Absolutely enjoyed my nails and pedicure experience.  Called ahead to make sure they had availability and then went down.  The temperature was nice inside - some places keep it super cold but this was nice.  The simple pedicure package was enough for me and it was nice with the hot stone massage!  I added the callus remover which was much needed.  I had Sophia for my pedicure and she was super nice!  I then went to Lyn for my nails and my eyebrows.  I've been growing out my nails and she is amazing at thin layering of the acrylic over to ensure they look still like my nails!  She was quick and efficient.She convinced me to try her out for my eyebrows as I said I normally break out majorly when my brows get waxed and normally have scabs where they end up tearing off skin so I usually opt for threading.  She was quick, little redness/swelling after, no breakouts (day after), and they look pretty darn awesome.  Highly recommend going here and seeing them!  I will be returning for sure! Best pedicure I've ever gotten, especially because I have ingrown toenails. Ken always takes the time to be sure ingrown and callus are gone. He also does some form of trigger point pressure on toes and foot. Can't recommend him highly enough. Read Less

Worst salon ever. I have tried this place 2 times now, the last time on the suggestion of a local person who is also having a hard time finding a good place for nails. First time I had the man with the large glasses. The pedicure hurt, he cut my finger which bled, and within 3 days my nail colour (gel) came off, and within a week, colour from all nails was gone. The second visit I asked for Ben as suggested, I was told he doesn't do pedicures but he would do my nails I told the woman about my experience the last time and she told me not to worry. My pedicure was fine, the leg massage was just so so even though I paid for the deluxe. When it came time for doing the nails, I asked if I was going to get Ben, the owner said no. The same woman did my nails. The polish looked strange, like shadowing under the gel, but they said it just needed to cure. Within 2 days several nails had chipped and I was trvailing so not hard on my nails. 4 days later, most of the nails had a crackle look which tells me they are going to start breaking. If I wasn't flying home I would have went back and made them do it over, but I really don't think they know how to do nails properly. By the way, Ben couldn't do my manicure because I saw him in the back doing a pedicure, which I was told he doesn't do. I witnessed them snowballing other customers also. Bad bad bad, and a waste of money. I seriously question their skill, and the quality of their equipment, and quality of the products they use. Love love lovee this place. Michael is one of the best and is always so nice and funny. Not only are they friendly but they do great jobs! I usually prefer Michael or one of the guys as they always do an amazing job. But the girls Are great too! I've never had a bad experience and this is the only place I go to, unless they are closed, even then most of the time I wait until the next time I'm able to go. I came in without an appointment to get gel color on my toes and they asked me if I wanted a pedicure and I said that I already got one and that I'm here because my polish got messed up so the guy was really nice I think his name was Michael but he just sent me in the chair and filed my toes and put polish on and he was really nice too Read Less

What is it about Casa Grande?  Cannot find a decent salon anywhere in the city.  I have yet to be in a thoroughly clean salon, I bet if the Board came in the salons would be cited.  I had heard that Michael is excellent for nails, he may be, but, is always so overbooked that if you are (insistent enough) able to see him, the time spent on a fill is minimal - 15 minutes - and I walked out with the tips barely covering the sides of my own nails.  This was my 2nd time, the first time I had a man named Mikey who insisted he do my nails, even though I had scheduled with Michael, but, he was too busy. Mikey's station was dirty and his own fingernails were dirty also.  The girls giving the pedicures pay more attention to what is going on around them, barely paying attention to their own customers.  Will not give a 3rd try. WORST MANICURE EVER!  Avoid this place.1) tech butchered my cuticles. They were fine before I went in since I get regular manicures. A day later all of my fingers hurt and I have 3 spots where he drew blood.2) inadequate sanitation. Tech spent a bunch of time trimming my cuticles then applied oil without using alcohol first. Is it any wonder all of my fingers hurt?  Also, there was no sign that the tools were sanitized. He just dug them out of his toolkit as needed. 3) tech didn't speak enough English to understand what I wanted so I didn't get it. Now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed once my fingers heal a bit. 4) plain old lack of training. I had broken a couple of nails and asked the tech to make them all the same length. He trimmed them with clippers then made a half hearted attempt to shape them. I had to stop him when he wanted to put polish on them when they were still longer on one side than the other by a lot. Then he had to shorten other nails to match. By the time he was done my nails are shorter than they have been in years and some are rounded, some square.  Also the polish doesn't go all the way to the edge of about half of the nails. 5). The final indignity is that this place took twice as long and cost 50 percent more than my salon back home. Avoid, Avoid. Avoid. Read Less
