First time was a charm. The Nail Tech, Tony (I believe), did amazing. Not only did my Acrylic nails look clean and beautiful. He took his time and he was extremely kind. So thank the second star to him because if it were not for him this place would get a 1-star review. Second time going there I wanted tony but they seemed a little busy so I decided to take whoever they had available. Well, that was not the most intelligent idea. I'm not sure what her name was but I believe it was manager because she was the one attending to people who came in. not only was her job lousy. She did not pay any attention to what she was doing; she was excessively busy looking at the door and at the people coming in. I told her the color and shape but she obviously did not listen to me because she got the color right but not the shape. The shape was so off. The nails look horrible and that is an understatement. She kept sneaking looks at me as if she was judging me on how I looked. Moreover, she did not even try to make conversation or make me feel comfortable. overall i had a pretty positive experience at Titi Nails. the man who started my acrylics, though, handed me off to another girl so he could "go eat". i didn't catch either of their names just because i didn't care all that much. the lady who finished my set almost looked confused at some points while she was working on my nails. they turned out beautiful in the end so i can't complain hahah. So the people are nice for the most part but This place always changes their prices! I don't think I will ever come here again! And my nails came out uneven  and bulky! Not attractive!  And I said I wanted black and gold but she did black, gold and silver! I didn't want silver and I wanted stiletto nails and she gave me pretty much oval!  like really come on! Ok, so I was a little hesitant because of the reviews. But I think this is one of those situations where a couple of bad experiences is pulling this place down. Everyone was very nice, there was very little talking among the staff, and it was a good experience. I came in for a pedicure and stayed for a gel manicure too since they did such a good job. It was good not great.  Properly staffed so I did not have to wait long, much appreciated.  I needed a pedicure.  The selection of quality polish is very limited.  I recommend bringing your own.  I paid the $32 for the deluxe and am really not sure it was worth the extra money.  The whole pedicure took 35 minutes.  While the tech did a nice job I just didn't feel like what was listed and what I received was worth the extra.  I will be back to try again as I said the tech did a good job on the actual nails. Ive been a Buckeye resident for seven years and have always enjoyed coming to this nail salon. A few months ago they added an extra row of chairs in the middle of the shop and I knew it was downhill from there. Today was the first day I have been back since then and boy was I right. The customer service (if you can call it that) was horrible. The nail tech (Jolie) seemed determined to do as little as possible after I sat down (without even a greeting or warm welcome). Before my feet even touched the water al the way she was grabbing it trying to cut the nail. That was about it for the extent of the service she was planning on providing. When I asked was she planning on shaping or filing she picked up the nail file, ran it across each toe and that was it. It was as quiet as a graveyard, no one was engaging the customers. When I commented on how quiet it was she said we don't talk to the customers so we don't mess up. I had to take the time to express how happy I am with Titi Nails since KEVIN, Kathy and Mindy all have been doing an amazing job . Kathy and Kevin always do my nails exactly how I want it done and always better then what I request. Mindy is caring , patient and you can clearly see she love her job by the way she made me feel as I was getting my pedicure. Got a fill with gel polish on top. Within 2 days the gel was chipping. While she was filling them the fake tip chipped and instead of replacing it she just added acrylic product so I had a huge chunk underneath my nail. 5 days later that chunk came off and took the tip of my nail with it. Another nail popped off too and I have a green spot on my nail that wasn't there for the fill and this is only my 3rd fill on this set. Not going back again. Now I have to take my whole set off cuz they look horrible and who knows what's going on under my other nails. So bummed. Read Less

I took my daughter here today and she regretted it the whole time. Her nails were cut too short, the lady cut her several times with the drill. Her fingers were burning. She came in for a fill and color. The lady told her she had a nail coming off and it had to be replaced. She proceeded to lift up the edge and jam another acrylic nail under it to rip it off. My daughter was so excited to get her nails done for high school prom only to be disappointed by the terrible job done at this salon. There was polish all over her fingers, acrylic not all the way to cuticle are with unbelievably uneven edges around the nail bed area. Horrible experience getting acrylic on my big toe during pedicure~ Mar 8th Kimberly did my toes and the acrylic lifted, it was so thin. Went back 2 weeks later March 24 and had David do my pedicure and redo the acrylic on my toes. He stated the previous tech used the wrong acrylic. I paid $62 for a gel pedicure and it has not lasted even two weeks. Today 1 acrylic toe nail fell off and took my real nail with it. Horrible service. For the amount I have spent in the last 4 weeks (over $100 on 2 pedicures). I have had my toes done at other salons and the acrylic pedicure lasts 4-6 weeks. STOOD UP AND LEFT MID SERVICE, never had to do this anywhere before in my life but the level of rudeness towards me by one of their nail techs was just unacceptable. Not to mention I still paid FULL PRICE for a service that was not even half done. Had been a loyal customer of this nail salon for over two years but no more. I believe her name was Kimberly but honestly don't know for certain since she was mostly talking to herself in her native language while she ignored everything I asked for my nails. Can I just start by saying I use to come here often not only to do my nails but to do my eyes brows . I love having nice full long and arched eye brows . I moved to another state a year ago an moved back . I came in today to get my eye brows done an let me just say I am mortified .. I went from having long beautiful full ARCHED eye brows to having THIN ROUNDED EYE BROWS . I am so upset an pissed off . Never asked what I wanted . She went ahead an waxed away .. Don't go for a relaxing pedicure. their stations are so close together and if you are on the end by the front you are really crammed in there and if you sit next to someone who just tells her life story...you are so close you can't relax. I was looking for a nail salon to get my nails done as I am very picky how clean they are. I decided on this salon, they were busy but I only waited two minutes, my nail tech greeted me and sat me down, water was warm, they put linings in the pedicure bowls and all of the files used are new and they give them to you once finished. My pedicure was good, the Calus remover was just ok, didn't leave my feet smooth but the hot stone massage made up for it. I will be coming back here from now on! Read Less

My daughter and I had the deluxe mani with paraffin wax and Callus remover.  I've been to several different salons and this was the second time here..place is very clean and the wait was only about 10 minutes.  This older woman walked up and waived me over and pointed to a chair...(no greeting or any conversation).  Once seated,  I placed my feet in the water and it was not even warm (brrr).  I made a comment and the technician (older woman)went right to work trimming my nails...usually they let your feet soak for quite a few minutes. When she stopped cutting an filing.  The nails were cut at an angle with little rough spots..I pointed this out and she filed again...still rough looking..my daughter had the same experience.  She handed me a menu and I pointed to what I wanted.  She hurried through the callus remover and she removed the paraffin wax while it was still hot??? When done with the French tip.she put my sandals on and walked off.  The person that was helping my daughter asked how we were going to pay.  The whole thing was $73 for both of us (without tip).  Not a single greeting or thank you for coming in.  When we got outside, I noticed that the white tips on both big toes were crooked and there was a spot where the white polish had been smudged and polished over with clear...I didn't bother going back in for a correction...won't be returning...also, not sure what was up, but the entire time we were there, the woman who worked at the first station by the door, kept getting up and strutting back and forth through the the place wearing a see through blouse, shortie shorts and lucite stilettos like a prostitute on Van Buren St. Read Less

This is a quick place to go when you need your nails done in Buckeye.  Average price for a pedi, which is the only thing I usually get.The shop is clean, relaxing and the nail techs are very nice.I like to go in and relax and not chit chat with them.  And they don't.  They just do their thing and move on.I will return to this place :) Read Less
