Terrible experience......I asked for a gel nail mani and the lady could not understand English. For one she cut off my perfectly grown out nails without even asking me before she did it. As she was doing my nails I kept trying to tell her my white tips where crooked and uneven before she put the gel polish on. She ignored me several times and the workers around did not try to assist when they clearly understood English. Once she finished I asked a worker who understand English to come over and explain what the problem was to her. He acted as if he didn't see anything wrong. He walked away and she then started filing my nails down even shorter. I had to take my hand away from her and ask for assistance again. The other worker acted as if they couldn't help her fix them. They then offered me $5 off but never tried to fix my nails. They refused to fix them at all. I had to leave and go someplace else and have them to take everything off and start all the way over. Awful, terrible, self center and money rangler business. Hated everything about this experience. Read Less
