I just went and got a $50.00 pedicure here this week, which for starters was EXTRMELY over priced. The lady who worked on my feet was way too rough, so rough that she knicked something under the nail and I now have a very painful in my big toe that I have to go see a podiatrist for. I do the "Dipping nails" and it lasts soooo much longer than reg acrylics!  I'm not attached to one nail tech here because the girls are all pleasant and all seem to do an excellent job. I call ahead and haven't had to wait to get in. If I get both toes and nails done sometimes they have 2 techs working on me at the same time so I can out the door faster. I like this place because of Sophie she does excellent nails. The only thing that I don't like about the nail place is that they need to update their products! I usually get the SNS (powder nail dip) but they do not have much of a color  selection. They need to update their color selection and also the brand. I have checked out other nail salons in the same area and they have a much better  selection of colors and product. I still continue going only because of Sophie. I've been overcharged 3 different times but kept giving them another try because I thought maybe there was a language barrier. This was the last time. I came in wanting a dip fill and a pedicure. I had only tried the dip 2 other times and I had tips on. My nails were wrapped in foil and a solution and the nails dissolved. I get that it was a mistake and no one ever said to tell the next nail tech I had tips on when I went to get a fill. They agreed to put on a new set for me and just charge me for the fill. Because it was close to closing time the guy did a rush job on my nails and when I went to check out the price didn't seem right and I asked what I was being charged for. I just paid and left because I had already been there a long time. When I got home I noticed my nails were super think, there were bubbles in my polish and the clear coat was missing on a few ends of my nails. I went in the next morning to get them fixed and I received no apology only that if I get my nails thinner and they break I'd have to pay. I stated we wouldn't be in this situation if my nails were not dissolved the night before and he asked why are you blaming her? (meaning the woman who wrapped my nails for too long). I explained that this is taking up a lot of my time to have to get another set put back on and then the job not done right and I have to come back to get it fixed. I have never in 18 years of getting my nails done ever had to go back to get them fixed because of a poorly done job. Would not recommend. They do not treat their clients nicely. Everything is overly expensive as well. I made an appointment and they took me right away and started soaking my feet. i had told them i only had 1 hour to be in and out because of my lunch break. they had me wait 30 minutes soaking my feet even though i had an appointment. finally when they started i had to opt out of the massage and callus remover all I had time was to get my toes painted and run out the door. I decided to give them 1 more chance to redo my gel manicure. i went in and the guy that works there started. she was filing fast and hurting me then had someone else take over then she started filing in another direction. my nails had just started growing and they filed them completely down did not care. it was a rude pass off. he just pointed at me and told me to move to her table. the manicure cost me $27 for the worst one i have ever had, will not go back Read Less

Brought my two daughters, myself and my wife 20 minutes before close.  They took us all in with no complaints and worked on us until 50 minutes after close.  The ladies were great with the kids and the quality of work was terrific. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Read Less

Absolute terrible first impression! I came in to simply get my gel nail color changed... the women who took care of me was not friendly at all... i had to ask her to correct things because I was going from black to pink and and she got pissy and talked obviously about me in her language to another associate. I still have pieces of black gel showing thru the pink. They overcharged me for mediocre work... there is not a sign nor brochure for pricing... I asked the guy why my service was so expensive and he replied that he didnt know... he was also confused and started talking to another and didnt want to be involved so he walked away. another person next to me was told 35 and then the lady made him change it to 45... basically anything goes in this place and at the very least they arent even friendly. I used to go to Nail Club off and on, but have become a regular. I have been going there consistently with my mom for over a year now. We always ask for Sophia and Nikki. My mom is elderly with a walker; she has problems with her knees and very thin skin. Nikki is GREAT with my mom - very patient and kind. All of the staff is so friendly and helpful with my mom. I appreciate how they remember people and the things you've told them. Sophia does an amazing job on