Everyone was very nice, and he pedicure I received from Sara was great. My manicure, however, is the reason I'm writing this review. I would barely call it a manicure. My nails were not soaked or cleaned. Then my cuticles were over-trimmed and left bleeding. There was no massage - in fact I was told to put lotion on myself before leaving. This is one of the true pleasures about getting a manicure in the first place. In addition to all this, the manicurist allowed me to see the powder colors on my nails in order to pick (there were no nail examples as to what the powder color would look like once on). In doing so, she left too much of the color that I did not choose on the nail & I now have one nail a different color than the rest. I normally do not write reviews,  but the more I think about my experience and the more painful my ripped cuticles become, the more disappointed I am that I spent my hard earned money on this. Very nice staff. Wait was short. I have one nail that leans to the left, one that is uneven, I had to file the sides so they would stop snagging my clothes, and the edge of the thumb nail on the right hand broke (one day later). Very enjoyable visit... Terrible nails. Read Less

I had never been to this place before but because it was so close to home I thought I'd give it a try... never again will I waste my time or money at this nail salon again they didn't do my nails the way I wanted them and when thet must up my nail they tried to charge me to fix their mistake... this place was rude and disrespectful... don't waste your time here bad service is all you'll get plus the loss of your hard earned money... and the wait time is ridiculous I was there over two hours nails don't take that long... I had called ahead of time to see if they were busy to do nails. I was told if I was to come as soon as possible they were not busy. I get there and there were 4 people working with 3 customers there. All 4 workers do the pedicures but only one that does nails. She was working on nails when I arrived and after she finished with that customer she went to do a pedicure. I was told she would be right with me when she was done with the pedicure. Well after she was done with the pedicure she had to eat her some lunch before she could do my nails. I was there an hour and an half from the time I arrived. The work was done well but I do not think I will go back. They also charged $5.00 more than the normal nail place I get my nails done. Read Less
