I drove from down town Mesa to their location which is not close at all I got there 20 minutes prior to their closing time and after I signed in and sat down for 5 minutes they told me they could not see me because they were about to close. They asked me if I could return the following day if i would of been able to do that I wouldn’t of gone today I would of just gone when I had time but I am leaving out of town tomorrow right after work anyway point is I got there 20 minutes prior to closing they still could have taken me in But they didn’t! Came to this location yesterday, 5/7/18 for both a pedicure and a manicure. Overall, the experience was okay and the lady who did my manicure was super polite and did a wonderful job. The reason why I gave this place a 2 star rating is because the guy who did my pedicure, used the cuticle tool to clip my pinky toe nail on the end, in a vertical manner. He then continued to yank the nail off of my left pinky toe, when it was still attached, thus causing extreme pain and causing my toe to bleed. When giving him permission to clip my nails, i thought it'd be from the top of the nail.. instead he took off the side of my nail :(. I normally don't write bad reviews, but I have never had this happen to me before and i left stressed, upset and in pain. As of today, I am still in pain.. For the guy who did my pedicure, please ask him to go more gentle on client's cuticles; he's very aggressive and needs to be cautious. Read Less

Been here multiple times. Normally everything is ok well this time not so much. I requested a full set with gel polish. Michelle who already had somewhat of an attitude since it was busy didn’t fully listen to what I said. She filed my nails and then started to do a normal gel manicure. I told her I want a full set and she looked at me in shock like she didn’t know, then goes to blame me for the mistake. I then told her no i said I wanted a full set, then she rudely says that is not what you said you said you want short nail. I finally told her I’ll be going somewhere else to for my nails. One of the workers kids was sick and she kept going back to him while doing my nails  and she would cough to unto her hands and not wash them before coming back to me and massaging my hands after my manicure. I am now sick with the flu. That was my only contact with a sick person also my nails were not done properly. They were bubbly AND whenever the pillow on my legs would move the gel light equipment she would get mad at me, shake her head and start speaking in her language. The owner always remembers my name, which is incredible and makes you feel special even when I'm not a consistent regular. I've received many pedicures there and Ben gives the best foot massages! I received my first manicure there today which was quick and efficient and less expensive than I have been charged at other places in the past! I also feel like the technician took note that I was just relaxing and not feeling very chatty and it seems she respected that and let me just enjoy the treat of the manicure. Read Less

I am very disappointed with this place. I have been going here monthly since June or July 2017 and I loved it ever since. The prices were so fair and they were nice. However, my previous two experiences were horrendous and it honestly broke my heart because it is so hard to find a good salon. They got a new nail tech a while ago and I have never had a worse nail tech in my life. I took my whole family here for pedicures and unfortunately my mom got this nail tech who was extremely rough with her, was cutting her toes over and over and she repeatedly said "ouch!" And he never flinched or said sorry. I've had him myself this last time and I was getting a new full set, he was popping the old set off with his NAIL and I was flinching constantly saying "this hurts really bad". He never said anything back to me and continued to pop them off my nails. Other GOOD nail techs are supposed to sand them down and soak them off... they should never be POPPED OFF with a NAIL TECH'SNAIL.His hands were extremely sweaty and he was flat out rude. The salon then flipped the prices on me at the register. I didn't get a design, normally a gel full set cost me $32. They charged me $39 for a gel full set and then the person at the register told me my gel set was more expensive than if I got a full set of dip powder. I've never heard any salon charging more for GEL than DIP POWDER?! Needless to say, I'm disappointed that this salon didn't care for the $100s I spent at their salon over the year and that they are ok with having a careless tech hurting customers. Ben is my favorite person at the salon and I will only be going back for him to do my pedicures. Unfortunately the salon seems to not care about loyalty and comfort of their customers. I have been here probably 5 or 6 times in the last year. I have always been impressed! Today I had my powder dip redone. I had it done two weeks ago at another salon and it was AWFUL. I had been patiently waiting to get my nails redone by Michelle and I finally got to go today. First, Michelle is FAST. She does not miss a beat and has this process DOWN. She is a master of her craft. She finished my nails in 50 minutes and they are FLAWLESS. This is one of the best manicures I have ever had. I am pretty picky about my nails and Michelle has impressed me multiple times. My mom came with me for the first time tonight and she was also very impressed with this place. She agreed that even though it was a 20 minute drive, we should always come here for the quality of the work. Read Less

UPDATE:The owner of the salon reached out to me. She is VERY kind. I never wrote this review with the intention of receiving free services. I spent nearly $70 and wasn't satisfied with the service received. The owner offered for me to come back in and have the services redone. She is going above and beyond to rectify the situation. I am impressed and will give the salon another opportunity to do my nails. I have been highly satisfied with the customer service since day 1! The people who work there are very nice. However, I am extremely disappointed in the manicure and pedicure I received. Mediocre at best. I'm not sure if they were rushed or if it's just poor quality, but for $55 before tip, I feel I should have received better standards. I'm not sure why all the rave reviews. Location was bought out, now I refuse to go back, even thou it looks nicer. It cost a lot more, they push you to upgrade every second you're there and when you ask for something, they talk their way out of the extra work. I went in for a new set, my nail tech had 3 ladies come up to tell me mine were fine .. I got tired of arguing and she already started so I just got a fill.. They cracked in 3 days. Asked for a nail color change of my feet, they acted like they didn't understand and kept saying I needed a pedicure and left paying 3more for unnecessary services. I am not a aggressive person but wish that day, it came out cause they know how to push their quotas and sales. Tammy is my favorite! She does the best designs! Every time I bring in photos, she can copy them with no problem! I get so many compliments on my nails especially when I am on Disney cruises. People think that I had them done on the ship. There is no way that anybody is as good as her. She is also a perfectionist. I absolutely love her!Read Less
