My sister took me. My experience was great. I had one of the older gentlemen and he wanted to treat me right. My sister, however got one of the young men and he was more interested in the soccer game ...
My sister took me. My experience was great. I had one of the older gentlemen and he wanted to treat me right. My sister, however got one of the young men and he was more interested in the soccer game on the tv. She was extremely unhappy.

They have many tables so I assumed I would be in and out. But I waited an hour and didn't get service. They had maybe 4 people working on a Saturday. There really is no sense in having so many tables ...
They have many tables so I assumed I would be in and out. But I waited an hour and didn't get service. They had maybe 4 people working on a Saturday. There really is no sense in having so many tables if you only have 4 workers. Needless to say I'll be going elsewhere

It seems like it's a good place for those who want to get acrylic nails. If you just wanted to treat yourself to getting your natural nails done I would not recommend it.

It seems like it's a good place for those who want to get acrylic nails. If you just wanted to treat yourself to getting your natural nails done I would not recommend it.
The tools they use to clip you don't look sanitized and they used a worn-down looking nail file. :/
On top of that, they were not clear about the price and kept insisting to get the deluxe when I only wanted the regular spa.
Next they were very unclear about it pricing for gels vs regular. I don't like that they don't go by the pricing list they have up by their check out counter. They give you a lump total without breaking everything down and they are not transparent about it.
I feel bad about asking because they got all jumpy when I asked for the price break-down.
They should have the pricing on paper flyers because just going off of what they say is very misleading. Not going back.

Every time I visit . . . this nail shop never disappoints. The owner and staff were always on site and working with their staff very well. The techs were very affectionate to me. Most importantly, they did a great job to my toes/fingers. They last to two weeks until I forced eeled it out of boredom one day. I have found my new nail salon!

I had been getting gel for several months at Kim Nails. That's a GREAT place! Even if they are busy they greet everyone who walks in with a hello. The staff was a sweetheart and worked very good. My manis are very crisp with the color. And will be going in regularly.

Went upon this salon to do acrylic manicure. Their services were good ever! I felt so relaxced when I stepped in the door. My staff was kind person. And gave me exactly what I asked for!!! No complain...
Went upon this salon to do acrylic manicure. Their services were good ever! I felt so relaxced when I stepped in the door. My staff was kind person. And gave me exactly what I asked for!!! No complaints with their products. Would continue to return back this place. 100% pleasing for products.

My mother led me Kim Nails in Alabama. I had a great experience. They laughed loudly when I arrived and immediately arranged for my seat.They brought me some cold water while they finished my nails.They were a great beauty and care as though they are creating a work of art on my nails.I feel at home with comfortable space and friendly people. I have been going to Jimmy for almost two years, and the service is fast and the staff are all so friendly. My nails always look great and last two or three weeks ❤️

Every time I visit . . . this nail shop never disappoints. The owner and staff were always on site and working with their staff very well. The techs were very affectionate to me.
