This is a wonderful hidden gem. They are one of the very few places open on Sunday at 10am and they were here early. They let me in ahead of time and got started right away. I had a wonderful experience here. I believe it was the owner who did my pedicure and he was extremely kind and courteous, and also did an amazing job on my pedicure. The additional pedi services he provided were perfect as well. I am 7 months pregnant and his massaging my legs and feet was the best thing I think I have felt in a long time. Also would like to add that I experienced NO cross talk between the employees in Vietnamese, which is huge to me because I don't like at some nail places when you can tell they are talking about you or other customers.This place was great, highly recommend! I came in for a much needed pedicure and was seated immediately. $22 for a hot stone pedi is NOT a bad deal, whatsoever. I opted not to get any designs because of the reviews, getting a simple color. I appreciate that the tech managed to get my ingrown nail out (it was ignored by a previous tech/place). It's a typical nail salon: clean, fast, courteous. I went in for a full set manicure, paid 38$ for it and the guy simply peeled the gel I had on my nails ripping few layers of my nails. That made them so thin and damaged that after the rough filing I had pain in my fingers and can barely touch anything with my nails without being sore.Everything was done in a rush and the acrylic layer is too thick and uneven, I will not be coming back. Absolutely horrible!! My full set is awful. Some of the nails are slanted and they are completely round. I didn't ask for that I asked for it to be SQUARE with a bit of a rounded edge and that's not that at all. And the guy who did my nails made my fingernails hurt and he put me in a ton of unnecessary pain during this process. Read Less

Went in for a full set. It looks decent. But the design is not what I explained I wanted. The detail is not great at all and kinda messy. I showed him a photo of what I wanted and it doesn't look close. I don't think I'll return for a set here are a lot of salons in the area that can probably do a better job with designs and that pay closer attention to detail. However I recommend you come here if you want a basic French manicure or something fairly simple. The service is good. The people are friendly unlike some nail salons that I've been to. Terrible, two stars were only for them being able to get me in and out quickly. I couldnt even get a fill because the first set lifted in less than 2 weeks, and the shape of the top was lumpy and scratch filled because the tools they used were so cheap. Another time I came I had filed my own nails and when I came to get a fill they complemented the shape of my nails and asked where had I gone to get them done, when I told the technician I had filed them, she then proceded to change the shape and file them her way. I have been coming here for at least a year now, i have brought some of my family and friends.. A loyal customer,Because of the excellent service given to me before, you would think that they would appreciate my business everytime. iv never had as much issues in one seating.. But last friday was the last straw. The last couple visits i had was bad service. Last friday, philip, i think was his name, did my nails.. And the one prior That. He always manages to dig a little more into the sides of my finger. It stung everytime i get my hands wet after the visit, i could just let that pass.. But what pissed me off is when kim, did my eyebrows, she managed to burn my skin and not say anything after, not even a sorry.. Still asked me to pay for the aweful service!! I will not come back to this place anymore! They also managed to make me feel like a burden on friday, i was there at 9:30am to almost 12nn? Because i had asked for a full set, a pedi, and an eyebrow wax.. But during the entire time my ears were burning from them talking about who's going to do what on me.. And how the other person had take over the pedi, because there are customers waiting.. LIKE MY BUSINESS isnt needed/appreciated! I dont know abt you, but i would rather have the same person who started the job to finish it as well.. But of course that didnt happen.. I've been on the hunt for a new nail salon and went to Passion Nails since its around the corner from my house. After reading some reviews I found one that raved about Michelle being great with acrylics, which is exactly what I was looking for! I went in for a new full set and Michelle got me right in and made my nails beautiful again! I went 3-weeks before getting my fill and my nails still look like a brand new set! I was impressed from the moment I walked in the door!  I was greeted right away and didn't have to wait long at all.  My nail technician was Amy and she was very kind, thorough and gentle.  I got a gel manicure and she was very detailed about trimming my cuticles and prepping the nails for polish.    She also took care to polish the nails efficiently.  I will defiantly be returning! Stopped here based on the good reviews. I guess those that LOVE this place have never been to a place that does excellent pedicures before.  For $22 you get a very very basic pedicure. No massage, hot towel or salt scrub. It lasted a total of 23 minutes and that's with the girl stopping to talk on her cell phone twice. Not impressed and will not be back. Read Less

I have been going to Passion Nails for the past 5 years, from since around the time they opened, and have had a great experience with Michelle or Kenny or other staff each time! I can't say enough good things about Michelle! Her skills are the best and always consistent at doing my pink powder acrylic nails. She can hand paint the white tips on perfectly the way I like, and the shape is always straight across and beautiful (which doesn't always happen at other places!) Eventually I started doing pedicures too and would see Li, who was very careful with my sensitive feet, and always had a smile on her face. Highly recommended! Read Less

My "go to" place for any nail services for 3 years now. Michelle always does my fill and does a fantastic job. They always look great and she remembers all my favorite colors! I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for services, even without an appointment. The salon is always very clean and tidy. Also, the pedicures are the best!
