I always do walk-ins to do my nails here and they are always welcoming and fit me right in. The place is clean and relaxing. Massage chairs and 2 big screen TVs. A practical nail salon.I really love the acrylic overlay because it doesn't damage my real nail and it does not peel and snag the way gel manicures do after a couple of weeks. Price is amazing $20 for same color fills and $35 to change all colors. Quick and detailed work. Spa pedi is $19! I love that this place is close to my house. I've been getting my nails done here since they opened, and I love it. The staff is friendly and nice, but most of all my nails look Great! I came with a friend to get a pedicure. The tub was filled completely before I got to it, and it was freezing. The nail tech asked me if the water was okay, I told her it was too cold. She turned it to the warm side for a second and turned the water off. My pedicure was rushed, and she finished before my friend had her polish, even though I was started after her. On top of that, she didn't ask me which pedicure I wanted. She chose the one she wanted to do. After my rushed pedicure she apologized and said she would charge me the $15 for the mini pedicure that I wanted. From the time my nails were dry and she charged me she had forgotten her apology and charged me the full price for the pedicure I didn't ask for. I was over charged, and my nail tech was rude. When I moved to Chandler, I was looking for a new nail salon this area, and I found Sky Nails. This definitely became my favorite nails salon. The shop is very clean and lovely atmosphere. The costumer service and work is terrible. I usually get a pedi and a gel manicure. The gel starts falling off within days after you've gotten it. The one that sits all the way in the back just pretty much dabs the gel on and leaves it all over your fingers. I asked her to fix it and she just told me it would wash off after a while. Its as if she has no experience doing gel yet she says shes been working there for a while. The first time I went I had Judy do my nails she did an exceptional job but she is no longer there. Also on the customer service they are extremely rude. I went in with my mother she had just gotten off of work and they just kept repeating the price and made her pay before the service opposed to after as they do WITH EVERYONE ELSE. I was greeted when I walked in and was sat in a pedi chair right away... and then ignored for 15-20 mins.  There seemed to be employees just sitting around so not sure what that was about.  Maybe it was their lunch break?  I asked for a mani / pedi but only had about an hour before I had to leave.  She painted my nails first so that they would be dry by the time I left but honestly, I was more interested in a cuticle clean up, etc -which was skipped.  I just wish there had better more communication about that.  The pedicure I received was ok, nothing extra special.  At least I was only charged $6 for the fingernail painting and I DID like the weekday lower prices (vs higher weekend prices).  I may or may not come back, the only reason I stopped in here was that it is close to my hair salon. I went in there for the first time and I got the guy that was working there. He did what I asked as far as rounding my nails but that's about it. The wait was not even five minutes which is great but the acrylic was bulky and he didn't even go to my cuticles with it so instead of two weeks I give it one week before I need a fill. The deluxe pedicure was absolutely amazing!! The business is clean and friendly and involved me in conversation, did not ignore me to speak a different language. It was a wonderful experience. I was very hesitant to go here in the first place based on some previous reviews. I usually go to another nail salon nearby, but it was closed and this was the closest one so I thought I'd give it a go. I was the first one here that day. Only two workers were present and were very friendly. I was seated immediately, and chose a spa pedicure package. The seats were SO comfortable and I found their massage chairs to be absolutely amazing. That's probably the only reason I'm giving this place one star. The gal working on my feet seemed like she was in a hurry. Making careless mistakes and really not looking down at what she was doing. She clipped the sides of my larger toenails which has now caused me to have ingrown pain. I thought it was weird and painful for her to be clipping the sides and even said "ouch" a few times. She also neglected to remove all of my previous nail polish off of my feet, and left small spots of nail polish on the side of my nail. Right away, I knew I wasn't going to like her or this place. I'm not one to complain in person because I generally do not like starting complaints in public which is why I left things as they were. Two of my toes were irritated prior to me coming in because I had scraped them earlier in the week. When the gal was working on them, she actually added more injury to what was already rather sensitive. She scraped my toes with her nail file which removed the scabs that were already healing my injury. She scrubbed away at them with a salt scrub, sprayed alcohol on them which burned so bad I asked her to stop and then she rubbed them profusely with a towel. By the time she was done with everything BEFORE the paint job, my toes looked like raw meat. They were bleeding and she seemed to take little notice or care to even stop what she was doing. Her massage was completely rushed and not relaxing whatsoever. By the time she started painting, I couldnt wait to get out of my chair and out of this place for good. I added neosporin and bandaids to my toes immediately because they looked horrible. I am attaching a picture of what my toes now look like two days later. This is no joke folks. I brought my mom in to get her nails done. The reception and workers were all very rude. They shouted questions at us from across the store while languishing in their chairs. The pedicurist asked me how I wanted her to do the pedicure and proceeded to argue and give me attitude about it. At one point she stopped the pedicure to gossip and dial a number on their phone. Are you serious? My mom is a stroke survivor and can't talk and is half paralyzed. They kept asking her questions about how to do the pedicure and I kept having to redirect them. She also got angry at my mom for not being able to put her foot on the stool properly, which is her paralyzed leg. I finally snapped at her and asked her to please get the job done quickly and treat my mom with some respect. They are unbelievable here. I am never coming back. Read Less

I've been looking for a great nail salon since I moved into the neighborhood a year and a half ago.  I finally found it.  Friendly, affordable, but most importantly they did a wonderful job on my nails.  My gel manicure lasted nearly 6 weeks! And my pedicure still looks great.  They listened to what I wanted, took extra care with my sensitive toes, and the experience was overall exactly what I want out of a professional salon.  Going back very soon, and looking forward to it. Horrible service. Got mani and pedi was rushed out of the store, design is horrible, fingers don't even have paint all the way on them. Asked for a specific color which they said we could go to Sally ourself to go buy it. By time got to the parking lot polish was already off on 2 fingers. I went here quite a few times and they were always very nice. They offered me water while i waited and had a nature show to watch while getting a pedicure. There prices are discounted a lil bit on weekdays. I liked their service and nail designs. My only issue is that they don't scrub ur feet deep enough to get the calluses off. I would go get my feet done and the next day the nails are beautiful but my heels are still dry and callused. They looked great when we had lotion and water on my feet but after that was a different story. I found diva nails which is across the street, has nearly the same prices and gets my feet back to where they need to be. If i kept going here i would have to go once a week since cashiering is so rough on my feet. I like it but more for people who spend less time on their feet. Read Less
