I have only been here once and can only speak for the SNS mani I got, but I will never return. I usually go to this place in Vestavia (Nova Nails—highly recommend) and my mani lasts anywhere from 4-5 weeks without fail. Nail Plus’s SNS lasted ONE week before they started breaking. It’s been three weeks and I’ve lost a total of four nails. Garbage. Not to mention I pretty much had to remove my previous set myself and the manicurist was not friendly at all. Will not be back. Got my nails done a couple days ago and is chipping already. Messed up my toe nails and when I went to go back she got mad that she had to redo them. And when she did it was VERY sloppy. I believe it was the owners wife. Read Less

After an hour wait, they placed me in a pedicure chair where I sat in luke warm water for 20 minutes waiting for someone to do my toenails. The girl somewhat trimmed my nails, halfway filed them, then tried to put my feet back in the water. I then asked her to cut them shorter and explained to her that typically they shape the nail and use a tool to run along the edges of the nail to remove built up skin, dirt, or ingrown toenails. She was unfamiliar with how to do anything other than cut them so another worker had to step in briefly, because she understood what I was asking for. I tried to make the best of it, but 30 minutes pass and the girl is still trying to cut and file my nails. Several women I arrived with had their pedicures AND manicures almost finished, but I still did not even have paint on my toenails. I told the girl I would have to go soon, and that I'd been having my nails cut and filed for the past 35 minutes. The owner argued with me in front of other customers and told me I hadn't been there long and that I was wrong. I had documented the bad event through texts to a friend so I knew exactly how long I had been there. I didn't feel like getting into it with him, so I let it go and just got out of there ASAP. Left 2 hours later with nothing but a bad pedicure. Make the trip to Hoover instead. I promise it's worth it. Read Less

Don always does a really great job on my nails. The pedicure girls are great too! They get very busy on Friday & Saturday so be prepared to wait a little bit if you come then. Prices are on par for other nail places in town. Read Less
