I usually love coming here but one the girls was so aggressive and very poorly filed my nails. I have really bad hangnails on half my fingers now and they hurt so much. She definitely didn’t know how to file. She didn’t know how to shape and even told me she messed up and then laughed and didn’t fix it. First let me say the lady who actually did my acrylic on my nails was sweet & kind. I get overlay on my real nails. She did a great job. The 3 stars are for the attitude of the 3 other women techs one of which did the design on my nails. They were rude & certainly weren't helpful. When I showed them the design I wanted (Christmas plaid) they began to speak in their language back and forth with each other staring at me like I had asked for 18k gold to be painted on my nails.... then said no no can't do that.....so I hand drew a very kindergarten ish example of something different (I'm no artist lol). They said okay we can do that. The first picture is the original design I asked for second picture is the hand-drawn design third picture is what I ended up getting.... ..I went home and thought how hard is it to draw 2 lines and a bow...bearing in mind I an no artist and have very unsteady fingers to hold a nail polish brush...my attempt are the last pictures. This salon is not cheap $32 for fill and design on 4 nails. .... I tipped $7... if you are reading this review I will let you make up your mind on whether or not the design was what I asked for.... if you are just getting acrylic nails then you're probably safe but if you are wanting any design you may want to rethink this salon. Great nail salon!  I have been coming to this salon for several years and the staff are very professional and friendly.  The salon is located in the shopping center with Rouses Grocery Store so convenient to do your nails and then getting your essentials at the grocery.  Tonya, the manager/owner, does my nails, however, all the staff are wonderful.  I usually make an appointment but they take walk ins as well. The woman that waxed my daughters eyebrows was extremely rude, loud and unprofessional. I don't remember her name , but she was in her 20's and had an arrogant demeanor about her as soon as she "had" to greet us. I won't go into the details because it's too long, but I can say that your employees represent the face of your company. She needs a lesson in respect and customer service without acting like she is ready to brawl.Read Less
