I have been going there for quite some time and have never been more disgusted than the last time I was there. Their service has been going down hill and this last time, was rock bottom.
I treat myself to a pedicure and expect to relax, get a good pedicure, and be treated with respect. I tip 25% and always have, not that that should matter, but that can't be the reason for their poor service.
I asked how long the wait would be, because I have had some very long wait times in the past. The owner told me I was next!! I sat down and waited in one of their pedi chairs. I waited quite a while before they even put water in the bowl, which I ended up asking them to do, so my feet could be soaking during my already long wait. Once my feet were in, I watched 4 people get pedicures with only 2 employees doing pedicures. I had to listen to the owner loudly giving her very long salon order, over her phone that was on speaker, while she worked on a woman who had waited forever to get her nails done, after her pedicure. RUDE.
Once my pedi was actually started, I thought....great!! Hah!! The lady working on my feet, and the male employee working on a girl next to me AND a female employee working on a client two people away, start arguing.....and arguing loudly. FINALLY the owners husband decides that they shouldn't be doing this in front of clients and speaks to them twice and it finally ends.
I was in there for nearly 2 1/2 hours, for a simple pedicure and was so disgusted by the time I was done, I could not get out of there fast enough.
ANY BUSINESS that shows that little respect for paying clients, should be ashamed. I truly hope they work on their CUSTOMER SERVICE because it is terrible. I will never go back.

Bella & Leigh did a fantastic job on mine & my husband’s pedicure. My husband was reluctant to do this w/me but Bella made him laugh & did an amazing job. Great experience!

Know the owners. I tried several other nail salons but found Lovely Nails the best. They are friendly and their rating is high regarding cleanliness.

I like this nail shop however the ower(wife) can be very pushy. She kept trying to make me get SNS instead of gel polish. She charged me $5 extra to trim my cuticles which is usually part of a manicur...
I like this nail shop however the ower(wife) can be very pushy. She kept trying to make me get SNS instead of gel polish. She charged me $5 extra to trim my cuticles which is usually part of a manicure. Cut too deep almost made me bleed on 3 fingers.

I’m not typically one to write reviews but just don’t waste your money here. The people were all very nice but they just couldn’t paint nails. I got a regular manicure and there was lint stuck in my paint, I had to ask the guy to redo my nails at least 3 times and the paint was uneven and looks so bad. Very dissatisfied and will not be returning. I highly recommend French tip nail salon behind the sonic.

Went this afternoon to get my nails done. I wanted SNS. So I get up there & they are putting fake nails on me so I was like okay. I HAD NO CUTICLE CARE, NO MAKINF MY NAILS LOOK NICE BEFORE DOINF SNS. The man I had was very rude would not recommend.

Decided to pamper myself and my youngest . I hadnt been in over a year .
WORST EVER , not a relaxing experience at all! She cut my fingers and filed not only my toenails but the tops of my toes ! I told her several times ,as well as pulled away, she was hurting me . Didn't soak or massage hands and my acrylic polish actually peeled off.
I tried to be nice so I wouldn't embarrass my daughter who was enjoying herself with 2 young woman helping her .
I had to really bite my tongue!!!
When talking with others they had the same awful experience!
Used to be a great place -

The nail tech did a great job on the pedicure. Salon amenities we're basic; employee's distracted by TV, and the atmosphere, irritating. The hostess nor nail tech introduced themself. No water or beverage was offered as in other salons. The towels we're faded and frayed. The hot towel was not used as sauna leg wrap but only to wipe lotion off legs. Several nail techs kept turning around to see TV screen while filing, buffing and using sharp instruments on client. Sorry, but I want eyes on what they are doing!A sign needs to be posted asking everyone to set phone to vibrate or off while in salon, and to please take personal calls outside. It is a PUBLIC space and consideration for other's noise level and space should be a common courtesy.One person beside me kept accepting phone calls and her ringer was on, and I heard conversation about topics I did not want to hear. The one on the other side was playing videos on her phone with volume up. The TV was set on the MOST conservative news station available. I was trying to read a book off my phone but couldn't maintain a train of thought with all the aural stimulations. By the end, I was ready to leave whether the pedicure was complete or not. But the final top coat was applied and I was sent to register...no drying of polish, just another absent service from a most basic, negligent and irritating experience. I won't go back, despite the fabulous location next to Publix.

