I took my nails off from the full set I had done at this salon in May and when I took them off, 2 nails were green!! They look absolutely disgusting and I can only assume something fungal got stuck under there while I was getting them done and just has been growing for awhile. I have been a customer here for about 3-4 years. Every two weeks. I feel like this is my second home! Everyone is very nice and professional. My nail technician is Thema. I got solar nails and within a couple hours half of them had fallen off and when I went in to get them fixed I was told it was my fault. I have had those type of nails on before and they have never come off that easily. Worst service ever. Read Less

I have been here twice, and both times I had Vanna do my pedicure. She is sweet and professional and has always done an amazing job! She never seems to mind when I ask her to cut my nails a little shorter than what she normally does. And She does the best foot/leg massage ever!! ... Don't go here!! It took 2 1/2 hours to get a pedicure and a full set- the nail tech didn't care how my nails looked. The flower she did on my feet was so terrible and tacky, that I thought she wasn't finished. Well it turned out, she was. When I asked her if she could make it a little prettier, she just made it worse. I asked for a simple design on one of my fingers, and she did it so carelessly and messy, and she didn't even bother making an effort to fix it. She just left of there. I was so tired of being there, that I just paid and left. However, when I got home, my nails started to look worse and worse. The gel that I supposedly got, was getting clumpy and gross looking. I ended up having to go somewhere else the next day to get my designs fixed and my hands repolished with REAL gel, and they look awesome now! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!! It took 2 1/2 hours for a pedicure and a full set. I asked for a flower on two toes, the flower was so ugly and tacky, that I thought maybe she wasn't done. When I asked to make it a little more prettier, she made it worse. Then the design I wanted on ONE finger on my hand, which was so simple, she screwed that up too, and didn't even attempt to fix it. She just left it there. I was so tired of being there, that I finally paid and left. That night, my nails just started looking worse and worse. Got Shellac done got charge 45 dollars and didn't really realize it until I got home because no one made eye contact with me. I saw that it only was supposed to cost 25. I called and was told that if they filled my nails at all it's a manicure too I went in with short nails. Little confused I thought you have to buff the nail to get the shellac to stay on. Wow, wow, wow. I've been to this salon several times, and most mani's / pedi's rank on or around the same place at individual shops set up around town. I was in the salon just this week and had a misunderstanding with the nail techs upon leaving. The performance was great, I just did not realize what I was receiving. What has blown me away is the level of customer service that was provided to rectify my concern. In a competitive market, the customer service will really set you apart. I used to love them at first but now they don't take there time and my nails looked rushed. I used to have this male do my nails and he was awesome. Until this older lady did my nails and they were awful the gel was thick and heavy and she basically was sawing off my nails. When I took my gel off my nails they were super sore and I never had that problem. I will never go back. And they are pricey for under average work. Read Less

I came here and got solar nails put on and within the first week of having them they fell off and when I went in to get them fixed they told me it was all my fault that they fell off but I have had solar nails before that stayed on.
