Such a cute place! Came here for a spa day with the girlfriends and lm loving the decor. Got the pink polish pedicure package and the lady gave me a much needed leg massage. I was feeling it especially with the massage chair lol. Next stop was acrylic nails and the guy did such a detailed job. I am always very satisfied with the service and environment at Pink Polish. I've been coming here for a couple of years now and wouldn't dream of switching. I've found that it's best to stick with one technician when you find one that best suits your needs and preferences.The ambiance here is upscale but still fun and welcoming. Everything is always clean and in order even when they are their busiest. There is music, TVs and magazines and you'll most often be offered a water while getting your service, which I love!The color selection is also great. I noticed that they recently stocked up on new gems which is good to see. All of the staff members are friendly and helpful. The prices are average and definitely worth the service. I used to like this place! They have a lot of colour options and I like the atmosphere. Then I met Lisa. She BRUTALLY over-filed my nails (yes, she used a very strong nail file and drill on the top of my nails) to try and "smooth" them- they were smooth enough. She blasted my nails and nail bed (I'm still recovering after 2 months). When I asked her to stop she made it seem like I was ridiculous. Then, when I was checking out I very politely, but honestly, told them of my experience (my nails were on fire and there was soooo much gel polish on them that they were thick, sticky, and had a concave slope from the damage) and they offered $5 off. The SN dip manicure was good by Tyler. This was my first time here and although I enjoyed the experience for the most part, there were some things I definitely didn't like. The manicure didn't include a massage. This was a disappointment.The atmosphere was clean, open and nice. Great selection of colors and the wait time was pretty quick considering it is a Saturday morning. The manicure was mediocre at best mainly due to the nail technician. This lady was a people watcher and during most of the pedicure she looked around and stared at people. She did so much that I had to kick my foot a couple of times just for her to focus on me! I paid $30 for the pedicure mainly for the 10 minute massage. Major disappointment! I could have simply had someone rub lotion on me because it definitely was not a massage. I saw other customers getting great attention to their feet, similar to how Tyler treated my nails (minus the massage). If a massage is a big deal for you when getting a mani or pedi, I would not recommend this salon.As I'm finishing up my mediocre pedicure, I discovered my nails does not match my toes. I was SO pleased with my fill that I got done here. It was my first time coming here and since my last nail salon experience (not at this salon) I have been leery where I get my nails done now. This place is so cute & everyone was so friendly, and my nail tech Rick was fantastic. I will definitely be back! He was so accommodating, and did exactly what I asked for. He didn’t rush through doing my nails, but overall the service was quick, which was exactly what I needed and he even gave me a little massage afterwards. COME HERE! You won’t regret it. Read Less

I've been coming here for the last several years and I have loved it every time! The inside is so cute and hip! Every person you meet is sweet and kind.... Pink polish has really excellent staff and a great selection of colors. It is quite a bit more expensive than other salons so I generally only come here for special occasions.. but when I need really good quality nails, they are the best. Jessica is awesome for gels and pedicures! Read Less

I had got a very bad pedicure here and swore I'd never return . But my sister begged for me to tag along so I did, so of course I decided to give this place 1 more try. Let me tell you so happy I did. This lady named P and her husband SAM do the best nails ever . Sam did my sister and P did mine! Best Gel and Acrylic Jobs ever! ❤❤❤ and to top it off P is hilarious. I came here with my sister and my mom, we had made an appointment. The ladies up front seemed super confused and we had to explain multiple times what we wanted done. The area where you pick out gel polish is in the way of people walking around making it difficult and awkward to pick a color. While I was getting my nails done the guy doing my nails cut underneath my finger nail and I was still charged full price! My finger was bleeding for goodness sake! The ladies up front were super rude about me not leaving a tip. I will never return here. Read Less

4.5 stars. Only note 5 stars because it's a little pricier than most but not by a lot, and they don't let you tip on the card. Bring cash!! They do have a ATM there but of course I don't carry a debit card and I couldn't use my CC on there. I've been there two times and have enjoyed it both times. The technicians are fantastic and really do a great job! To me it's worth the price, most of the time at least. It's a nice place too, very nice decor, very comfortable chairs. I like the way they have the manicure area set up because most salons have chairs that don't quite fit on the table you sit at but the way they set it up, you can move pillows and sit comfortably without being awkward.Read Less

I've been to Pink polish a total of 3 times ONLY due to a gift card I was given for my birthday. Each time I went I told my self I wouldn't go back but still have this nightmare of a gift card. The last time I went was the final straw. I got the $45 pedicure and it was horrible. We can start off with the 15 massage only using scrub. Which rubbed my legs completely raw. I said something to the lady only after pulling my legs back multiple times. Then when filing my nails she filed right the my toe skin in three different spots. Which hurt like hell. Then used all the chemicals and just went right over the freshly cut through skin burning me multiple times. And my nail tech just kept dismissing me and my pain. Not to mention I am 8 months pregnant and just wanted to be able to relax. I will NEVER go back to pink polish gift card of not. Worst service. WORST customer service and I didn't get what I paid for at all. #NoStars Read Less
