Initially i loved this place! They’re quality is still amazing but as of today i don’t think I’ll be coming back. I made an appointment and i am still in my seat going on an hour past when i scheduled my appointment waiting to get a pedicure. I understand they are busy, however is is disrespectful to take walk ins before someone who made an appointment, and keep them waiting for an hour. If they are so busy they should have turned away the walk ins or let me know that they couldn’t do mine anymore at this time.this has now effect my plans for the day. Beyond disappointed, especially due to when I’m a walk in and they never tend to me first as appropriate, then when i made an appointment I’m not tended to at all. UPDATE: they finally did my pedi but didn���t even do all that comes with it like i paid for including the wax. They took $5 off for the wait but i still will not be coming back after this. Today I decided to get my nails done randomly but also did not want to go with the usual acrylic nails, because they destroy males and I don’t like the way that my nails look and feel afterwards. So I started looking into other options and I came across something called SNS dip on natural nails! After doing a little reading about it, I decided I had to try it! So I looked up salons in Mesa that offer this service; I only found two!! So then I started thinking.. that this was going to be really expensive.. So I called the salon and I asked how much it would be to get this service done; the SNS dip on natural nails. Only$35! Not bad at all if you think about it usually it’s around $25-$30 to get acrylic nails, this is supposed to be better for your nails, help strengthen them so they can grow without breaking like mine do, and I love that I can say this is my natural nail (polished manicured obviously lol). Anyway I went here and I got a pedicure with A hot stone massage, callus removal, and a paraffin wax peel, and I also got a design each big toe. Then I got my manicure with the SNS dip on my nails. Honestly I only paid a few dollars more than I usually pay at other salons. However I had a much better experience here the staff was very friendly, as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by them smiling and asking how they can help me I had someone bring the water up to me and got me right into a chair after I picked up my color and told them what I wanted. They did amazing jobs they were quick But not the type a quick where you feel like you’re being pushed out of their chair, they are quick as in how they take care of you and make sure that you’re getting what you want and they are very fair about it. I was super happy about my entire experience, everyone (including the guests) very accommodating and nice and friendly and professional. I definitely recommend if you are looking for something that is better and healthier for your nails, fair prices, and a great professional team to help you achieve this, then this is your place to check out! Best and most relaxing pedicure ever last night. I could have slept in the chair. Ha ha. Sorry I don't remember the mans name. Cost more than I usually spend but worth every penny. Think I found my new salon. Everyone is very nice and take their time. Very clean shop and relaxing atmosphere. The organic gel manicure really lasts and I am hard on my nails. There is nothing hanging up in the shop showing prices so you need to look at the pamplet when they sit you down. I take a long time picking out my color and this shop doesnt rush you like others. I got the SNS which is my favorite and they did a great job! I've had bad experiences with dip in the past but there are no un even spots or anything. I didn't get tips but I saw another girls and they looked good. I got a basic pedicure as well and it turned out to be $55. Great price, bring cash they have a 5% discount for people who use cash. Horrible service.  Got my nails done there, not organic.  Lady was scary with the nail tools.  She really hurt me by drilling too deep in my nail bed. I requested white tips and she dug so far in that it's apparent that they were sanded them down way too much!!!  Looks awful and my nails hurt for three days.  Never going back! Read Less

I just relocated to AZ and have been here several times since I moved and each time has been a pleasure no matter who I go to!! I love when I am able to get my nails done and can watch TV the whole time without hawking over the nail tech to make sure they do everything right! Horrible customer service, it was my first time being there and I went to get a simple fill. The guy finished putting the acrylic on my nails, and then got up (didn't say anything to me) and left to go pick up his son. A different lady came to inform me he would be back in 15 minutes! I went here for the first time to try out the SNS manicure for the first time and let's just say that I have found a new addiction. When I first walked in I was greeted right away and taken to a table right away. They have so many SNS colors to choose from and they were patient while I looked at all of them. I'm not sure why this place has such good reviews. I had my nails done recently and they did a terrible job. Only one coat for gel and the French manicure looks sloppy and unevenly painted. Plus they are pushing you to do the new SNS ( can't remember the name of it) style. The lady wouldn't stop asking me she kept insisting that I get it done and politely informed her that I only do gel since I like the way it comes out. My sisters wedding is in two days and and my nails are horribly shaped and look sloppy. Very disappointed for this over priced nail salon. Read Less

Fabulous way to make you feel pampered! Give them a try!I came in exhausted, stressed, and didn't think I had enough time to get a manicure and a pedicure so I picked my color, and waited to get only my manicure done... I mentioned that the music was off, & as soon as the owner started my manicure she noticed my overwhelming stress, right way, she got me a bottle of water, sat me in one of those over sized massage chairs, which worked wonders, got someone else to do my pedicure WHILE SHE DID MY MANICURE so we can all be done faster, and boom, perfectly done nails! She was super meticulous on her approach to the job, checking my cuticles twice and three times. My hands looked beautiful, and so did my toes!  I ended up relaxed, HAPPY, and feeling grateful! Their massage is even better than the nail care! Wow! Who else can say they have been pampered in an hour's worth? This place rocks! All I can say is amazing. They never disappoint with the quality of service they give. I get the SNS and it's great. It's allowed my nails to grow out and be strong with out breaking. Everyone is friendly and they have SOOOO MAMY COLORS TO CHOOSE FROM. They can do ombré, chrome, cat eye, tiger eye, you name it they can do it. So incredibly happy. Horrible! Do NOT waste your time! You will be here FOREVER!!!!! Their hot water didn't work so I didn't put my feet in the spa basin and they kept bringing hot water in tubs and it was still cold! I was so over it I told her just paint my toes. My fingers look like total crap. The pregnant lady next to me had her fingers wrapped for seriously 30 minutes until she got fed up and walked out because they kept telling her 5 minutes, you wait 5 minutes.... when she was checking out they tried to charge her for a gel manicure when all they did was wrap her fingers and she took it off herself. they are horrible. Absolutely Worst nail place. Tonight I went to get my nails done and while I was getting my nails done the little boy with no respect way so ever (no one would give me his name but he had spiked hair and ears pierced) began on my kids accusing them of stealing, what was my polish. Then when I went to pay I was talking to one of the ladies about pricing same guy began (and I am not exaggerating) screaming at me and my son about payment. I asked him to be quiet but he refused, screaming and cursing at me and my son. My sister in law and I came here for a relaxing day. I specifically wanted to come here because I just assumed they'd use an organic acrylic powder. When I said I wanted a full set and asked what acrylic they used no one could answer me so I decided to just do a regular manicure along with a pedicure. The woman who did both my mani/pedi was not loving life on this day. She rushed through looking miserable, pushing and pulling my limbs and then burnt me with the hot stones. No sorry or are you ok, just an eye roll and some water on the rocks. There was nothing enjoyable for me or my sister in law who asked for gel but instead was given regular polish. Came here for the firs time today with my mom and it won't be the last! Very friendly staff, as well as professional. It is one of the rare nail salons that does SNS Gel, the price is very reasonable ($40 if you do the cuticles as well) that SNS gel stays on forever! I love this place! It's very clean and nice. They use liners when you get a pedicure so its very sanitary. They use quality products as well. The nail technician was very sweet and nice. They offered me water and kept asking if I needed anything. I got the SNS nails which I love!! They had TONS of colors for sns and TONS of nail polishes to choose from. Pricing was fair. I paid 35$ for a full set of SNS and 20$ for a basic pedi. SNS are the dip power nails so no uv light, no harsh chemicals, no having to wait for them to dry, and no chipping!
