Just went there on Monday, got a pedi and SNS nails... my nails look great, but my toes look Terrible and the polish has chipped off so badly that I painted my toes white over the yellow they used. I'm mad!!! New girl did my feet when the guys usually do them... ugh! Read Less

I love how they do my nails but I really feel like they should quit taking appointments. I've made an appt. on two different occasions, show up on time and literally have waited (both times) over an hour. With no acknowledgment of my arrival. It's frustrating because I arranged childcare to have my feet done and ended up leaving both times without a pedi. I've been early on Saturday mornings and they were able to honor my appt time. I'm writing this review so other consumers are aware. Nice people work here but they should SERIOUSLY consider removing appointments as an option if they can't fulfill them. Read Less

Let me preface this by saying, this is the first negative review I have ever taken the time to write for a business. I visited today to receive a SNS manicure. When I walked in I was asked what service I needed by a man who did not even look up from what he was doing. I responded and he never replied so I sat to patiently wait. There were 3 other guests receiving manicures. I was never told a wait time and after over 25 minutes of waiting (which is fine if expected) I was placed at a table where they placed the foil to remove my gel on my nails. WeAfter it had sat about 15 minutes, the man returned and then preceeded to ignore me and watch a show on his ipad. Another client who had received a pedicure sat down beside  me. About 10 minutes after this a girl came over and removed the foil from my nails and scraped off the Polish a day walked pff. After sitting here another at least 15 minutes and being ignored I finally got up to leave. The man doing the nails of the lady right beside me asked if I could wait 2 more minutes. I simply said "no" & continued out the door. At this time there was one person getting a manicure, one getting a pedicure, and one sitting playing on his cell phone. I completely understand if a business is busy that there will be a wait. I expect to at least be acknowledged and told that I'd be waiting. I spent over an hour here to have my gel taken off and then had to go down the street to the best at S Nails (where I should have gone to start with). Read Less

Best nail place. It is clean, quiet and relaxing. Every time I go I am helped by someone different but they are all equally kind and do a great job. They spend a good amount of time on each pedicure so you really get the relaxing experience and it is worth the money. I moved away and still travel to get my nails done here! Read Less

I live right next to this place, so naturally I would frequent it for my nail needs. Thankfully this place is the best! The techs are professional & respect if you want to talk or not talk. I prefer not to talk. The environment is clean & relaxing. I've never had a bad experience here & I've never had to wait long for service. I have visited Uptown Nail Spa often, but not as often as I should!Uptown Nail Spa is conveniently located in a shopping center, which means a shared parking lot (yesss). I usually get the mani/pedi combo with Vinylux for my mani - a product that is more long-wearing than a traditional polish but that I am able to remove myself (unlike gel polish). The nail techs are friendly and efficient. The pedi stations are clean - I have seen nail techs spraying down the tubs and they also have disposable plastic liners in them. Also, I know they use an autoclave to sterilize tools - yay! I highly recommend Uptown Nail Spa. Walk-ins are welcome - get there early on weekends! Also be sure to pick up a rewards card. Read Less

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The salon was very clean, which is a must for me. My technician knew how to handle my ticklish feet! That is a rare talent. I recommend the green tea pedicure. Sumptuous!!While we were there an NFL football player came by for a pedicure, so they have some interesting clientele. I will be back, definitely!! Read Less