my nails - I constantly get compliments. Most of the time I ask her to do what she thinks will look good with the dipping powder and they look great and last. I am very impressed with this place and have always had a good experience. RUN IF YOU CAN!!! This is a nightmare place and should not be in business. Customer service SUCKS Sanitation is zero. The plastic liners on the pedi tubs DO NOT GET changed between clients. Placed smelled like cooked fish Please read in its entirety and skip the 5 stars. I bet you they are paid reviews. Everyone is pissed off here and upset. They talk bad about costumers and didn't not expect a person that does no look Vietnamese to understand. I wish I could record what some of these rude ladies where talking about. Worse gossip about clients. I was short on time so I decided not to drive to my nail place since I needed to head back to work. From the moment I enter I wrote my name and requested a pedicure and gel manicure. I did not notice their limited and poor basic selection of colors and brands. Gel manicure is only a somewhat type of open book two pages option. I requested simultaneous service due to the short time, and I was told I would get it. Within a minute the place got busy and they said they couldn't do it anymore. In the meantime my fingernails were soaking in acetone for my entire pedicure time. I was told over and over that I wanted the powder. I told them I did not like SNS powder. They kept pushing to up-sell me but they couldn't. The lady said her name was Mimi. I said I don't like SNS. She kept asking why and I needed to try there. I said I do not like it, it is thick and hate the end product. Have you tried it here? I can do thin. I ended up having to be more blunt and strictly stocked to my NO THANK YOU. Gel manicure, please. The lady proceeded to give me a simple and stupid pedicure for $30 plus callus remover. Check the pictures and tell me if this looks like a $35 plus tip pedicure. I don't mind paying more for a decent service but this is not even half way there. After I got a mediocre massage they did my toes. I never saw a single coat of shine on top of my color. Nothing. Again lame I went to get my nails done and they are all different shape!!! THEY DONT EVEN freaking match people. Wth. I asked them to clean my finger nails since my nails can grow in double. The tech said "that's skin, we don't do that you bleed"The worse is when I was getting a pedicure the lady next to me asked for no soaking on her legs. She wanted a mini pedi due to getting varicose gain surgery and her surgeon said not to soak. She had super tight compressive garments and said please do not roll. The tech didn't even understand her English. She could've kill this lady and soaked her toes. I spoke for the lady and finally the poor lady took her toes out. The tech was cutting her circulation and could've given this lady a stroke. She clearly asked for only her toes. Please dear owner, get this people trained. Stop the up selling. They are all rude and they look mad and constipated. Stop the whole Vietnamese gossip about the clients. Enough. Highly recommend! This is the second time my husband and I have gone here for mani/pedi's. Both times they did a great job! The last time Nikki did my manicure and pedicure...they look great and lasted a long time! She also waxed my eyebrows which I am super picky about and she did an awesome job! This was the worst fill experience from having acrylic nails over 25 years. With the quality of work they provide I do not understand how they are still in business. See photo, you should not be able to see where the fill was needed. This is a perfect example of poor quality of work. I do not see how some people have 4 and 5 star ratings but if you have low expectations then this is the place for you. Read Less

I was nervous to go here because of the reviews and thought i would leave with cut up nails. It was the only place open on a holiday and I needed a pedicure and manicure for vacation. Pedicure was good, not my best ever but good enough. Their massage chairs are horrible though, better just to keep it off. They talked me in to the organic dip instead of gel and I went for it. My nails actually turned out really nice and the woman I had for my toes and fingers was very careful, no cuts and she did a great job. The prices are really high here! Also, the will just up charge you for stuff you don't ask for! I told my nail tech I wanted the basic/regular pedicure. They did not hang me the regular service menu that listed it was $25. They only handed me the expensive pedicure menu. I didn't want anything fancy, just a regular pedicure. When I went to check out I was going to be charged $30... I asked why it was $30 because the menu I was not handed said the basic pedicure was $25. They said because I got sugar scrub... which I DID NOT ask for! During my time there the same thing happened to another lady. She called them out on it when she was checking out. Horrible customer service!! Watched as the nail lady left multiple times to wax other customers eyebrows and not clean the tools