My first time going in this place I thought they’d be great because it’s inside the mall. One their super rude, I was looking at colors ( not knowing what colors are gel or acrylic) I specifically told the old lady I don’t want gel, and I want coffin nails , I even showed her a picture. She did not give me a coffin it looked very boxy, she messed up the polish and didn’t care to repaint, she charged me 60$ for something totally different and then she still went ahead and added gel when I specifically said not to. Even though she didn’t do anything that I wanted I still offered to pay 40 but their so cheap they didn’t want to let me walk away with the gel still on my nails. I had to be at work in 10 minutes and made me wait so they could take off the gel since I only wanted to pay40. Do not go here people !! They have roaches , it’s smells and they do what they want not YOU! They will add charges on without telling you. Fat people always money hungry & my nails only lasted 2 days!!!!,ZERO star! I was very disappointed by the service that I received here. I was able to get an appointment immediately but they were very rushed and unprofessional. The technician that I had did not even work on my cuticles and immediately started applying gel nail polish onto my nails. Took all of 10 minutes and the next day they were chipping and I had to get them re-done at a new salon. Very unprofessional, when I walked in they were all on there devices and when the daughter tried coming to the counter to help me she literally yelled at her mother to moved since she was to busy looking at her cell phone. The young lady who did my nail was nice, but to much in a hurry to finish. Finally I had my nails done on Thursday afternoon and by Friday morning the gel nail polish started chipping off. My second time attempting getting my nails done here 1st was back in Dec 2016 before NYE all the people here they look like family members totally not friendly no smiles no hello how are you? The girl that sits closest to register major attitude unfriendly. FYI we come to you to get our nails done etc maybe try a friendlier approach to your paying customers after all....all you do is sit there all day. I was once was told in one of my meetings at work all it takes is one person to spread their experiences with your company wether good or bad. So something to think about..... The girls at Fashion Nails are always willing to try out my crazy nail ideas or work with me on fantastic alternatives. I even go in sometimes and tell them to do whatever they want to my nails and I always leave impressed. The people are awesome and friendly--very down-to-earth and chill.  I just come for pedicures (no nail polish, just to get callouses off my feet and clean up the feet) and they do a great job. This is my nail salon of choice in Arizona and I have a standing appointment with Trini. I've gone to Nicki and she's great before too but Trini's my girl. They're super friendly. I read some of the other reviews with people saying their unprofessional but this is a family run nail salon so obviously all the workers interact like a family does so once you keep that in mind, I think it's easier to understand why they're so comfortable around each other. I think if you come into this salon expecting a stuffy "hoity-toity" environment then you'll definitely be in for a surprise. As for the quality? That's why I come here. I am TERRIBLE with my nails. I've been wearing acrylics for over ten years and I recently switched to gel and since coming here, my nails look just as good on day 14 as they did on day 1, I could probably stretch my fill to every three weeks but that's when things start getting busted so it's best I don't! The prices are a little high but again, I get gel and I get designs. I'm sure if I got regular polish with a plain top coat that it would be considerably cheaper. I will say if you are going to get regular polish, they don't have a big selection of colors so you should probably bring your own if you can. Other than that, I'm definitely a fan of Fashion Nails. Oh and heads up - bring cash. I'm not sure if they're cash only but they always have a sign up asking people to use cash and the ATM in the mall charges an extra fee so it's better to just bring cash. Read Less

I come here every few weeks for a manicure, and it's only $13! I never have to wait if I come early when the mall opens. Staff is friendly and quick which I appreciate. Definitely worth trying out if you're in the mall and have time to spare. Read Less

Horrible! They are rude, inappropriate and so unprofessional!  spent a lot of time laughing with and at a customer who had a dead toenail.  Staff member told girl she could only paint so much then other worker told her just to pull the nail off at which person who was working in her handed her tee clippers and told her to do it herself. Customer proceeded to attempt to cut and pull it off it was so disgusting. Staff even told her to go to bathroom cause your freaking me out, she didn't. I came in from a recommendation from a friend. He suggested i get the deluxe pedi treatment and gel manicure. I came in and was greeted right away, sat in a chair and they got right to work on my pedi. They removed my previous gel in about 15 minutes and i got a super nice back massage from the chair. Boy was i sore!The woman who did me was te. She was awesome. She helped me with nail color suggestions, and actually helped me make a better decision for my manicure choice.The deluxe pedi was awesome. She scrubbed my legs, got every last bit of polish off my toenails. Very efficient, precise and genuine with her work. She wasnt rushed and didnt make me feel like i was a job. Okay, first off, I googled them for their phone number to make an appointment because I have a new phone, and secondly, I can't believe I'm writing a review this long, but I have so much to say.I know they're under new management, so