First time here for a pedicure. The salon is VERY clean which is always my number one issue. My two complaints: the nail tech cross talked with a co-worker the entire time, during the massage portion which was annoying, and paid little attention to what she was doing. She gave a quick swipe of my calluses and heels and they still looked like trash when I left. I asked if she could redo them and maybe file them more and she said no she'd have to 'start all over again'. When they knew I wasn't happy they said it would be 5 dollars more to fix it- which I would have paid had they informed me of this upfront. I've never had a pedicure where my heels weren't worked on. This is what my feet looked like POST pedicure: no thanksUPDATE: as I was about to leave they brought me back, explaining they wanted me to be happy with my service and would fix it. The gentleman who worked on my feet went above and beyond and they look gorgeous. After initially giving this business 1 star based on the stellar cleanliness but poor service I'm now giving them a 5 based on the outstanding cleanliness of the facility, the staffs willingness to address and fix my concerns and the stellar pedicure I ended up with when all was said and done. WARNING .... BE PREPARRED FOR AN ARGUMENT IF YOU HAVE A GROUPON !!!!! I was excited to take my niece here for her 16th birthday and was excited to find a Groupon. I however was not prepared for the argument that came with it. I made an appointment and told them I had a new customer with me per the Groupon fine print. We arrived and BEFORE sevices started I told him I had a Groupon for her, he argued with me that fine print says I have to tell them when making the appointment and no weekends. Groupon fine print says new customer and to make an appointment BUT says nothing about telling then at time of appointment about the Groupon and NOTHING about no weekends. Very sad because services were good. After reading reviews I found that this is common practice for them. He did offer a discount at the end but I felt like this was only because I cancelled my manicure and said I wouldn't be returning. Read Less

DO NOT COME HERE! I’ll say it again, DO NOT come here. My friend and I had an appointment for pedi mani and instead of having a relaxing time with no kids we were rushed and overwhelmed. I asked for regular mani pedi package and they said okay. They ended up giving me the “luxury package” not what I asked for. Then, the girl did a HORRIBLE job on my polish for my hands.. they didn’t cover the entire nail with top coat and my nails in it up looking dingy. To top it all off they are just rude. Pros: Nice atmosphere, easy to find, massage chairs, Food Network on TVCons: 1pm appt, didn't get waited on until 1:20. Staff talks and laughs with each other often. Pedicure appt. took almost 2 hours.I only leave a negative review when it is warranted. Received a gift card to this salon. Decided on the Spoil Yourself pedicure. The start of the pedicure was OK. Nice foot bath, pampering of the feet and all but when the lady started to trim my nails she was a bit rough especially with filing, which she didn't do much of, but what she did do was not very precise. She then proceeded to trim my cuticles and she used her own finger nails to do some of the shaping. Very weird! The parafin wax and leg rub with stone massage and sugar rub were great but once she started to apply the polish, she did not use the spacer which she should have since I don't have long thin toes. Again, she used her own finger nail to remove any excess polish that went off my nails. It's really an odd thing to experience. She offered to do a flower design for $5 extra and since my friend had gotten one, I said yes as well. After I picked out the small gem she was going to put in the center she started the flower and when she was about to put the gem on she spilled half of the container of gems all over the towel my feet were on. Instead of picking the towel up and putting it to the side, she decided to pick, flick and try to pull all of the gems off the towel and put them back onto the small container. What a WASTE OF MY TIME! I mean seriously, what RUDE customer service!The worst part of this whole visit is that the staff talked and snickered to each other as my friend and I received our pedicures next to each other. I felt like we were in that 'Seinfeld' episode where Elaine thinks her salon is talking bad about her and she has George's father come and translate and finds out they are. Very satisfied with my experience here today. I am new to the area and was wanting to get my nails done first thing this morning. I called around to a couple salons to see if there were any last minute openings and Q polish was the first to answer. There were 2 technicians available right away plus I got an additional percentage off for being a first time customer! Every one was polite enough- no small talk really made but that's okay. I was in and out in about and hour and my nails look pretty good. I received a Gel manicure with a really good massage and hot stone pedicure all for 41$ One of my toes skin was clipped and it bleed a little but it's not a big deal. It had been awhile since my last pedicure. There were a couple bubbles and excess nail polish on my nails but all in all not too shabby. I'm reasonable and I don't expect a super perfect job done when it comes to nail polish application. And for 40$ you can't go wrong. I'll be back! Read Less

Visited Qpolish during a family visit to AZ. The salon is very clean and pleasantly appointed. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Prices are fair. I needed my existing gel polish removed and was very happily surprised when they took the time to properly soak it off my fingernails instead of scraping it off. I usually remove my own gel polish at home, after having my nails destroyed from my local salons rushing and scraping. I received a thorough and leisurely mani pedi with sugar scrub, callus removal, massage, and paraffin. I left feeling relaxed and pampered, with my fingers and toes looking great. OMG! I am a pedicure regular and I would venture to say that I've seen it all... until I came here!My sister brought me here while I was visiting from out of town! I got a pedicure and manicure for $80 and am thoroughly pleased and amazed! The only reason my total was a little high is because I got gel French. The pedicure was the best pedicure I've ever experienced and at a very reasonable price. They use paraffin wax to soften your feet and then they rub a sugar scrub on your legs with a grapefruit slice! It feels incredible.  Couple all of that with a super friendly staff, you've got yourself a top notch spa. I can't wait to visit Gilbert again and make a special trip here. Read Less

Took my 7 year old with me for a mani and pedi. They had 2 cute kids chairs for pedicures. This is the first place that actually gave my daughter a real manicure and pedicure rather than just painting her nails. The massage was actually good and the gentleman doing my service took his time. They offered us water which was nice as well.Prior to going I called ahead to make sure they had availability and the owner (I assume) was nice and courteous over the phone. Salon and chairs were also clean. They use liners in their tubs to change between clients. Definitely a plus since those tubs creep me out. I would definitely go back for a pedicure here to enjoy a good massage again. Was charged $84 for 2 pedicures, 1 manicure and 1 gel manicure. My daughter also got flowers and a little jewel on her toes. So not too bad on the price. Read Less

This is the only place I go to get my nails done. I'm always impressed by the quality and prices of manis and pedis, but the staff members are what really make this place special.
