this place was horrible. i went in for a full set and a pedicure. the pedicure was great, but she forgot to put on a top coat. the man who did my nails didn't push back my cuticles or clean my nails at all. he was extremely rushed and got nail polish all over my skin and didn't even bother to clean it up. he also filed off part of my gel polish on the top my my nail. overall. i would never go back. I came in for the first time to get a full set. I wasn't happy that they had moved me to two different people just to get that one service done. When the gentleman was painting my nails, he kept jumping from me to his next client that had just walked in. So the techs were really good, my hands and feet look great and I do like their prices. However, the girl who seemed to be running the show was really pushy and aggressive. I used to frequent this place a lot until I noticed a male nail tech go from rubbing lotion on one old lady's feet to doing my feet without sanitizing his tools or taking off his gloves. I have been going to Kim for years -- even before she was at this location.  She is phenomenal with manicures and pedicures.  When she was doing my gel manicures, I got compliments on my nails all of the time.  I wish she did acrylics but she doesn't -- however, others there do.  Her pedicures are awesome and she gives great massages (neck, shoulder, leg, etc.).  She always tries to accommodate my schedule because I can't normally book appointments too far in advance.   I can't say enough how awesome she is.  The place is clean.  Everyone is polite.  The prices are fair.  Go see Kim and tell her Tammy sent you! I asked her why she glued the false nails to my skin on all nails and just asked her why and then the sarcasm and rudeness started. I was just asking a simple question since I am from Seattle and have never had a nail salon tech glue anything to my skin. Also when she took my nails off it hurt cause she just ripped them off instead of soaking them. If someone who has been doing this for 14 years should know to use clean buffers! This place is not sanitary didn't appreciate the sarcasm! "Oh I've been doing this for longer than you have been alive" Excuse me? I am 27 years old not 14. Went here to give my daughter her first nail salon experience. I was looking for something open, and cheap (since she's young and I didn't want to spend too much on nails that would be ruined in a week anyway). Walked in excited, left disappointed. The nail technician didn't even finish her job- no top coat of clear polish. She just got up and started giving someone a pedicure. We waited for 15 minutes before we left. I was not blessed in life with beautiful strong nails. So when I went to get my nails done I just wanted something to keep my thin peeling nails hard and prevent me from biting them. I got right in to a seat, and was recommended the perfect solution!! The staff was knowledgeable about nails and put a powder that has vitamin e and other nutrients in it to help me keep and grow strong nails. Lindsey went beyond my expectations with my Nails, I was hesitant with getting rhinestones on my nails because I always have bad experiences with them always falling off a day later but Lindsey assured me they would not come off and there still on a week later !!and Kim is really good with applying fake toe nails and giving an amazing pedicure "French with glitter" is her speciality!!!!thanks girls when I come back I will for sure hit you guys up!!! Been coming here 2 years now & they have always done amazing!! Lindsey is great & so is the rest of the staff. Great spot to relax... Absolutely terrible service. I called yesterday to get a fill, was told the wait was 5 minutes, and when i got there I waited 40. Not only did I wait that long without being told how long someone would be with me, 2 girls who came in after me got to go before me because the techs apparently dont know how to do acrylic nails. After waiting almost an hour I just got up and left. I will never be back here and Ive advised all my friends to not try this salon out either. Read Less

Worst customer service... I went in for a fill I had one broken nail and a few that were chipped it says $14 for a fill she wanted to charge me $23 uhhh why bc you actually have to work and make my nails look how I want ??? Then some other lady comes over and try's to say I need a new set. no I don't... I do hair and my sister-in-law does my nails usually(I just moved to az sooo she can't do them for me anymore).. I was so annoyed I actually walked out and went across to the street to another nail shop had my nails done with no extra charge or pushing for a new set. Great place for a pedicure! I've been here 4 times and I plan on coming back for the foreseeable future. The place is clean, very friendly and they do a great job.  I've had a variety of nail techs work on my feet and never had an issue. My only critique is that their fish tank is in need of some TLC. Fish tank was cloudy and you could barely see the goldfish. I used to have a fish tank and understand how difficult it can be to maintain. If they can't maintain it on their own there are fish tank businesses that can help them. Read Less
