Our Appointment was for 1pm. They didn’t start working on us until about 1:45. I had a man do my pedi and he did a fine job but the lady who was doing my daughter’s left her in the chair to eat lunch, do a wax, messed up her polish and didn’t offer to fix it. My two friends and i came to L A Nails for french manis. Every experience that I had very wonderful. From the moment i walk in to the time i leave, i felt pampered. Oh, and they did a pretty nice job on my manicure too. Staffs were consistently efficient and talented every single time. Looks like they use higher-end products and polishes. They used a real stones to scrub and exfoliate my feet.They gave me a free bottle of water for sure.This nail salon is amazing and sanitary (two hard things to find).Both the women who gave me a mani and pedi paid meticulous details to my nails. I've been multiple places and haven't been able to find a good, CLEAN and nice nail place since moving to Anchorage. Well, I found it. L A Nail is amazing. The people are so nice, the salon is so clean and uncluttered. They have nice relaxing music playing and all the best and newest colors. The guy was rude. I told him I wanted gel nail Polish no fake nails. He kept asking if I wanted a full set and I said no just the nail Polish. Not all places call it shellac so I said gel. Then he pulls out the fake nails and I said no. He begins to argue that I said full set. My nails are uneven and he didn't say a word to me after. I will not try this place again. Read Less

I don't know why I keep trusting these people at LA Nails to do my nails! Every single time that I have gone in there they always do what they want to my nails and never what I ask of them! I ask them to make them thick, because every time I leave their place my nails just pop off completely and they make them thin anyway and tell me they will look thick. Well d***, that what I asked for isn't it! I ask them too make them a curtain length and my nails look like a stairway too heaven! I asked them to make them square with clean rounded edges, but they made them square and sharp as knifed at the edge! When I ask them to fix what they had done they tried to charge me too do so! I wanted so badly to curse them out for this, but I use to work in this mall and I know these people, so I had respect for them because of that! Well not anymore! These people are really nasty and I would recommend that people don't go there to get your nails and feet done! They don't clean anything in there! They let the dirty water out off the message chair tubs and just rinse it out with water, leaving any bacteria from other people's feet to get on you're, thankfully I have known this for years so I never allow them to do my feet! We would laugh about it all the time and they still wouldn't clean it even after myself and others that work in the mall would tell them that's nasty! They don't clean the bail station either! So when I get my nails done there I never touch the tabletop! I got my nails done two days ago and I have already lost five nails and no I'm not ruff with my hands! There were cracks and bubbles in all of my nails when I got them done! I asked the owner as well to fix them but he said $5 a nail too fix them and I had never even left the chair after they first let them do my nails! My cousin and I got our nails done yesterday and the guy that did them made our nails way too thick and heavy he also cut my cousins fingers a couple times, when we got home I called and asked if they can fix our nails, the lady I spoke to said we can come back the next day and get them fixed for free so we went back the next morning and the lady acted irritated with us, because of their very bad customer service my cousin didn't feel comfortable letting them fix her nails.
