I wouldn't give them even one star after my experience today. I will say I've been coming here for some time now and for the most part I haven't had too many complaints. Today, was different. I went in to get a fill and get for nails repaired that had broken. I believe the young man's name was Andy who fix my nails. He asked me right off the bat if I wanted any length off. I told him no I love the length of my nails. I turned a video on on my phone and started to watch you. Before I know it he was using the Dremel on the tips of my nails and when I looked up I was devastated. Before that he had repaired or half the length of my other nails and he was in the process of filing the other ones down. I asked him what are you doing? He said I have to take them down a little bit to match the other ones. I told him you took too much off. I started to cry and just went ahead and paid him. Bye not leaving him a tip I hope he knows how upset I was. If not hopefully he'll know when I don't come in there anymore. Now it will cost me $25 an hour of my time to maybe get them back to where they were before. 😱😖😠 Read Less

I went to Regal nails just to compare (see how good my usual salon was), and boy did I find out! They were LOUSY!! First of all, the fellow GAVE ME A CUT on my finger and never even said "I'm sorry". He then proceeded to cut off my nails, asking me if that was alright! What could I say?? He then gave me a manicure by dipping my nails into some "powder" twice, and going over that with 2 coats of hardener. No filing, or at least the filing was VERY minimal! No waiting until it cured or anything. My nails look SHORT. uneven, and bumpy ! REALLY BUMPY! I tried to paint them when I got home, and thet looked even worse! All gouged up and terrible! The fellow who did them was so proud of this "new way" of doing them, too! And to think I paid $45 for this! If I could give NO STARS, I would! Warning: Do NOT go here! EVER!! Read Less

I wanted MATTE nails && the guy specifically said he could do the design in the picture && instead he did this. My nails were NOT MATTE! He put a clear polish over && said it would turn them to MATTE but never did! I will never go there again. Nails broke 2 day later. Not worth the $50 I paid && not worth the $10 tip he asked for. Went in to get a gel fill and color change. I always see the place busy so I assumed they do good work. My nails looked horrible in the end. The color was not taken to the edges, one of my nails were crooked and a day after leaving the gel bubbled. The male technician did not bake my nails long enough and rushed through the process. I questioned the job and the guy told me to come back to his station so he could fix them. He fixed them a little to where I could actually say I got them done. He unfortunately did not get a tip from me because when I questioned the work he accused me rubbing the nails so the polish came off. Ummm hello you can't really do that with gel. I'll never go back to this nail spot. Read Less

I usually go there for my basic manicures. But this time, I came back for nail removal AND a basic manicure. First off, I'd rather have my nails SOAKED off rather than having them peeled or ripped off. My opinion is, I think they PREFER to rip off the nail so they don't have to "waste" their nail removal products. If it is so, I think that's very selfish, un-business like and unprofessional. Having your nail ripped and peeled off is very painful to some people like myself. I know I can't be the only one who feels this way.So after he allowed me to soak it for awhile (after I suggested it), he still ripped off (4) of my stubborn nails. Judging by the picture I posted AFTER my experience, I still can't believe it looked SO jacked up. He didn't smooth out the surface, it looks SO uneven, the paint job looks so terrible. Don't get me wrong, I'll still go back after my natural nails repair itself on it's own for basic manicures. But I am NEVER going back for nail removal. It was terrible, painful and inconsiderate in how my nails look. Just awful; especially when I know he could have done better. Read Less

The people there are really friendly and they did a great job on my nails.People just don't like them cause they can't speak English well so the workers don't really understand them.Or they didn't dont use grammar correctly so that makes people confuse.If they're being rude to you they just had a bad day or if it doesn't stop your a mature grown up you know what to do.I forgot to add that they're Vietnamese or Chinese.They came from another country just to work here.How do I know this don't ask.They try.But if your just that big judger don't talk to me, I don't like people that judges TOO much. My husband and I went to Regal Nail salon yesterday to get pedicures. We are seniors and it is difficult for us to do our own toes so we need to have this service done for us. We were very unhappy with the way we were treated. This salon has several men who work there. They were very rude, didn't speak english to us and were very rushed with their service. They treated us like we were an inconvenience to them and could not get rid of us fast enough. It was no more than 15 minutes and they were pushing us out the door. We have been here before and the girls were always friendly and gentle with their service to us. The owner needs to send these men somewhere to teach them how to properly care for their clients. We will not be back unless the girls are available for treatment. Read Less

I had a terrible experience here. The nail technician named Lisa was rude and gave me a lousy pedicure. I had been here before and it was fine. I called the corporate office to make a complaint and was told that they are a franchise and someone from the store would contact me. They never contacted me, very unprofessional! I was very disappointed being a business owner myself. There are some good technicians there, but not Lisa in my opinion. Read Less

My experience here was horrible I got my nails done and the very next day they chipped.When I arrived to get them fixed lee was VERY rude and didn't want to fix my nails. He also tried to tell me to leave. Finally after arguing with him he did fix them but only to have them chip the next day. I called corporate office I was told by corporate that they would call him and I could go back and get a full painting redone again. I still haven't heard anything even calling corporate. I called the salon talk to lee and explain to him that I had called corporate and they told me I could come back in to get my nails fully redone. He again was very rude and told me that he would not redo my nails again he didn't care if I called the White House he also told me if I came back to the salon he would call Security on me. Lee is the owner and has horrible customer service and none of them want to fix any mistakes. ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY. Please save yourself your time and money and DO NOT GO HERE! Read Less