I've been to this place several times in the last two years. My very first experience was wonderful! Every visit there after, was terrible. I've always been please with the work they've done to my nails. That being said, this is the most unprofessional salon I've ever gone to. The owner is very bossy and rude to staff and customers. The techs complain about work conditions, people don't do side work, blah blah... so rude to tell your customer! Yesterday I went because I had not been in a long time. I quickly remember why I stopped going. I waited two hours for a pedi. The owner is the only one who says who's next. I had to correct her several times. Nobody does ANYTHING in there without checking with the dictator, I mean, the owner first. 2 hours and $25 later, I will remember why I'm never going back. I went home and did my own nails, I wasn't giving that woman any more of my money and time.

I have been here a few times, and have never had an issue. I went in for a gel manicure today and it was awful! When the tech called me to her chair she was on her phone watching videos for a literal 6 minutes. Wish I had walked out right then! While she filed it was painful, I finally said something about the pain and noticed that 2 of my fingers were bleeding! Terrible experience, will not be back.

I am new to town and a friend recommended this shop for a gel fill. I went 3 weeks ago and request a gell fill with gel powder and polish and the tech pointed me to the polish, which they have an awesome selection to choose from, and I got my fill. Today I came for a fill and same routine only this time when I washed my hands I noticed that my nails looked different and I returned to the tech Sindy and asked if she had used gel powder. She stated no that she used acrylic. I asked her why and her response was that they didn't have gel powder. So that meant my fill 3 weeks ago was also acrylic. I take blame for not noticing, too busy on the phone my 1st time. Nothing I can do about that now so she proceeds to Polish my nails. After the 2nd coat I notice that I can still see the acrylic which I mention and ask if she should apply a 3rd coat. She looks at me as if I have poop on my face and asks me why. I explain that I can still see my nails and instantly I get an attitude from her. I did not give her attitude so not sure why she gave me attitude. I then ask her to just put a coat of the darker red on because from experience I know that sometimes the gel polishes don't coat so well. She began to huff and sigh as if my request annoyed her. Long story short I will not come back.

Went in on a Saturday morning 9/12/15 with my mom before a wedding we had. Called ahead guy answered said wait time was about 10 mins. Showed up we got seated right away but sat in the water for over 30 mins. The girl I had did my pedicure in 5 mins flat. The most unpleasant pedicure I've ever had as she makes it a very loud point to tell you which foot she wants and then when she wants it in the water and so forth. No washing the toes or scrubbing or anything else you're used to with a pedicure. She filed my already short nails super short. Nothing worth the money. I guess I can see why now they are advertising $20 pedi's. The girl next to me got the same lady I had and she did hers as well in 5 mins. In all seriousness I timed her. Wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for a quality nice pedicure, go elsewhere and save yourself the money and time.

Nice technicians, good service. The prices can't be beat. Quality pedicure for the cost. There's even an option for kid pedicure (half price), so I'll need to bring my daughter next time. Plus, they're open Sundays (hard to find in this area). Convenient location next to Publix in Eastern Shore Center.

Everyone is nice, and they work quickly. Even when they are really busy I usually don't have to wait. I've gotten a gel a manicure and pedicure here and had a good experience with both

I have been going there for quite some time and have never been more disgusted than the last time I was there. Their service has been going down hill and this last time, was rock bottom.
I treat myself to a pedicure and expect to relax, get a good pedicure, and be treated with respect. I tip 25% and always have, not that that should matter, but that can't be the reason for their poor service.

I’m not typically one to write reviews but just don’t waste your money here. The people were all very nice but they just couldn’t paint nails. I got a regular manicure and there was lint stuck in my paint, I had to ask the guy to redo my nails at least 3 times and the paint was uneven and looks so bad. Very dissatisfied and will not be returning. I highly recommend French tip nail salon behind the sonic.

I've been to this place several times in the last two years. My very first experience was wonderful! Every visit there after, was terrible. I've always been please with the work they've done to my nails. That being said, this is the most unprofessional salon I've ever gone to. The owner is very bossy and rude to staff and customers.
