Stopped here on a last minute decision and so glad I did!!! First thing is they are open 7 days a week!! For someone who works til 6:00pm Mon-Fri this is a great thing. Second the staff was super friendly and the lady that did my nails done a fantastic job. I was there on Sunday 3/18/18 around 11:15am (open at 11:00) and I didn’t have a long wait at all. I usually go to get acrylics, but my nails have gotten longer, and I hadn’t had them done in a while, so I decided to go get basic gel nail polish they said would last for 2 to 3 weeks. The first older man that did them did very poorly, so I went back a day later and the lady fixed them for free. Well two days later I had two chips in 2 of them, so they filed them down to were they wouldn’t show. I washed my hair the night before, and you should see them. My gel has peeled off half of my nails and I am very very disappointed with this visit. Especially the money I spent was not well spent. I posted pictures in comments. Read Less

I'm from out of town visiting my family for a few weeks. I needed my eyebrows waxed so I decided to stop in here. I was told to go to a back room were a 10 year old girl was sleeping on the waxing chair, which gave me a second to notice the surroundings. Very dusty and unorganized. The lady came in and very roughly waxed my eyebrows. When she showed me the finished product I really couldn't see from my eyes burning. I payed and left. When I got to my car I saw half the inner corner of my eyebrow gone and flaming red skin. I was devastated and just left. Crying on my way back to my parents home I was trying to think of what to say or do. I knew they would be closed for a few days for the fourth so I decided to go back after to complain and ask for my money back. The next day I had a horrible rash and break out all over my forehead. Day after day I went back and they were still closed. I finally came back and asked to speak with a manager. A lady just walked up and I explained to her how unhappy I was and the terrible rash I had. She said I needed a note from a doctor of the police, and she wouldn't refund my money. So I responded I've been a licensed cosmetologist for six years and this rash on my face was from double dipping contaminated wax, and that I had takes photos and am reporting them to the Alabama state board. I wasn't happy. Went to get finger and toe nails painted. The person that did mine was nice a did a good job but the one who did my daughter's was mean, filed but did not cut or straight her nails at all. They look very bad.T I will not be back. Read Less
