I called before coming and asked the owner how much the wait was. She said twenty minutes.. I got there at 5:30. I’ve been waiting almost 45 minutes to an hour! Or more. I told the lady the water was still cold for my pedicure. She didn’t acknowledge it instead said your total is $52. I won’t return! And no tip!

Stop at this nail salon while traveling from Tampa to New Orleans. Arrived there was 4 techs and 8 customers. As the techs finished they moved to the next customers, BTW it was very apparent after 1/2 that those 4 customers was regulars. Anyways.. When it became my turn (I was soaking for 45mins by now) the tech went to the back.. after about 5mins or so she never came out, so asked did she go home, the answer was no she went to eat. TIme of day 5pm. The man you appeared to be in charged left but before he did he assigned another tech to his customer. He came back ONE hour later and yes I was still waiting, soaking my feet. The thing that really got me pissed is that those 4 tech worked on two of the customers that was there when I arrived. Bottom line.. 3 hours later, Biti, took care of me and did an excellent job which one star is for her and the other was for the ridiculous wait time. No consideration for other customers... Why I didn't leave, I waited to long to get back on the road to continue my journey to have them done in NOLA.

Slow service. Took my sister to get her nails and toes done and it took 30 minuets to even get water in our foot baths. Only reason I didn’t walk out is because I didn’t want to disappoint her.

I got SNS for the first time and was not pleased at all. Would have given them a zero star but there is no choice. My nails were messy and not even smooth. She cut three of my fingers in the process and it just doesn’t look good. Honestly my dog could’ve done better lol.

They do not sterilize their instruments each time, especially when busy. (Although a year or so ago they always opened the pack in front of you) I got dirty looks and poorer service when I asked for a sterilized tool set. I'm not dying for a pedicure, so not going back. -health care professional

This lady cut my cuticle on my toe because she was paying attention to the front door instead. When it bled and bled and I told her it hurt, she laughed and kept going. Never coming back.

I took my 12 yr old and friend to get a manicure. No price list, so I asked how much and was told $12. They were told to pick a color and picked a gel color. When I paid it was $60!!!! No one told me ...
I took my 12 yr old and friend to get a manicure. No price list, so I asked how much and was told $12. They were told to pick a color and picked a gel color. When I paid it was $60!!!! No one told me that the gel was $30 and there was NO sign that the gel was more! I do not get manicures so I did not know gel was so much more! I told him I was upset that I was not told ahead of time and he said "oh well gel last longer anyway" I was not a happy camper!!! I will bad mouth them every chance I get! Bait and switch.

Great nail salon and fair prices! Can get busy so be prepared to wait. Can only tip cash. Always friendly service. Open from 10 to 7 and closed Sundays.

I have just started getting pedicures in the past year and am now hooked. I'm not as experienced as many, but the owner, Mai, and her staff make you fee so at home. Lee, who does my pedicure, is sweet, but so professional and thorough. I look forward to this as much as a massage. Wish I had started years ago, but am so glad to have found Majestic Nails!

I drive from Mobile just to come here to get my nails done. Let me tell you why it's worth that drive, first and most importantly they are sanitary. Every time the nail tech uses any instruments, you get to watch them take it out of sterile packing. That's a major plus in my book because nothing grosses me out more than watching someone clean their tools in your old dirty feet water. Second, they take their time here. It doesn't matter how busy the shop is, they won't rush thur painting your little piggies. Third, they only have name brand polishes OPI and China Glaze, which is another huge plus! Com'on who really wants to get their nails done with the 99 cent polish? I come here twice a month never had a bad experience. Let me not forget the staff is super friendly!!

I told the lady the water was still cold for my pedicure. She didn’t acknowledge it instead said your total is $52. I won’t return! And no tip!

Stop at this nail salon while traveling from Tampa to New Orleans. Arrived there was 4 techs and 8 customers. As the techs finished they moved to the next customers, BTW it was very apparent after 1/2 that those 4 customers was regulars. Anyways.. When it became my turn (I was soaking for 45mins by now) the tech went to the back.. after about 5mins or so she never came out, so asked did she go home, the answer was no she went to eat. I got SNS for the first time and was not pleased at all. Would have given them a zero star but there is no choice. My nails were messy and not even smooth. She cut three of my fingers in the process and it just doesn’t look good. Honestly my dog could’ve done better lol.

They do not sterilize their instruments each time, especially when busy. (Although a year or so ago they always opened the pack in front of you) I got dirty looks and poorer service when I asked for a sterilized tool set. I'm not dying for a pedicure, so not going back. -health care professional

No one told me that the gel was $30 and there was NO sign that the gel was more! I do not get manicures so I did not know gel was so much more! I have just started getting pedicures in the past year and am now hooked. I'm not as experienced as many, but the owner, Mai, and her staff make you fee so at home. Lee, who does my pedicure, is sweet, but so professional and thorough. I look forward to this as much as a massage. Wish I had started years ago, but am so glad to have found Majestic Nails!

I drive from Mobile just to come here to get my nails done. Let me tell you why it's worth that drive, first and most importantly they are sanitary. Every time the nail tech uses any instruments, you get to watch them take it out of sterile packing. That's a major plus in my book because nothing grosses me out more than watching someone clean their tools in your old dirty feet water. Second, they take their time here.
