Managers sales practice is horrible!! I wish I could give ZERO stars. Went in with my boyfriend to buy conditioner during the liter sale and was told he and I having SEPARATE accounts with separate coupons could not use coupons on both transactions because we came in together!!! Wow! So girls don't go into this beauty brands with your friends because only 1 of you will be able to use the $3.50 off $10 coupon! I have been to other beauty brands with my mom and they have allowed 2 transactions per each of us...which makes since as it's more money.. So we will take our business elsewhere!

Beauty Brands I normally never bother leaving a review but I had a bad experience at beauty brands I paid for a Simple Blow out I still left her a tip so I was out 40 dollars I have wavy hair that can go frizzy I alway have it blown out smooth with the ends flipped she was all rushed because she was more concerned about her other customer I left with my hair still not full dry underneath my ends frizzy and the top of my head the was still damp and the hair was all wavy I had to grab the blow dryer at the end when she walked away to get my ticket and try and dry the root of the front of my hair at the top and try and smooth it out it was a waist of my time and money I was sorry I just didn't do it myself but I was tired... very disappointed I will never go back to Jordan

This particular location is a game changer for me. I have been a local for 13+ years and have always gone to Sephora and ulta to get my beauty supplies. When this beauty brands popped up, I browsed out of curiosity. Now, I am loyal to this location! they are always SO informative, helpful, and so kind. I now get my brows, hair, and product here! I used to be so picky on what salons I would go to. I used to go to habit hair salon in gilbert and now, I wont go back because the service here is beyond what any other "high end" salon will provide! The girls take their time and educate you while making you feel beautiful. If I didn't rely on makeup forever's foundation for my acne-prone skin, I would bring ALL my business here!

Managers sales practice is horrible!! I wish I could give ZERO stars. Went in with my boyfriend to buy conditioner during the liter sale and was told he and I having SEPARATE accounts with separate coupons could not use coupons on both transactions because we came in together!!! This particular location is a game changer for me. I have been a local for 13+ years and have always gone to Sephora and ulta to get my beauty supplies.
