I've been here twice now, and they do an excellent job and are super nice! The salon is very clean and welcoming. They offer tea and coffee as well. I've found my new Spenard nail spa! Thank you!

I went for a mani pedi I usually do it myself but I am 8 months pregnant and cant bend now. The gel manicure is alright the line at the cuticles was messy in some nails but decent. The pedi I had to pick a different color because they didnt have enough options to match the gel mani... I was disappointed and settled because I couldn't come back another time... then I go home and examined my toes and still have the nail polish in the skin around toes... very sloppy! I am not a professional nail technician and I do a much better job... so I felt horrible I paid almost $100 with tip and I wasn't satisfied. I wanted to remove it and do it myself at home with a similar color to my nails in my hands. I had a better selection of colors at home. Anyways I battle in my head with what to do and decided to call them back and ask to get them redone. Just the toe polish... the lady said yes is ok. So I had to come back during my lunch... again! Their customer service was good because I can tell they try to do a good job and accommodated my needs and complaints. But, they need a bigger selection of colors and also make sure the color doesn't go onto the skin around the toes or remove it real well after because even the 2nd time I still have polish on the skin... maybe I am super picky but if it's a professional nail salon it should be perfect! I think I am going to just keep doing it at home and save $100 the next time.

I have really enjoyed each experience at My My Nails. The place is super clean and relaxing. It's not like the places where you just walk in and there are 10 other ladies getting pedicures and you don't know what you are in for. This is a cozy private place where you can relax and get a great manicure and pedicure! Did I mention it's clean? My first time here was from a gift certificate and the treatment and service was what made me keep coming back. Cleanliness is extremely important in this venue. My pedicures are done well, and the foot and leg massage are wonderful.

I absolutely will not let anyone else touch my nails. Mai and Phat are simply amazing. The shop is very clean and I have my own nail box that they've made for me. Consistently they do a beautiful job....

I want to love this place but I have tried it twice and been unhappy both times. The first time was just a pedicure, but my nails were shaped weird and they didn't clean up the ingrowns. The second time I went for mani & pedi and I only got one coat of polish on my toes, again a few were shaped sharp/rough, and the polish on my nails and toes was so bad (like all over my cuticles and fingers) I had to take it off immediately. It looked like a child had done it. The place is adorable and clean, and the massage was amazing, but I felt very rushed even though I had an appointment, and the result was so bad I had to go elsewhere to get it redone for the first day of a new job.

Fabulous! This is a super small salon with just two staff (and they don't always work at the same time). Be sure to make an appointment. Decent selection of colors and services. Very friendly and knowledgeable. She took one look at my toenails and knew I'd been getting gel polish pedicures and the polish had been taken off improperly. The massage chairs are quite nice. And I loved that she massaged my legs and feet post-polish. What better way to spend the time letting the polish dry? Way better than the places that massage pre-polish. And I got a better and longer massage. Reasonably-priced and comparable to what I've paid elsewhere. Will definitely be back again.

Awesome service! I travel around the country but only get my nails done here. Clean, with your own utensil box that only your nails touch, with excellent massage at the end! A must visit!

Had a decent visit besides me telling Mai that my pinky nail was broken. She heard me but still took my shellac off rather rough and tore part of my nail off. Reeeeeally hurt. She apologized profusely...
Had a decent visit besides me telling Mai that my pinky nail was broken. She heard me but still took my shellac off rather rough and tore part of my nail off. Reeeeeally hurt. She apologized profusely and was more gentle but that was rather unpleasant. She talked me out of the color I wanted and that was discouraging. Not a bad little nail salon to go to though.

I was completely impressed, I have been putting off a pedicure for a couple of years due to bad experiences from other shops. My friend and I went and it was AWESOME my feet love me now. They are courteous they listen to your requests I have found a family to take care of my abused feet. Already made another appointment HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Best Mani/pedi I have had in a long while. My my is delightful and Phat should bronze his hands. My pedicure massage was so wonderful and did not end until shoulder rub as well while nails drying. Ahh...

Ahhhhhh! Clean, lots of color choices and even gel if you want. Visiting from our of town but would make this a regular stop if I lived here.

Fabulous! This is a super small salon with just two staff (and they don't always work at the same time). Be sure to make an appointment. Decent selection of colors and services. Very friendly and knowledgeable. She took one look at my toenails and knew I'd been getting gel polish pedicures and the polish had been taken off improperly. The massage chairs are quite nice. And I loved that she massaged my legs and feet post-polish. What better way to spend the time letting the polish dry? Way better than the places that massage pre-polish. And I got a better and longer massage. Reasonably-priced and comparable to what I've paid elsewhere. Will definitely be back again.

I ONLY go to My-My Nails. It is very clean. Mai and Phat are gracious, friendly, and excellent at their work - 20 minute foot and leg massages! I always feel spoiled when I leave, and my toenails and fingernails look like a million bucks. (Only possible downfall is, you have to plan ahead and make an appointment, which I'm always happy to do and look forward to.)
