow. This is the third time this has happened. In fact once I showed up early at around 4:00 with my friend and asked what the wait time would be for both of us to get a chair and get started on our nails and needed to stick to a schedule because she was only visiting AZ for a few days. They said we both would be getting started in 15 min. My friend started getting her nails done 15 minutes later and after almost an hr of getting her nails done, they finally had a chair for me. Needless to say I declined their service and went to a different salon after her vacation was over. If you want your nails done and don't have any place to be welcome to boutique nails and spa, but if you have things planned that take precedence FORGET about going to this salon.
