$40 for a dip mani but she didn't actually do the mani part Cuticles still overgrown, not pushed back etc. Station was dirty from previous customer's services. She never had me wash my hands but then came over while I was at the pedi station amd slathered lotion ony hands and arms (and watch). Took customer who came in after me who was quoted same wait time. Pedi lady spoke no English and did very little other than polish my toenails. I was there for 2.5 hrs and had to ship the massage part of the pedi because i was there too long and had to leave. So with subpar service i was charged $65. I told mani lady I was in a hurry due to how long id been there, assuming she was the person doing my pedi. No she was not but do you think she told anyone there was a customer waiting who'd been there since 12:05 who needed service asap? Nope! I waited and waited only to get am AWFUL amd partial service that I paid full price for . The salon is gorgeous as is their product selection but two poor visits in a row equals no more business . We have been here three times now and each experience has been a positive one. The manager (maybe owner, I'm not sure) is over the top friendly and works really hard to ensure that all of their customers are treated well, are comfortable, and receive exactly what they came in for. The nail technicians are all quite friendly as well. The shop itself is spacious and well designed with a completely separate area for pedicures. It's a comfortable environment. If I had any feedback for them it would be to have the TV on something other than the news. We come to the spa to relax and enjoy a few serene moments. Read Less

Visiting family and this was the closest salon. The male tech I had was not paying good attention during my pedicure. When he was scraping my heels he ended up scraping both my inner ankles. My ouch and squirm did not alert him and I have marks left on my ankles a day later. During my massage he was frequently paying more attention to what was happening around the salon then actually massaging my legs. Seemed very distracted. Thankfully my polish came out okay. First time here and I just had a wonderful pedicure here today. It is a nice atmosphere and they were all super friendly. Toes look great and I feel completely relaxed. Only thing I can't comment on yet is how long the polish lasts. That's my usual indicator of if I'll come back. Even if the polish doesn't last it was a nice hour of relaxation!Read Less

Came to Arizona for Spring Break this year. My daughter and I needed our nails done and found this little gem. Michelle is great! The entire staff was very kind. The salon is modern and clean. This nail salon is best in the area. Very neat and clean. Michelle is fantastic. She takes her time to make sure your nails are perfect. Sonny is also great. I highly recommend this salon. These folks are SO nice - My eight year old daughter and I came in this afternoon for a mani and pedi (for her) and a full set of French ombré acrylics (for me). Steve, the nail tech who did my daughters mani and pedi has to be one of the sweetest most pleasant people I have ever met - he did a fantastic job on her nails and treated her like a little princess! Ken, who was my nail tech was very friendly, professional and he really cared about what I was requesting. (While he was a bit on the rough side - it is not necessarily his fault since I wasn't brave enough to tell him that he was hurting me.) This salon is very clean, very well kept and beautiful.
