Took my granddaughter to get our toenails done today. Service was fair, our toes looked nice but eyebrow waxing here was a terrible idea. I grew my eyebrows out thinking I’d get them nicely waxed for vacation. I have great, full brows with a nice arch that my daughter helped me with for about 6-7 months of patience. When I was taken back I should have gone with my gut. I told the older women when she asked that I just needed them cleaned up, trimmed but like them how they are as far as shape and thickness. I guess I should have said width also. While she was doing them I asked how her day was as she wasn’t taking the time normally spent and seemed rushed. She said she was busy, and my brows paid the price. When she handed me the mirror the light was in my eyes so I sat up and then it was dark but I told her they didn’t look right. She trimmed them a bit more and I looked, still looked off but it was so dark in the room and she had disposition like I was keeping her from getting back to eating or cleaning or something. I get home after and my daughter asks why I got my eyebrows done so I knew something was wrong. They look horrible and chopped up. Brows are completely uneven, they don’t match each other, she missed brows with and he wax, plucked away way too much from both sides of each brow: it’s like I have 2 short, square brows over each eye. Shape ruined... I did call and after explaning what happened to the man at the desk he puts on a women without letting me know. She simply says, hello to which I’m like, hello. I repeat myself and she asks me to come back in too fix. Really, I said what will you fix??! Highly recommend not getting waxed here! Stick with home or find another place. No offer to refund and you can’t fix something gone. I also wouldn’t allow them to touch my brows ever again. Not worth the $12. Glad I didn’t tip but I didn’t tip because even in that dark room they looked off. Can’t cover botched brows. I’ll also add that my daughter had new acrylics put on last week and one has come completely off while another 2 are lifting. Another trip back for her. We will not go back to this place. Read Less

I sent my 2 daughters there for a girls afternoon.  Both wanted their nails done, brought pics, and were very specific in what they wanted.  Service was horrible.  There were no waiting customers, yet my girls were rushed in and out as fast as possible.  Nail tech didn't even know what "matte" polish was.  Nails are all uneven shapes, and most are rough/jagged.  Polish is smudged and all over their skin.  and, the nail techs were a bit rough, causing pain and bleeding on both of my girls. My daughter wanted to get a manicure for a special upcoming photo event this Friday. We yelped a few places and were near the area of Fusion- when we decided to stop in.Seems the average star is 3 & we have to agree.We were matched up with Anna. We picked out a color from the gel line. When she started in (soaking my daughters hands in water) she said " we have this new gel, it generally $35, but for your daughter we do $30". I didn't know what line she was talking about and she pointed to the window as advertised. Not very well explained however it's the " newest form of gel nails" in finer terms ; Its called SNS gels for nails. Formulated to support and enhance the SNS dipping powder system. There are eight "specific use" gels--each fortified with Calcium and Vitamin E, along with Vitamin A, D3 . My daughter had heard of it and thought $30 was fair. I'm thinking not for a simple teens manicure, I thought it was pretty pricey! The nail tech was questioning me while she was servicing my daughter: as to where I get my nails done, looking at them and asking why I go there?! I didn't care for that abruptness. The process to this system is pretty quick, clear gel, dipped twice into the glitter power & then set. Supposedly, these last longer than the competitors brands, have the vitamin benefits, so " we shall see" how they stand up! It's guaranteed to last up to 3 weeks.My daughter was happy with the results. The experience to me was a little up sell mixed with a little judgement. I don't think we will be back. I like the place I go, it's a little further drive- but worth the effort for fills every 4 weeks, not a high pressure sales feel and pleasant atmosphere. Read Less

I have been going to this location for my spa pedicures since 2007. Their are two amazing ladies that I have used for my pedicures for 10 years , Rose and Mia.  They utilize sterile procedures and safe practices.  The toe nail art work is amazing and can't be duplicated anywhere else. These ladies are personable and very artistic. If you get to know them they talk to you and are very friendly. I love this place and won't go anywhere else!!! If you want an excellent manicure or pedicure go in and ask for Rose or Mia they are amazing. Read Less