maybe that's what's going on, but I GO TO THIS SALON EVERY 2 WEEKS. No joke. I started when I worked at Capri Jewelers at Chandler Fashion Center, 3 years ago, and I've continued to go back even after I quit because they're AMAZING. I am going to post just the last couple photos I have from my gel manicures so you can tell that I'm not lying.I go to "T" (Thu-ha I believe it's spelled?) for gel designs, but I have gone to Nikki and Trini before as well, for both acrylics when I had them, and for gel manicures or regular pedicures. They are ALL wonderful! For my wedding, they did my nails for me, and upgraded my pedicure to a gel pedicure at no extra charge as a wedding gift and for being a loyal customer and no joke, it stayed on for THREE MONTHS, without a single chip! And I was on a beach, in sand, for 10 days.Now fingernails. I don't do acrylics anymore since they introduced me to gel polish last year, but let's start with this: I work with my hands. I plant things. I do my own landscaping. I install fans. I used to work with fertilizer for a living. I build stuff. I BREAK NAILS. and yet, since I've switched to gel polish with them, I only ever break nails when I wait 3 weeks or more to see them (because they get freakishly long). They don't chip or peel, and the designs are amazing. A regular gel manicure starts at 20, and I almost always do designs or glitter (she pours the glitter on by hand, it's awesome) so it bumps it up to 40-50 by the time I'm done, and it's worth every penny. EVERYONE comments on my nails every time I go in. I'll even post the pink and silver nails they did for me in january for an interview I had, and the cute easter ones they did for me with pastels and zebra print. If I find other pictures later, I will post those too!As for what one person said about pedicures, they are only 25 dollars, not 40! I just had one two weeks ago, and that's a pretty good price! AND, not only do they have massage chairs that are awesome, but they rub your feet well, too, for like 5 minutes straight. AND I know for a FACT you can leave a tip on a card, since I do that EVERY time I go. So I don't know if these people are reviewing the right place, or are really picky, but in the 3 years I've been here, I have left satisfied, every time.They are busy on weekends and nights, so make an appointment ahead of time, but Give them a shot, they're wonderful and you won't regret it! Worst Mani-Pedi Ever! We stopped in on a week-day afternoon with out of town guests wanting a quick fix for nails and toes. Ew. Filthy dirty store and if I get a fungus I will NOT be surprised. Ew... again. My fingers are sore and cut around the cuticles and my nail polish on my toes came off the very next day. And, the manicurists were yelling at each other back and forth with no regard for clients. They kept talking about other salons where the manicurists don't speak English. Very unpleasant, sarcastic, and demeaning atmosphere. Cheap, for sure ... but you get what you pay for. I did not have a good experience AT ALL. There were was a very limited color selection, which was the first disappointment. The girl that did my manicure was playing with her phone the entire time and distracted. When she was working on my cuticles she hacked at them haphazardly and, what do you know, cut me. TWICE. As I was bleeding all over she just looked at me sheepishly and said, "Sorry." She did a rushed job on the polish and it looked terrible. Not impressed. AT ALL. The nail tech was nasty and had way too much attitude, like I was taking up her time.  2. Quality: Me and my friends nails made it two days.... Didn't even last a week!!!! Horrible painting job, I had to ask her a couple times to go back over spots she missed.  Her foot massage was like a top of the foot rub that she kept doing over and over in the same direction, pretty much JUST rubbing the lotion in....3. My friend and I went into Fashion Nails today for pedicures, and we will not be returning. I have rated it one star because you have to give at least one to post a review. Here is how our experience went: Upon arrival, we were greeted up front and when we stated we would like pedicures, the girl up front yelled ""hey, Tweedledee and Tweedledum for pedicures!"" Shocked, we looked around until we realized that she was referring to the two girls who came out of the backroom. We sat down in the pedicure chairs, and the two technicians who were giving us pedicures finished the text they were writing before addressing us. Throughout the duration of our pedicures, the girls rotated between texting, switching music on their phones, watching TV, discussing what they would order for food (California Pizza Kitchen, Pizza Hut, McDonald's, etc.), and calling each other ""idiots"". My friend and I were chatting between ourselves, and the girls would interject their own thoughts into our discussion. This was more than just being friendly, the comments they made were entirely unprofessional and inappropriate (i.e. ""what kind of party is THAT?"" ""That seems strange""). At one point, one of the girls placed a scalding hot towel on my friend. She had taken the towel out of the heater, set it down on her legs, and walked away. The other girl had to take the towel off of her after she exclaimed, ""That's HOT!"" At another point, my nail tech went into the backroom and her friend yelled, ""finish that text and get back out here!"" When it came time to walk over to the drying table, my nail technician was busy sending another text on her phone, so I picked up my own purse, lifted the arm on the chair, and walked over on my own. We were left sitting at the drying table alone for about 20 minutes, unsure of when we were okay to leave or how to pay. One of the girls had gone into the backroom, the other was checking her Facebook in front of us, and the girl up at front was still on her laptop. We paid and left without so much as a ""goodbye.""
