I went to get my nails done here before going on vacation. I asked for active-length nails which means short because I am a law student and therefore have to type a lot. However, I was charged for long nails $45 and I was charged $35 for polish (gel), and another $15 to polish my feet. When I asked why my charges were so expensive they told me that I had to pay for long nails. I then asked what length was considered long (how many inches), and I was then told "we can't tell you that." To add insult to injury, they threatened to call Wetumpka Police on me for refusing payment, which is not what I was doing, I was asserting my right to ask questions about the pricing. The reviews on this nail salon are a COMPLETE LIE ! Workers are very rude. They don’t greet you AT ALL and they do a half ass job ! I came in to get my nails done on a Friday I had to go out of town and after a day my nails started to lift which was on a SAT THE DAY AFTER... so I called to make a appointment to get my nails fixed on a Sunday and I was told they were closed on sundays but their website DOES NOT display that. I come in on Monday and I tell them my nails are lifting after 3 days and they tell me... “oh your nails are grow so fast.” I’m like in 3 days ? No. So their way of fixing my nail was to glue it down .. I told them I could have did it at home what kind of mess is this. They were SO RUDE TO ME. And basically waved me off. NEVER COMING BACK I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, THEIR FULL SETS ARE RUSHED AND SLOPPY . Most of the women that go there which are older ladies get their real nails polished with gel that’s it .