This salon is around the corner from my house, very convenient and I patronized them for several years, however I have changed salons for a couple of reasons. There is one tech who sits in the far left corner behind the cash register who simply is more interested in everything else going on in the salon except her customer. Talking, looking around, answering her phone and even excusing herself from her chair during a service. I always feel like she "rushes" to get to the next customer and the end result is a half assed manicure. They handle their customers on a rotation and I am not the kind of person to say "I don't want her", so I just stopped going there. Reika (I hope I spelled that right) is a great choice, she takes her time and is a sweetheart but I am a walk-in kind of customer and she is always busy. The other issue is the constant "gossiping" that is very evident among the staff. Hi, my name is Millie and I love this place. The reason why I like this place is because they take their time and once or twice they lasted more than a month. The people that lost attend me ( Toon, Rachel, Nina and Ann ) are really good people.They make you laugh and relax. I go here once a month with my son and he gets a mini pedicure. I think it is very affordable  and the people respect you. Nina Is doing my feet right right now and I don't feel anything hurting me. My husband and I have been to almost every place in the Gilbert and Chandler surrounding area, and this has been the best for pedicures. They are more sanitary, have better techniques, and decent prices. Toon is always doing my nails or my feet, ask for him he's fantastic. I've been here before plenty of times, usually on busy days and they always used to be good. I stopped going for awhile and recently went back. Well they weren't busy on a Monday. Sat down to get a pedicure, it was the fastest and worst pedicure I've ever gotten. Sloppy work!!! They nail technician cut down my toe nail so low that it looks swollen around it. There's also nail polish around my toe. My toes have never hurt so bad. I'm going back to my old nail salon... It's a bit pricey but I know that I won't be having these problems there! Read Less

My go-to nail salon! Lynn is the best. She's fast efficient and her work is beautiful. The salon is always clean and the workers are very friendly. Sarah is amazing as well. I will NEVER go back to this salon! The guy that did my pedicure was so rude and I was charged for a more expensive type of pedicure that I didn't even ask for! When I told the owner he did nothing about it. Service was very rushed and not worth the price at all. I never saw the pedicure bowls being cleaned out after a customer had left. So gross!!! I am new to the area went to Toon for a full set I have been getting my nails done for many years I know what works for me. I mentioned to him they need to be a little thicker I am very had on my nails. He said they won't look natural  we all know they are not natural. He didn't listen they turned out ok. It was barely 2 weeks and I went back for a fill I mentioned again they need to b thicker still didn't listen to me. Less the 2 weeks go by again and I went back because I had 3 nails that broke because again not thick enough I glued the nails.  Told him he needed to replace them which again he didn't listen he finished my nails I left and 2 hrs later one of the cracked nails broke I went back the next day Toon was not there someone else fixed my nails but did not replace it so less the a week later I have all 3 nails broke and glued again... Needless to say I gave this place a chance but I will not be returning and will not recommend this place either. Read Less

I've gone to Fusion Nails for 4 years. Over the years, I've learned to only go to Lynn as my nail tech. She is fast and does fantastic work. Each time I've had to go to someone else, it was terrible. Call ahead and make an appt with Lynn. She gets 5 stars, the salon 3 so I settled on 4. Read Less

Prices are not bad but you get what you pay for.  Twice I have paid an extra 5 for the hot rocks, gave them a second chance, both times they just slid the rock up and down my leg, no massage or technique, very lame.  The place is not as clean and I question whether they properly clean the tools.  I won't be giving them a third try. Literally the worst place EVER!!!! gave this place two chances and they failed miserably both times!!! The first time the nails just fell off a couple days later. Months later, i try it again. I got them done for a wedding and the good Toon, i think his name was, did an AWFUL job painting my nails. I asked for a simple simple gold tip and he tried to do it and they looked like s**t. So i told him to stop and he told me "well i dont have proper tools to do difficult stuff like this so dont blame me" SERIOUSLY?? i simple painted on tip just in gold???? Yea thats really hard since i went home and did it better than this "professional." Anyways this was 3 days ago and 3 nails have broken off and i went back in tonight for them to tell me i didnt go in and all that. And Toon was there and said he has never seen me before!!!! I was pissed!!! they literally fixed my nails and said if i wanted them to paint them they will charge me $7 so i left with 3 nails WITH NO PAINT ON THEM OR ANYTHING!!!!! Read Less

I was visiting a friend today in Gilbert and we decided to get a pedicure and went here because it is where she usually goes.  While the place is nice it is a bit more expensive than other places.  Once thing I did not like is that the technician was rushing through the service and was more interested in what was going on throughout the shop instead of focusing on doing a good and thorough job.  Additionally, they are quite dirty and from what I saw, do not sanitize.After the lady in the pedi chair next to me left, they did not clean or sanitize the bowl.  They refilled it, put blue salt crystals in the water and loaded in the next client.I also suspect their utensils are dirty as the nail file she used on me was quite worn and was streaked with polish stains.  Also, the heal file was pulled out of a drawer and put back in there when she finished scrubbing my heals.I did get my brows waxed and witnessed the technician "double dipping" in the wax pot with the stick she used on me.  So, my conclusion is that this is a common practice. A warm wax pot with multiple dippings from various clients is a breeding ground for bacteria.  And don't even get me started thinking what else people may have had waxed and where that dipping stick has been.This place is gross and should be closed down.  If I have any influence, I will suggest that my friend gets her pedis elsewhere.
