It was my first time going to them, I got a full set & I love it. The lady took her time on my nails and didn't rush considering she had to stay after they had already closed 30 minutes after 6 . I can't say that I have been to a lot of nail spa's but I liked this one the best.  I can only rate on the pedicure so I can't really say anything about the manicure but my wife and daughter have been repeat customers.My feet are not in the best shape so I am always embarrassed to use slippers or go barefoot in my own house.  But after the service, my ladies have told me how smooth they feel.  They really worked on removing the rough patches and also gave me a decent massage from knees down.  I also have to get my eye brows waxed from time to time so I requested to get that done too.  What I like about these ladies is that they also give me a massage around the forehead and orbital bones.  That extra touch helps.Like most nail spa's, they have about 4-5 nail stations and 6 massage chairs.  The technicians seem nice but I also don't speak Vietnamese but I am fine cause I am getting the service I am paying for.  From what my wife tells me, since she pays, they are good prices for manicures and pedicures. Terrible service! Terrible work! The nail tech did not file or shape my nails, when i asked her why she shaped them so poorly she replied, " It's how your nail is growing." I was mortified! So I asked the other nail tech to look at her work, extending my nails and he replied, "i would've done the same thing." I could not believe this, they gave me my money back including the tip i had given her initially. They told me not to come back as I was leaving the store. I want to make this clear, I was not argumentative nor did I expect my money back, all I wanted was my nails to be pretty. Nope nope nope ! Place is not good! The staff is not friendly to customers or each other! They lack products ( nail colors and supplies) and are apparently very cheap ! I can understand their language and overheard the owners rudely telling the lady that worked on my pedicure ( their employee) to use less products  on my $45 pedicure ( when she barely used any to begin with !!!) - the last straw was being told to repeatedly choose another color because the first 3 colors I wanted were almost out and couldn't be used ! Thought I'd try a place closer to home. What a mistake!! This was the WORST pedicure I've ever had! Lady cut my toe with the tool she was using to cut my toenails. Then she burned my foot with hot paraffin (even though the package I ordered did NOT include the paraffin). Then she charged me for the more expensive paraffin package!! I went here the other day for the first time. I needed a fill and I got gel polish on top. First off, when I got there the lady that was going to do my nails wasn't there yet, so I waited 45 minutes for her to show up. Then, she started she was using the filing tool they have and cut the underneath tip of my finger, deep. I can understand, that sometimes your hand slips or the machine does, I get it, but there was no common sense there. She was just not paying any attention at all and didn't have me wash my hands or anything after, just let my finger continue to bleed with no apology of any kind. Then when she finished my nails, she went to lotion my hands, but instead of getting up and getting the lotion from behind her, she just sprayed cuticle oil and alcohol all over my hands, do you know how bad it hurts to get alcohol sprayed on an open wound. Came here with my daughter because it was close to our house. Sat in the chair for 20 mins before our pedicure was started. The lady doing my daughter was SUPER slow. Toes looked bad! Then did gel manicure and she kept messing up. Will not be back. Go some where else! Read Less

I highly recommend this place and my nail tech Lily.  She did a phenomenal job with my manicure. She's very talented and listens to what I want done. I've only had two pro Mani done and the first one didn't really do that great of a job. QV is by my neighborhood so I decided to try it. I'm glad I did. I went there a couple weeks ago for a full set.  Showed a picture from Yelp, from their salon of what I wanted, got quoted $70, it looked like a lot of work so I thought it was a fair price.  Kevin did my nails, told me he'd do something nicer, I was a bit hesitant but decided to see what he did.  It was "cute", don't get me wrong but $70 worth of "cute" & what really bothered me is he knew how much I was quoted for the one job...didn't reduce the price at all...it wasn't have the detail....and I feel like he took advantage of me.On a positive note, I loved how thin he made my nails, but I won't be back. Under new management as of April 2014, this salon was bought by Lily (formerly of Obebe Nails) and she's amazing! I've been going to her for years for pedicures, full sets and even an occasional brow waxing. The spa is clean, the designs are great, the staff is friendly and I am always very happy with the results. Definitely worth trying again under this new management if you are in the area. Read Less
