Worst nail spa I've been too. Had gel nails done. Started peeling off within 4 days. My daughter's was even faster. Guy did not even clean under my nails. His appearance was also very sloppy stains all over his shirt. Just a really bad experience. Read Less

Walked in at 7:50pm for an eyebrow arch, before I could get a hello I was greeted with I'm sorry we're closed but clearly the sign says 9pm. I typically take my daughter here for her birthday parties can you say NEVER AGAIN. If you close at 7:50 your sign should be changed. Read Less

Extremely poor customer service and extremely rude. Went in with one of my co workers for an after work pick me up and got treated like crap. Ive been getting my nails done for about 8 years and for the price and quality of service I'm extremely disappointed. After they started arguing with my co worker about what she wanted done, I told her to just sit down and get a pedicure (they can't screw up a pedi right?) WRONG! Tried to make us soak our feet in cold water and was upset when we asked them to change the water out. I have rough feet so I wasn't expecting them to be baby butt smooth but I also wasn't expecting them to talk about my feet between each other. I've been going here for my manicures & pedicures for over 11 years.  I never have had any issues. I get the solar nails (pink & white) & everyone always comments on how nice my nails look.  I rarely have any breaks or chips.  The owner is a highly motivated Vietnamese lady who has come through the citizenship process the correct way & has continued to work hard for her family.  She will try to make sure you get what you want!   Please don't review this business if you received a freebie for writing this review, or if you're connected in any way to the owner or employees. I am very upset with what has happened to my nails. I received a $35 gift certificate for Christmas, and I decided to get my nails done a week ago. The staff was nice and engaging, but what happened after I left is why I am only giving 1 star. Not only was the "gel" polish chipping off within 3 days of my visit, but I now have an infection under my nail.  This has never happened to me. I went to this nail salon with beautiful nails, and now every single one is gone except for my thumbs. I am never going back. I would suggest going to a different place. Read Less

I find the previous review or the one before hard to believe. I have been going to this location since it opened. I find them eager to help and give you whatever you need. The owner goes out her way to be sure things are done right and if there is any kind of problem all it takes is a phone call to her and she will make it so. went there for my birthday they were the only place open on sundays place looked very nice on inside did my pedicure and was good. then i asked for gel french tip nails lady who did them had no idea what she was doing she fanned them out they looking so funcky i started laughing and said what is this why would anyone want there nails like this. another lady stepped in and started filing my nails and said like this and i said yes thats how french nails are supposed to look. 3 people proceed to work on my nails the gel put on truned orange the next day and around the cuticle there was part of the gel sticking out to the side. i live in pensacola and called the owner in less than a week as to my hours are crazy and had had time for the hours they were open she said she would do nothing i need a fill i said you dont pay 35 dollars to have to get a fill within less than a week and the fill would not look right because it was done worng and would leave a line. i explained i could send her pictures from day one until now as i cant make it back up there anytime soon i live to far away she said she wouldnt do nothing and to go get a fill. so if you are getting gel acrlic or solar nails dont go here they are not experienced at all Read Less

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. APPARENTLY THE PHRASE THAT IS POPULAR IN CUSTOMER RELATED SERVICES "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT" DOESN'T APPLY TO THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE RUDE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AND WHEN THEY MAKE AN HONEST MISTAKE THEY ACCUSE YOU OF BEING IN THE WRONG WHEN YOU ASKED THEM TO CORRECT IT. THEY CHARGED MY CARD TWICE AND WHEN I RETURNED WITH PROOF (LIKE THEY ASKED ME TO DO WHEN THEY ASKED ME TO) THEY CONTINUED TO SAY I WAS WRONG. THE OWNER YELLED AT BOTH MY MOTHER AND I AND ALLOWED AN EMPLOYEE TO YELL AT US WHILE ANOTHER CUSTOMER WAS IN THE SALON!!! THIS WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER BEEN TREATED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN THIS SALON AGAIN AND NEITHER WILL MY MOTHER!!!!!!
