Came in today for the first time last minute since I was in the area and was impressed. Pedicure was basic. Nothing to brag about. But nothing to complain about either. I got a fill with gel polish. At first the girl seemed to work super fast and I was concerned. She was busy helping me and someone else at the same time. I was surprised to see it was a full house so early (10:30) on a Friday. But the made it work. Another guy had to step in to finish my nails so they aren't all the same rounded shape I wanted. I mentioned one being drastically pointy and he brushed it off so that kinda bugged me a bit. But is it wrong to want all my nails the same shape?? Lol. Overall. Everything was good. Katie and Nora are seriously the BEST I've gone to so many nail salons around the area and have been burned and got jacked up jobs and they do so good!! No matter how many times I have broken a nail (because of my job it happens sometimes) they will fix it immidiatly and not even charge me! Love them!! Read Less

I had gone here a long time ago and they messed up the color. Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and go back so I did. Well should have stayed away. The salon name is ombré so you would think they specialize in that  NOPE !! I had made an appt bc I wanted to be in and out. 2 hrs later, a set taken off , the wrong color and her telling me she can't do the ombré I want i about had it !!!! Then she wants to charge me 50 bucks for a color ? I know all nail places can be some what pricey but after everything I had to go thru you would think there would be some customer service !!! Stopped in for an eyebrow wax today. They said it would be a 30 minute wait. I sat down and a gentleman brought me a water. I waited maybe 15 minutes. The lady did a great job on my brows. Very cute quiet place. We were walk ins but they easily accommodated us for two pedicures. Great hot stone massage and they really took the time to get the nail perfect.After the pedicure they let us know there was no rush to leave and we could sit a moment to let our nails completely dry. If you're used to someone who takes excellent care of your nqils and is detail oriented... DO NOT go to this place. I went here after I lost the lady I was going to at another place... I went here because of the reviews. My nails are sloppy. The gel is streaky. Were not personable at all. If you're just wanting a quick mani/pedi and excellence is not your goal then this is your place. Otherwise, it's just another chop shop with high turn over. Read Less

I wish I could give a better rating, but my experience was just OK. A young man about my age tended to my pedicure while a younger girl started on my manicure. The man did a great job scrubbing my feet and the polish looked very neat. For an express pedicure, I was happy with the outcome and honestly I was surprised that I even got to soak my feet with just the minimum they do for your feet to begin with. The girl trimmed my cuticles while my pedicure was finishing up then I moved to a table for her to start on my fingers. She didn't quite understand what I asked for which was an ombre design with teal and white polish. She had to ask the same guy that worked on my feet what do to. I thought it was odd because the name of the salon IS "ombre" so this kind of design wouldn't be out of the norm? Anyway, I just settled for all glitter on top of a teal polish to simplify whatever confusion she had. Majority of my fingers were done well except for two. After she was done she left and I'm not sure where she was because even though the salon started to get busy I didn't see her. I washed my hands and when I sat back down to examine my hands further the young man asked if everything was ok. I told him about my two fingers and he immediately fixed them since they weren't very smooth. They looked much better after that. He was the nicest one out of the few people I had interaction with. Even this other lady who did my transaction was short and didn't even make eye-contact saying good-bye as she swiftly ripped my receipt from the register and walked back to another customer. I didn't notice until I left but the length of my thumb nails weren't even and I don't even think the girl trimmed my nails. The lady who took care of me was so friendly and gentle when doing my nails. She took her time throughout the whole service and even talked about what it was going to be for French gel manicure. So many nail salons will just charge you but never tell you. I loved her honesty! The place was very clean and they played great music too! I will definitely be back!! Read Less

My daughter and I got our nails painted (not gel just regular). Hers didn't even last 3 hours before the paint was flaking off. My paint was flaking off in less than 24 hours. I did not do any dishes or cleaning during this time either. When I paint our nails at home it lasts much longer than this. Very disappointed. Read Less

Cute salon! Very clean and chic. Tons of colors to choose from which I love! The staff is all attentive and friendly. Katie did my nails she's great, very friendly! I got a gel manicure here while I was visiting Gilbert from California. This is by far the longest a gel manicure has ever lasted. Over a week later and my nails are still flawless. I'm officially wishing this place was closer to me because I want to make it my regular salon! Read Less

First time here and had a deluxe gel manicure. I have been looking for a place with an upgraded gel manicure besides an upgraded regular manicure plus an extra $20 for gel. Price was very reasonable and service was excellent. Joe did my manicure and I would highly recommend him. This place has tons of gel colors, more than I have seen anyplace else. I may not get the deluxe gel manicure all the time, except if my hands need a little tlc, but definitely will be back for a regular gel manicure. Read Less

So, I have been looking for a good nail salon since moving back to this area. I've probably been to about 7 different places and finally stumbled upon this one. I saw it had 5 stars, and had to try it out. Nora (I believe that was her name) started on my nails and was super sweet. Her sister ended up doing my nails because Nora had to leave. Her sister was great!! I'm super particular on the shape of my nails and she kept asking if it looked okay. They have a great selection of matching gel polish to regular polish, which is HUGE for me because not a lot of nail salons do that and I like my nails matching my toe nails. Quick, clean, close to my work.  I came by for a quick, no frills pedicure, and they did a great job.  It is on the smaller side, but I showed up as a walk-in and they were able to accommodate  me with not much of a wait.My only issue was that the tech who did my pedicure was a bit too thorough cleaning under my nails, and my toe was a bit sore the next day.  I probably should have said something at the time, but I thought oh, no big deal.  Next time I will speak up!  For the price and the convenience, I would definately go back again for a pedicure! I paid for a gel manicure and in 3 days it was already coming off around the edges. I didn't even get the manicure I asked for. Customer service was poor. It seemed to be an inconvience that I wanted gel manicure and pedicure. As for pedicure there was a flaw on one nail which I noticed her to keep looking at. Instead of fixing it She left it. First time going here and second time ever getting a pedicure. I did not have an appointment but they saw me quickly anyhow. An older man did my pedicure, I found him to be too aggressive to the point where it really wasn't enjoyable. He was rough when massaging my legs and rough when using the pumice stone. Also I was disturbed that none of their tools were wrapped in sterile packaging. It was just in a cup...who knows if those are disinfected properly. But fingers c.f. crossed i don't get a wart.
