Herbal nails was very well kept & very clean, but unfortunately I got a nail tech that could care less. It was more important for her to talk on her phone the whole time then to pay attention to the pedi she was giving me & her work showed that! I had to go home and fix my toenails. Read Less

I have had pedicures here a couple times. Very clean and they don't try to sale you on more services. Received a gift certificate and decided to use it for the SNS dip nails. Three days after having them done two nails were chipped...I go back in and they do fix them. A few more days later three more nails are chipped. I went back in and they did fix them, however the nail lady actually asked me if my nails were weeks old- there is hardly any regrowth! She seemed very bothered to be fixing them. Best part was tonight another nail chipped. Won't be going back! When you spend $40 on nails they should last at least 2-3 weeks before chipping. Read Less

The service was absolutely amazing and they did such a great job! I usually got acrylic in the past, but they told me about the dip powder, and I got that. It's hard like gel, so it doesn't bend, but it's on the natural nail like no chip. I'm obsessed! They use all natural and organic products and make sure the place is super clean. Way too overpriced for a powder manicure. On top of that I didnt enjoy nor liked my manicure. Im sure the lady who did my nails can tell I higly disliked it because she kept asking me if I did. First and last time I would visit. I wanted ombre nails with royal blue and silver glitter. It wasnt what I expected. I showed her a picture and all but it doesnt look nothing like it. Tina was my nail technichian. She was filing my nails and try to clean them up. She seemed like she was rushing and didnt care at all. My pinky nail started bleeding because she cut me. I said ouch and she said oh sorry. I wish she could be more gentle but she wasnt. All she cared about was getting my nails done asap. I could feel the nail filer burn as she filed my nails. Thats not good. Now they are all thin and week. I paid 53 bucks for this crap plus tip. So sad because they just opened and nearby to where I live. Lesson learned. Never will I visit here. I have never spent so much on a pedicure & manicure and had such a bad experience.  I wish I knew the name of the guy who was rude and had horrible customer service but all I can say is he was young and had tattoos.  He didn't even greet me; seemed annoyed that I had to go to the bathroom; never said a word to me except when he needed to know something about what I wanted and then spoke to me really rudely.  He threw things around as if he was mad about something.  The pedicure was supposed to be 30 minutes (states in the brochure that this is the length of time) but it was only 20 and it's obvious from the results that he rushed through it. It also states in the brochure that you get to pick your lotion scent and he never even asked me what I wanted it, he just used lavender.  He also rushed through the manicure and I had to clip more of my cuticles when I go home.  The lady (also not sure of her name) who did the waxing was really great though!  She was really friendly and did a really great job on my brows.  She is the reason this review is 2 stars instead of just 1. Horrible gel manicure.  The gel peeled off after 2 days. The tech used her fingernail around my cuticle to remove the gel.  I stopped her immediately and the tech next to her spoke in Vietnamese telling her not to do this. That turned me off big time!! No one should use their fingernail that is full of bacteria on someone's cuticle!! Read Less

Lets start with the good. I walked in without an appointment and only had to wait about 5 minutes before being taken to a pedicure chair. The place is very clean and has may polish colors to choose from. The scrub and the massage that went with the VIP pedicure was great. And the lady that did my nails was very sweet. Now for my disappointment. :-(  The water was freezing that my feet were supposed to soak in.  I had to ask for it to be warmed up.  My toe nails are all different shapes and sizes I am going to have to share them up myself. Thankfully I have the same color polish I selected. Also after the callous scrub was done and she sprayed the alcohol on my feet I has a coulee places that were stinging like crazy.  There is a cut on the side of my foot that still hurts 2 days later. The cuticle cutting left me with two cuts.  Honestly I could have paid my 12 year old niece to do my toes and they would look about the same. Disappointed because it is close to my house and I liked how clean the place was. Read Less

Only 2 of the 8 people working spoke english; had to field all requests through the owners. Had to ask repeatedly for the various features on the menu for the service I chose, just be told it wasn't included anymore. Had to remind the lady to remove my old polish BEFORE painting with new polish. My SNS looks like acrylic which defeats the purpose. WAY overpriced. Will not be going back. Read Less
