I was recommended to this place by a friend, needless to say I won't go back. I walked in was asked what I needed I said a full set. Nothing else was said, I went to take a seat after seating for 30 mins another lady says do you need help ma'am. Mind you she was at the counter taking a payment when I sat down so she seen me sitting there but she acted like she had not notice me until 30 mins had past by. I have been coming here regularly for about 15 months and I have never left here anything but super happy!!  Any of the technicians will do a fabulous job on your nails or toes. Super clean!  Super professional!!  Just a great place to leave feeling pretty...oh so pretty!! Read Less

I have been here before and got good service, but not today. The lady never looked me in the eyes and only said 2 things to me. She kept looking at her cellphone. I don't expect a lot of conversation but at least a "how are you?" Then she asked for me to pay $24 but went ahead and charged $26. I guess she just adds her own tip. Usually I leave a $7-$10 tip for a pedicure. But this girl didn't deserve even the $2. I can't Maria would even hire someone with this type of personality. Maria was here the whole time. This is great place to get your nails done if you've never been here before. if you are a regular customer, however, the friendliness and quick service begins to lack. My first few times going to Maria's were a great experience. I received quick service and they added a gel topcoat to my acrylic nails without charge. as I continued to come every 2-3 weeks the service became worse and worse. when someone would walk in that wasn't a regular customer they would stop what they were doing with my nails to assist them. I would wait 15-30 minutes before I received further service. they started charging for the gel topcoat and seemed to get frustrated when I wanted something different then what I normally get. oh and designs are a no from here, I've had one and it was absolutely terrible. I asked them repeatedly to redo it but the design still did not look like the picture I showed them. I just moved to the area and looking for a great nail salon.  I just stopped in without an appointment...waited less than 5 minutes (and they had several customers).  I need a new set of acrylics.  I am really impressed with the look and feel of the nails.  It doesn't feel like a acrylics...they are not thick or too long!  Maria's Nails did a great job in customer service, quick response and a great job.  I would recommend to anyone and will be going back!
