I really wish I can give this place a 0 star rating. My nails were rushed through. One of my nails broke in half after 4 days. I wasn't doing anything that would cause it to break and it didn't even hurt it was weak. So I went back and got it repaired I didn't complain I was quiet and respectful and once again it was rushed through and it looked different from other nails.. a week later the same one broke in the same spot the same way. The worst nail salon in Tuscaloosa. Went there to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady who has worked there for 5 years messed up my eyebrows. One was too thin and the other one was thick. She left me with no eyebrows. Not worth the money. I have paid less money for waxing and gotten better results. I do not recommend this nail place for getting your eyebrows waxed. I'm glad I didn't get my nails done there either probably a terrible job too.Read Less

Awful. Not even one star. Told us it would be a 20 min wait. We agreed and came back after 20 mins. Had us wait another ten. Then sat us down for pedicures - feet were soaking for 13 mins and no one ever came by to start the actual pedicure. We walked out and the manager didn't even look up from his seat. Read Less

This was the most awful pedicure that I've ever had! They charge extra for what most places include in their basic pedi. We only stopped here bc we were at the mall and you would think with as many folks that were there, they would be better than this. When he sat down he said something and I wasn't paying attention and thought he was speaking to me. I asked him to repeat and he rudely said that he was talking to the other technician beside me and not me. My cuticles are still showing, my Polish has streaks in it and not to mention how much the one toe that did get attention, it's hurting. My friend and I signed in together, and we're seated together. I sat there in the chair for over an hour until my butt was hurting! When I told him I wasn't happy and that I didn't think I would ever be back, he shrugged his shoulders and said Oh well. I've never been to any nail salon where I've been treated this way. The guy that used to do mine left the country to go back home and I've been looking for someone, guess this loyal customer won't be back here for sure. $30 wasted! Went in for mani and pedi. Nail tec used polish that was already tainted with a red color, so it stained my white nail polish on my toes. I did not have time to get it fixed so I went in the next day. I had called in advance to ask if they could fix them and they said of course and to just come in. I go in and immediately they are annoyed. The man takes me back and tried to paint on top of the old polish and after i request nicely to unpaint them, he does so while giving me a nasty look. He walks me over to the drying station where i look at my toes to make sure they are fine and they look like they were painted by a 5 year old. It was so rushed. I walk over to the front and when I asked him nicely to look at them he starts yelling saying that i'm picky. He fixes them again and this time they look only decent. When he finishes, he then yells in front of everyone that if i "mess them up" again he's going to make me wait 45 minutes. Even with being nice to these people they treat you like crap. Since it was the eve before Thanksgiving this was the only salon open for what was suppose to be a quick mani/pedi. To make a long story short, I should have just kept it moving and waited to go somewhere else. The products used seemed old. The soap looked like milk curds. The nail tech scrubbed my feet for over an hour with some homemade device that wasn't doing anything. I couldn't understand because it wasn't like my feet were excessively calloused. I finally just asked her to stop and move on. I sat in the massage chair so long that I went thru 7 auto massage cycles (each cycle is approximately 15 mins). As I'm writing this post, I'm still sitting enduring what has to be the longest pedicure in history. I'm really contemplating getting my manicure now. If I could rate no stars I would. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I wouldn't even give them one star. I came in for a fill and the guy who did my nails trimmed them down and started going over my nails. Then he paints the white tip on.. And I was so confused because you could still see where they grew out to. I figured he might fix them up later.. Nope. He was done. Now I have these French nails and you can see where my nails had grown out before. He didn't even try fixing them. Then I tried telling him there was a hair on my nail and he ignored me and didn't get it off. So they dried with a hair on them. I just said screw it and now a day before the wedding, I'm just going to paint them myself. Thanks for nothing, y'all. Read Less