and re use the tools to wax others. She came back and went to proceed to do my nails and told her no. I was fuming! .. Worst nail service i have ever been in! By the looks of the reviews they should go under, they have no reason to be treating customers like this if they cant see if they are in the wrong! If I could give this rate a 0 star I would. Horrible customer service!! They screwed up my gel nails and had to restart all over, they guy who did them first got nail polish all over my finger tips, skin surrounding the nail which looked like a 5 year old did it. Super inconvienent! Not once do they talk to you, or even engage in proper human interaction. All the workers seem to just not care about what they are doing. I watched as a worker lady went back and forth from waxing multiple customers and doing nails. Not ONCE did I ever see her wash her hands or wear gloves. Very unsanitary. They ruined my natural nails. I had been going there for 3 years, eyebrows and pedicure only. I don't trust anyone with my naturally long nails. Well, I finally gave in and let them give a manicure. Haven't gotten a manicure or pedicure here so this is strictly on experiences trying to get my eye brows waxed.The ladies are fine and friendly but the only reason I no longer go there is because most of the time there is no one that can do eye brows.  I get that I am probably going during the prime times (weekends around lunch), but still.  They are busy so I am guessing they are good at the other services.The shop is on the small side and I always get shoved into a small room.  The price for the eye brow wax is the priciest that I have paid but they do good work. This was my favorite nails shop till this last time I went in. I had someone new do my "dip" nails. She did them too thin and the acrylic chipped of my thumb within 2 days. I went back to have it first fixed which they did but the repair was a bit "lumpy" looking. I didn't pay for the repair so I shrugged it off thinking, "when I get a fill it'll look better."But within another 2 days 2 more nails began to chip. I went in today to see if they could just do a new set. They were busy. I understand they can't drop everything for me and realized I wouldn't have time to wait so I asked (4 times) if instead someone could just file the chipped nails down so I could stop scratching myself with the jagged chipped edges. In response I was asked if I got my nails done there. I have been going every 2 weeks for 3 months now!  And I wasn't expecting a free new set, I was happy to pay for a good set of nails, although that request wouldn't have been unreasonable at this point.I wasn't even angry until it was obvious that they simply were not listening or didn't understand me and worse the attitude displayed was as if I was putting them out   Annoyed I said not to worry that I will find another nail salon, only then did they yell after me "we can file them for you!"  No thanks. My sister and I came for a pedicure, our experience was not a good one. The water was cold to soak our feet in. My massage chair was making noise, jets did not work and the chair was doing everything but giving me a massage. The people were not friendly. The only friendly person in this location was the owners 3 year old daughter. When the girl came to do my pedicure it looked like I was bothering her. It was an over priced experience.Was gone over an hour, my polish smudged and when I went back to have it fixed...I got a lecture about nail polish drying.I will not come back here. Not a good experience.... I was talked into the "organic" manicure. The dip your nails in powder several times and then file off the excess. The whole process took over an hour and the powder/bonding agent is sticking to my skin. I'm not a fan of this process. My friend got a basic pedicure and it was quite painful. She kept pulling back and letting him know it hurt but he kept digging. After a 30 second massage, he proceeded to put the polish on and it was smeared and all over her skin.To top it off, 2 of the ladies were arguing about something. Really not a fan!!  I just had a gel manicure done there and this chick (I wish I would have gotten her name) literally murdered my cuticles.  Out of 10 fingers, 9 of them had cuts on them... So needless to say, I was less than pleased.  I went back after work and showed them and told them I was unhappy, then the manager said he would have someone redo them.  RIGHT!!! Like you are coming anywhere near me with the acetone!! So then he says he will just take the polish off, and I told him that was unacceptable because again, no one was coming near me with the acetone or someone would get cut with one of the nails tools!  He ultimately refunded the money, but it was a hassle.  And my hands hurt like hell!On a side note, I am in sales so I understand up selling, but really, EVERYTHING costs more money.  If you want an accent finger, $5 more.  If you want a design, $5 more, and of course French $5 more.  And the end result isn't all that great!  I went to this place because it was close to my job, but I will not ever go back.
