The worst customer service I have ever gotten from a nail salon. If I was to grade their Customer service, infection control, and professionalism as a business I would give them a F+. But at least my toes look cute so I'm not 100% mad. Read Less

I went in during my lunch for a manicure. They were pretty busy and I was worried I couldn’t get it done on time, but they got me in immediately and my nail technician was quick, efficient, and suggested the best color for me! She was great! Very good experience. Read Less

Called ahead of time and the person who answered the phone was very sweet and let me know that it would be a wait, but I told her i didn't mind. When I arrived, no sonner that I wrote my name down on the clipboard, I was approached by Moon, who said she could take me back straight away and for me to pick out a color. I chose 34 gel. Forest green with sparkles. I love it!!! Moon is very kind and did a great job!!! I will definitely recommend this nail salon to friends and family. I have walked in, made appointments and each time I end up waiting at least 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. For a walk in that's the risk you run. But when you make an appointment, that is unacceptable. Owner seems to be more concerned with running people through like cattle than providing a quality service. For the first time in years I was able to walk in to a nail salon and be seen and serviced right away! I told them I'm looking for a new place, the last place I went to my shellac started to peel off in less then a week. I got my nails done 10 days ago with pro nails and they still look fresh! Their perfect I will be only going to pro nails after searching and searching for a new salon. There's also no smell of nail polish, chemicals and other overwhelming smells. Love it Read Less

I went in to get a deluxe pedicure this past week. Not only did I get a regular pedicure the young girl who did it got my toe infected!!! I'm disgusted. Their tools I'm guessing are not that clean. Waste of my time and money, I called in to express to them what happened and nothing. They basically said oh well and hung up on me. Didn't offer any apology, to refund my money, nothing. Today I had the worst manicure in my life. The pedicure was done nicely. The girl did a very good job. And this guy, the only guy there, on the top of his absolutely unwelcoming appearance and rude attitude, did a horrible job on my fingernails. I had gel nails done and he only was able to glue a few of them straight. Most of them look like they are leaning on one or other side. They are all also different lengths. And the nail polish looks like it was old and if you look on my nails in the light it looks like the polish was very unevenly applied. I don't know if my description was good enough to provide a picture of that mess I have now on my fingers. Will NOT return to that place for sure!!!! I guess they have some favorite clients, those who come there all the time and they might be treating those in a special way. But I felt very uncomfortable even being there.
